I hate always having to wait in a queue for help but this is the only Verizon store in the area that gets what I need right the first time. They listen, understand what their customers need and want. I try never to shop anywhere else for my phone needs. Thanks guys, you are awesome!
This place can he busy at times. Best plan of action would be to go online and schedule an appointment. I took my son there to get him a new phone and we worked with Shane. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable, and we were done in approximately 15 minutes. I will ask for Shane Everytime! Strongly recommend.
We went to Verizon tonight looking for information on an iPad Pro and what changes we could make to our account to make our bill cheaper since we havent really visited Verizon in 2 years. We actually had been trying to call them a few times the last couple days but couldnt really get through to anybody so we decided to go into the store instead. We did have to stand outside for just a moment before going inside because of covid restrictions. I think that maybe there were too many people in there for the size of the store. It wasnt a long wait though and then Tyshawn invited us in (with masks on). He was able to help us get the best deal and update our plan so that were saving some money since our plan was 2 years old. We went ahead and purchased the iPad Pro tonight and it will be delivered tomorrow for an additional $15. We also took advantage of the buy 3 accessories get 30% off your purchase so we got the car charger, a screen protector, a case all for $109. We then decided to also add the pen which was an additional $120. Overall this was a great visit to Verizon and it was actually quite nice because it was much quieter than it has been in the past. Usually there are many people inside the store.
Shout out for the quick and painless experience. Went in for a new Sim card and got set up with one in minutes.

Felt very unnoticed. UNLESS I was buying the most expensive phone/phones there. I couldnt try out the camera on phones due to its security cords on them. I surely wont go back
Went in this location 4 times this week trying to get service set up on a phone. I got the impression that no one was really interested really in helping me and I walked out without any purchases each time. I was told by one of there employees two days ago that I could find another phone cheaper and bring it over to their prepaid no problem. I asked about straight talk and he said that would work perfect since they own that company now. I bought one of there phones and returned speaking to the same employee that gave me the previous information which then told me I’d need the phone unlocked and there’s usually some kind of waiting period. So I bought a $400 phone for no reason looks like I’m a Straight Talk customer now!

Strange place. I asked about phones/plans and they told me it would take 45 minutes for someone to help me. I looked around and found a kiosk where I could get the help I needed - then it told me to talk to an associate. Youre probably better off just shopping onlineEdit: thanks for the response! These people are amazing at what theyre doing. With covid in mind they have you sit in your cars and tell their somebody available to help you. My phone wasnt working so they come to my car and got me and reset my phone and got my phone back to working they are great at what they do.
My wife and I went in yesterday, and we got the pleasure of working with Ryan. We went in to upgrade our phones... and had so many questions as we were about to make the switch from Samsung to IPhone. Ryan was so knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was very polite, and did not “push” a sale. He took his time explaining everything to us. We did have to wait just over an hour, because of COVID restrictions, but the customer service we got was worth the wait.
Im telling u east Peoria is diffently my favorite Verizon the whole staff is helpful and friendly but jeff and Devon went above and beyond to help my husband get the phone he wanted and set up very relaxing experience thanks very much

They were super cooperative with me after my wife passed away in November. I wont go into details, but to say they were helpful would be an understatement. I dont even use their services, but my wife did. I would pay extra to use their services and phones just for their top notch customer service. At this time Im still getting our affairs in order and will more than likely switch to Verizon at some point.

Considered switching providers since my wife likes Verizon and they had in stock what we wanted. After getting into an argument with the shift lead/manager, I decided to stick to my guns and NOT switch to Verizon. Ive always had problems with their customer service...and not just in this particular store. Still glad I left Verizon 10+ years ago

Dont like them.. way overpriced.. They had a powerhouse battery that i bought on Amazon for 15 bucks. Verizon had the same exact (model number and part number) all the same for a whopping $50!!!! Now dont get me wrong Im all for people making it, but this is ridiculous!!! Also they want your credit to be way over 750!! I mean my credit it Okay but to buy a house they ask for a credit score of 720! They also are very bad at customer relations. They always seem as that if we are bothering them. All in all I hate the store, but put 2 stars because there was ONE
The gentleman that took care of me was awesome and seemed very knowledgeable. He got my charging issue taken care of and still ordered me a replacement phone. In and out in less than 20 minutes, give or take a few minutes of cordial conversation.

It seems like every time I go to this Version store, their not interested in you unless your spending at least a few hundred. I started off by talking to a representative about screen protectors for the new Galaxy S10 plus model. She didnt let me finish telling her that I wanted to purchase the S10 plus as well. So, I went to Verizons location on Pioneer Parkway. I bought the S10 plus, screen protector and a case at this location. Its amazing what a good salesperson can do.
When I wanted my number ported to xfinity,Verizon gave me the runaround for over a week. Xfinity mobile has a better deal.
The associate, M., who assisted me was both pleasant and knowledgeable. He resolved my problem within a very few minutes. One of my best encounters with this stores staff.
Oddly enough, it was quite a nice visit to the Verizon store. They were able to fix my problem without any sneaky hidden fees or costs. In and out in ten minutes.

There used to be a really long wait at this store, but the last several times Ive been here, there hasnt really been a wait at all. Finally the place is sufficiently staffed. I always come here for phones because I have found Verizon will help you with phones bought from a corporate store rather than a 2nd or 3rd party store such as the digital store. I have noticed, however, that a lot of times I will know more about the phones Im comparing and purchasing than the representative selling them. I guess it doesnt bother me since I do all the research and comparing before I get to the store, but I really feel like product knowledge could step it up a notch or two.
It was very fast getting a new phone! Fastest its ever taken me to get a new phone anywhere!!
When entering the store, I told the salesperson Osha that I wanted an updated phone, a case, and I wanted to make sure I had a set of headphones that would work with the phone. She had me sign for a charge that she said I needed to pay to get my phone upgraded. She then proceeded to show me a screen protector, a wireless charging station, and a second set of air buds in addition to the pair of headphones that came with the phone. I said that I didn’t need all those extras. She said that I already signed for them. I asked for the manager to help me. The manager was extremely rude and refused to give her name. She said that I was lying to her and told a sales person named Daniel to take care of me. Daniel thought that I was refunded but was not told that Osha had deactivated my previous phone. I had to return to the location and asked for my phone to be turned back on. I asked the manager why no one but Daniel had apologized to me for this. She told me to leave. I am going to leave Verizon and never return. Ask for Daniel if you want help. No one else at this location gave a care about my situation. They thought it was funny.
Waited in line to find out you cant go in thr store to get a phone.you can shop everywhere else in Illinois but verizon.
They were able to correct a download issue with my phone in due time.

Went in for an upgrade plan during the November promotions. Not only was the plan unable to be set up due to issues, but were were falsely promised that the old deals would be honored at a later date when we could receive the phones. This increased the cost of our deal and made us have to add a $300 payment of the first cycle. A completely unhelpful and downright deceitful seeming experience

Loved my experience here. Long time US cellular customer and came here to switch for better coverage. Best new phone buying experience Ive ever had. Switched carriers, had all my questions answered and had my new phone up and running in less then an hour. Something Ive never experienced at a USC (always took at least 2 hours just to set up a new phone, poor customer service, everything was so much more expensive and they never had as many phone and accessory options, and reps genuinely didnt know a whole lot). The rep I had was super helpful and I am very pleased with the service I received.

This is a busy location. But, Ive always received great service. The sales people are helpful and offered information on the phones and devices so I can best determine which one meets my needs. The store is clean and Ive always been able to find accessories I need as well.
Natasha was the rudest manager. My car was hit in their parking lot. Natasha proceeded to snap at me on the phone for calling to ask if they had security cameras. How dare I?? I mean Natasha is a Verizon store manager! She couldnt possibly be bothered to answer a customer question if it doesnt lead to a sale.
My last visit was nice. This place is usually very busy but was able to get in and out quickly. They typically know there stuff so if you have a problem they can help.

Horrible customer service. I went in to cancel a line and to ask about international plans. Instead of help I received two different phone numbers to call. I was going to ask about a phone issue we are having and use our phone insurance but with the lack of help we were getting we decided to go to another location.Why is there a Verizon store with customer service people that can not do anything for you.Its no wonder every time we step into the East Peoria location they arent busy. Its due to their lack of help. I go to Pekin or Peoria and they actually help. I strongly recommend that people take the extra drive to Pekin or Peoria to get help because you will not find it at the East Peoria store.Unfriendly people, not even a hello or smile and the worst customer service. (Self help is what it really is).One thing I can tell you they guarantee.. a horrible experience every time!!

Do not waist your time stopping in here. They are going to turn an bad situation into an I cant believe you are treating a long time customer like this. The young guy who refused to help me needs to be fired or retained. My Droid turbo 64gb charge port stopped charging. He informed me standing there with both hands in his pockets cant do nothing but 32 gb phone. I said I have insurance on it. Said sorry all your entitled to is 32gb phone with only 23 gb after bloat wear. I find out later insurance on your phone is useless after 2 yrs. I called 1800 service Verizon and was helped by a very well train ITT person. So what I will end with is dont stop here expecting great customer service. Just call the 800 #. It may talk you two hours but youll feel like Verizon still loves you as a loyal customer.
I ordered a new phone online for $600.00 I got there to pick it up the lady came over to put us in the system to be in line. I told her I had ordered a phone and was there to pick it up. She said they didnt have it in their system and went on to the next customer completely ignoring me. I tried to reorder it on my phone and couldnt get the pickup in store option so I asked another guy that worked there he was completely unhelpful and said if I ordered it online I needed to call 611 that they couldnt help me and walked away. Worst customer service ever not only will I not be getting a new Verizon phone but I will be changing carriers these people are completely rude and unhelpful

Piss poor service and attitude from employees. One of the employees was supposed to take a single device payment so that we could upgrade and instead paid off the entire device with our card information. And then told us it couldn’t be refunded. Most recently, attempted to upgrade my 6S that I’ve had for nearly 2 years and only owed $90 on. Was informed that I had to pay off my phone before upgrade would be allowed. When I asked if the trade-in value of $200 could be applied to the remainder owed on the phone, they said if I did that, the phone would be paid off but the rest($100) would be lost. What?!?Less than helpful would be a kind description of my dealings with this store in the last year, and have had to resort to customer support over the phone to get any issues resolved I’ve had. I would highly recommend going to any other store if you have any business you need taken care of. Unless you enjoy dealing with smarmy smart-assed employees who don’t know squat about how to actually do anything other take your money.
As a customer of Verizon since 2006 .. this location specifically I drove from Metamora on my lunch today to find out Im not manager of my account my wife holds the key apparently and they wont take care of my phone thats 3 months old untill the account is paid for the month (big deal ill just pay it now ) sir I cant tell you what the balance is on your account without the account admin present... I had to leave at that point before I lost my cool. I am going to be looking for a new location to deal with or a new supplier .. sincerely the customer that can look up his account on his phone with a 311 a month balance and a 3-4 month old phone that has a 1 hour tops battery life ....
Verizons getting bad lately I bought a Motorola Z4 on July 15th 2019 also I bought an iPhone 8 plus for my husband because he needed that first hearing aids they seem pretty nice but I just got my phone last Friday when I shot it should have got it Wednesday my husband still dont have his phone and we order them on the 15th of July no one told us we had to sign online saying its okay to send it well see how the phone goes Im really disappointed in Verizon Ive had them for a long time I started with Verizon I want to make a mistake all I do is say Im sorry well Im sick of my sorry they should have gave my phones to me free they put me through so much I thought I was going to have a heart attack they should have gave it to us free Im still considering leaving Verizon

For a place with hundreds of phones, getting someone at the store to answer is a impossible task.Was on hold for over 20 minutes, enough time drive to the store and show the non busy staff I was calling.Still best phone serice but its like choosing between endless diarrhea or endless puking, they are bad options

If you must use Verizon, this is a good location to go to get things done on your account, however be prepared to spend some time waiting. That said, there are other telecom providers in this area which deliver better value for your money.

Theyre friendly enough, but its only because theyll try to sell you every accessory in the store. They also didnt complete activation of our upgraded phone: they sent us home and told us to log in to it and itll be set. I ended up having to fight the automated online chat until I got a human being to complete the activation. Every interaction with this company is painful, but they are the only real option where we live.

Well its a Verizon store so most likely you arent going there for a good reason. But all the staff there is helpful and friendly!
