Called up a few days ago asking if they price matched, they said they did, so I went up today to buy a game. Before I asked for the game I asked for verification of price match, and the guy behind the counter didnt speak, just shook his head no once, so I asked again, trying to get a verbal response and he shook his head no twice. I went and bought it at another store, price matched no problem.

Overall this was a surprisingly nice experience knowing that a few game shops in the area have less than stellar days at times. The sales associate was very patient as we lounged around as I had already selected my game as we looked around, nobody likes to hear that rewards line we get all the time and while its part of their quota the employee was very understanding, it was a clean place with a nice atmosphere, given the chance to go to this one again I most definitely will. The staff is nice and understanding when I didnt want a replacement plan on the game I bought. 10/10 experience would most definitely recommend!

Today was the first time I’ve been to a GameStop in years and I must say I did receive five star service from Malachi and Maurice! Maurice is very funny and I can appreciate that. Make sure you stop in!

This game stop is absolutely terrible! Multiple times have I been up here and they don’t have headsets controllers nothing they are trash.

I honestly dont see the point of being open right now you guys honestly dont have anything you should wait till you can restock but I know how greedy GameStop is

I have always liked GameStop, but its pretty easy to see why they are going out of business. Their prices arent as competitive as they used to be and when my PRO membership became essentially useless (after adding elite status), I decided to be as loyal to them as they were to me. I never renewed and I wont renew my rewards membership, which used to pay for itself because of the amount I used to spend in there.This store is good, the staff are friendly, and they have a decent stock of games mixed in with a bunch of clutter that I honestly would be happy without.

I camped out all night for the Xbox one series X. Reserved one and even fully paid it off. Scheduled a pick up time, only for the day of the release to come and them to tell me that they didn’t have anymore

Its GameStops best location. The store itself is staffed by very friendly and passionate team members and I have consistently had very engaging conversation and chat. They know their clientele and do a great job finding solutions to problems if they come up.

Busy place on a day like this but well organized and staff were really helpful and quick. Hardly waited 8-10 mins Max to find what I needed and walk out of store. Awesome guys. Good job.

This location has really gone downhill. Im very dissapointed. The new staff doesnt care about the customers or building a relationship. Its always so disheartening to walk into this store. Youre ignored unless you have merchandise in hand and the last few times Ive been solicited by other people in the store. Im going to go to a farther location where they make me feel like they want my business.

The staff is nice and was very patient with my special needs little brother even when he wanted to touch everything. They had a nice variety of things and the store was very clean

I had an issue trying to switch a preorder due to a computer glitch. Preston took the time to get everything fixed for me. I was able to get my copies of Sun and Moon on time. The staff is always friendly when I come in. Great service all around.

Awesome people! I had looked for a complete copy of raiden IV for over a year and called/visited close to 150 different location. This week i finally found a copy here. When i called they were very polite and helpful, had no problem at all sending it store to store so i could pick it up right here in my home town store. ITS ONLY A $25 GAME SO FOR THEM TO SEND IT TO ANOTHER STATE SHOWS TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The new manager lady there is super nice! She said it was her first day on the job! Couldnt tell at all! :)

It feels like the manager showes favoritism based on gender and race I purchased a PlayStation VR bundle for $350 that was the Skyrim Edition but I didnt really want the Skyrim and they wouldnt let me trade it out I came back 2 days later to purchase a different game and the manager let this couple switch out their game that they got for their PlayStation bundle which was doing I guess unfortunately for me I didnt get to switch mine because I was black? You going to share your experience

Had to wait 15 minutes for a young lady, the only employee there, to finish a phone call from a customer, only to have the phone ring again immediately after she hung up. Instead of placing them on hold and ringing my purchases, since I had been standing there the entire time, I had to wait another 10 minutes. I wont be back to this location.
