Took my phone in for a screen repair then the phone no longer worked.The phone worked fine before they repaired the screen. They could not fix the phone. They returned the phone saying it’s my fault it’s not working. THAT WAS A LIE! Had to buy a new phone and they wouldn’t give a loaner although they had my phone for four days. I wouldn’t give them a start at all. Poor service!

I took in an iPhone 11 and a iPad the iPhone was fixed perfectly fine but they iPad took 2 weeks for it to get it “fixed”, turns out they lost the iPad supposedly and took them another week to have them return with a damaged iPad my iPad was in VERY good condition no cracks, dents, or scratches the battery just needed to be changed. I go pick up the iPad finally my old case from the iPad was there but not the iPad ... also there’s about 12 dents in the back of the iPad.. I would not come here at all poor quality and I had to keep calling them they don’t update you or anything ... I prefer you just go to Apple way more professional.

I brought my phone in for cracked screen repair. At the time of service I was told that my battery needed to be replaced. I purchased a new battery and screen replacement from them. I had to bring my phone back because the screen wasn’t Working properly which caused my screen to be delayed and my pictures were extremely blurry. I took my phone back to them informing them of my problem. They took the screen off fixed the camera but never fixed the problem with the phone! I would not recommend this company to anyone. Also there are so many 5 stars because they give you $5 off for giving them a 5. Star rating on google.

Brought my phone in cause the back was cracked that’s it, it had no other problems . Got it back none of my buttons worked my screen was lifted back wasn’t all the way on, and my phone would restart every 3-5 minutes on its own brought it back they said they don’t know what’s wrong and there’s nothing they can do about it, don’t go here waste of moneyAlso, when I brought it back they “tried” to fix it and gave me my phone back in pieces didn’t even have the decency to put it back together

Took a lot longer than expected but at least the job was done right. He was working by himself so i can understand. Only negative thing is that he was fixing other phones in between my phone so it took awhile but if i got there first i should be taken care of first.Either way my phones fixed like he promised with no issues. (Screen and charging port $160)

Took my sons galaxy A20 to get the screen repaired and by the next week the glass shifted and now the phone is broken again. Waste of $100 now I have to do a claim for another $100.
