I will never go to this place again. I ask to turn off my wife flip phone and transfer my wife phone number to my old phone and put my phone number on the new phone I was buying there. Found out that everytime I had a phone call. It would also ringing my wifes phone that I gave to her. Because I was buying a new phone and she took my old phone. Went back and told them my problem and we almost had a fight. So there would be no arguements I told them to get me a new phone like mine and put my wife number on it and to turn off her old phone that I was giving to my wife. So he said he had to give me a new number for the new phone that I was giving my wife and I said fine. The bill was going to cost 85.00 a month that would start in may for my two phones. Just found out this month that I have been being charged for THREE PHONES NOT TWO. THEY NEVER SHUT MY WIFE OLD PHONE NUMBER AND PUT THE PHONE NUMBER ON MY OLD PHONE THAT I WAS GIVING TO MY WIFE IN THE FIRST PLACE. So I ended up buying a extra phone and being charged for three phones. I finally talked to metro pcs headquarters and told them about the PCS STORE on 9 mile in East Point. Now Im paying 55.00 dollars a month instead of 85.00. The owner and worker at 9 mile PCS STORE are cool until they make a big mistake and dont know how to correct it. Then they get nasty and belligerent. They dont deserve having a PCS STORE. Their crooks without a gun and have a bad attitude to beat.
