I went to Boost Mobile in East Peoria to switch over from an Android to an iPhone. The service I received was excellent! The representative, Kelsey, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure the transition went smoothly. I will definitely visit this location again.

Great phone and service. But the 2 phones I got there run so slow. I have to wait until 10pm and literally hold my arm up as the antenna. Seriously. Otherwise the data is slow everywhere I go. They told me for 8 months it will be better. No its not. Good phones worst data speed I ever seen. Im not alone. Everyone at my work switched over to other companies.

Boost Mobile in Washington st great customer service give you option of the phone you can choose from employees are so knowledgeable with the the phones even help me out to with my iPhone explain to me how to use it thank you guys for great service.

I went in to order a new iPhone SE on Saturday and after placing the order my account got messed up and the supervisor is now on day 3 of trying to fix the account. Will update as the issue progresses.

We went to Boost mobile today to purchase a new phone. The lady behind the counter (I believe her name is Carmelita) was an amazing representative! A rude lady followed behind us and came in with such an attitude I was appalled! However this young representative maintained herself in a way I admired. She was not rude, she explained again and again the policies her boss enforces, and she did all this while trying to please the customer. I would have lost my job. I think of all the people that go in there with a rude, pushy, and ugly attitude that this lady has to deal with on a daily basis! I hope her employer sees this and appreciate that she remained more professional than I would have! For her customer service and professionalism I will reccomend this store!Plus we have been with boost for only a short time (a little over a year) but haven’t had any issues! Pleased with our service!

Avoid this place like the virus! You might as well just throw your money directly in the trash instead of the headache you’ll have after dealing with boost mobile. Worst phone service and customer service hands down. I’ve never had good service on any phone I’ve had from them and they have no incentives for customers to stay just deals to get people to switch to boost. Do yourself a huge favor and get straight talk or Verizon prepaid like I should have!

I just want to make sure Mary the assistant manager gets reconized for dedication she has for the store. Its new years even and tge store closed at 5. She was helping a customer and when i got there it was 5 minutes after they closed so i started to head back to my car and she told me to come in after i accidently broke my phone and needed a new one. She even helped another person too. She was so polite even though the customer service rep she was on the phone with was having a hard time understanding what needed to be done. They r a real good company and the store in East Peoria is one of best store around the employees r very helpful and well educated on cell phones

Staff was very helpful. store was clean. got the 4 phones for $120 with taxes and surcharges. I was paying $90a month for prepay Verizon for 2 phones and it wasnt even unlimited data.

The store is very small and has very little to offer in the way of phones. The phones and accessories a like are very over priced for what they are. However, the employees are very friendly and willing to help with anything you may need. They also seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what they are selling and are very helpful with any questions.

I was at pekin location and the man there told me he couldnt fix the phone and pushed me off to East Peoria. He told me my Stylo 4 was not ever going to work ever again because its too old and they dont make sim cards for stylo 4 because it is too old. I went into East Peoria and Mary was so amazing to me. She fixed my phone in 5 minutes it was up and working. I have nothing but good to say to East Peoria. Thank you so much Mary!!!

I walked in with a simple problem...Josh who was working, helped me without hesitation! He explained EVERYTHING to me. Fixed my phone and even calculated my amount to add another phone! He talked to me and knew ALOT as if hes worked there for years! Even directed me straight to the phone case for my phone! We got to talking and he has only worked there TWO WEEKS!!! GOOD JOB BOOST! Went in with a friend and the employee with stringy light brown hair yelled at her complaining that her phone issue would take an hour and she didn’t want to deal with it . Was extremely rude the entire visit.
