Currently waiting on assistance for curbside pick up. The order is ready however the associates do not service curbside you have to wait behind other people who are purchasing or trying to get their devices fixed. When I asked if they could service me I was told it’s only 3 of them and I had to wait. What’s the purpose of ordering online and selecting curbside pick up if you still have to wait?

I just loved Charity and Teyons customer service! Charity was awesome with my customer needs and she went above and beyond in assisting me thoroughly until the completion. Teyon was very polite, extremely helpful and his personality shined!! These two convinced me to stick it out with At&t and it is because of their friendly and outgoing interpersonal skills that had my mindset eased!!

I came in today to get a phone for my son that my mother had gotten him. We have been on at&t for quite some time so I knew this would be easy. No it wasn’t. The woman who helped me the first time couldn’t figure out how help me and wouldn’t give me the phone that had been paid for already on an account I am a primary on. Needless to say I had to return some hours later and I got the phone. Denise was the name of the woman who helped me first but lowland behold when my mother had to call the store back to figure this out no one named Denise worked there but a woman by the name of Charity did. Rule number one in customer service “TELL THE TRUTH”. Not impressed with her service but Dave was much better the second time around. First and last time going to this store.

What an experience I received at the Eastpointe, Mich store. I originally went there to pay my bill and Dave assisted me. While paying my bill with him, he asked to pull up my account. Then he proceeded to tell me that I can save money on a different plan as well as get a new device. I ended up getting the IPhone 12 and he even sold me on a new watch. Probably one of my best customer service experiences ever. Thanks L, Dave for the excellent customer service!

I wouldn’t even give this store one star if I was allowed because I am disgusted with eastpointe. I made an appointment to do some upgrades to two lines and confirmed on the app and through chat that the lines where eligible to upgrade prior to going in. When I went in it was over 30 minutes before someone checked me in (30 minutes Pat my appointment time) the manager finally checked me in as he took people who got their after me with no appointment first, when I asked why I was told I would have to wait and if I didn’t like it I could leave. When someone finally got to me, almost an hour after my appointment I was rudely asked for my ID and told I wasn’t allowed to have my drink even though every other customer was eating and drinking in the store. Then when I told him what lines I wanted to upgrade he told me I would have to give them the rest of the cost of the phone in order to upgrade after I already confirmed several times over the last few weeks from chatting in and talking with reps over the phone that I didn’t have to pay off the phones because I was on the NEXT installment plans and was able to upgrade as of December 3. When I questioned the person dealing with me (who had no name tag and didn’t tell me his name) the manager came over and said he couldn’t do anything and I could leave so I left very angry and wanting to scream.
