I brought in a friends phone to get the cracked screen repaired, the young man peeled off the protector & said its not the screen its the cover & those are $10. He could have easily cheated us and taken the money for the repair but he was honest. I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs a repair, you can go there knowing he isnt going to try to cheat you. I give 5 stars *****. What a great place & a great person!!!!

I had water damage to iPhone. I worked with zack I had to come back because of a speaker problem in which Zack quickly resolved. However, I came back with 6 months of my screen warranty because of a cracked screen without any outside force. I was turned away without service because I did not know their policy. They did not honor their warranty because of stipulation. I paid for a service and product and receive faulty product. Now I stuck with a cracked screen I paid for. The professionalism is out the window the corporate structure is questionable. I reached out to a Henry who is district manager who did not even respond. Please save your money.

My 10 yo granddaughter needed her iPhone screen repaired. After much research, on her own, she picked this place. The gentleman was very nice and explained everthing to her in detail. The repair price was reasonable, which included a screen saver, and she was also able to purchase a case with her Christmas Cash. She was so impressed with the service she had to go back in the store and let him know.

I highly recommend. The owner is very knowledgeable and transparent about the condition of the device. Prices are reasonable for the average person.

The experience was fast, sufficient for my budget, and he was super easy to work with! The customer call experience was pleasant and so was the face-to-face experience. My phone died in the process and he plug my phone up for to charge, without me having to say so. Went in on a Sunday at 1130 am. Walked out at 12 noon with a new screen for my I phone 7. Very polite and professional. Would recommend for any of your phone repairs.

I needed my screen fixed. I had stopped at 4-5 places in the roseville area and Clinton twp area. I needed it repaired quickly for trade in purposes. Every place I went said it would take over a week and even then they couldnt find the color I needed (blue). These guys found it no problem! They went out of their way to get it done and here is the best part...they were nearly $100 cheaper than anyone else. Its worth the drive wherever you live. These guys did ask to leave a review but they should. I think many will feel the same way.

Came here to get my phone repaired today because the charge port wasn’t working and the guy working cleaned it out real well and fixed the problem no charge. Awesome and speedy service. Highly recommend. This is the second time using this specific store and nothing but quality.

I called around to almost every repair shop and they all were not able to help me with my IPhone 6 S plus because they would have to order the screen. Not just that either.. They all charged almost double what I spent at Motor City Phone Repair. When I called Motor City Phone Repair Anthony answered and told me he could get the job done in 20 minutes so I said I was on my way! When I got there he also guided me through all of the different cases available and after I made my choice he even offered to put my case on for me!! Such a gentleman. Such a refreshing encounter. I am positive anything negative about this place is out of their control and if they were able to do anything about it they would go above and beyond to do so. I have been here multiple times after getting horrible service at any other repair shop I have been to. I have dealt with multiple employees at this location and regardless of who has helped me whether it has been Chris, Marty, or Tyler they have all been so kind and have all been able to help me in the same manner with giving me deals for being a returning customer, quick service, and never any issues with my phone after being repaired. So if you are thinking of getting your phone repaired and do not want to get hustled I highly advise you do give these guys a shot. I promise you will be highly satisfied with this choice.

1st off Id like to say that when I called in the gentleman Chris was very helpful in talking with me to find out what I needed within my price range, after I was sold on his business I went in to get a screen and battery for an iPhone 6s Plus... He then came out to tell me that the price would be cheaper because the phone was in fact a 6plus not 6s plus(he didnt try to hustle me). The service was fast(15/20mins) and the quality of work is excellent. I suggest everyone check them out before deciding on a repair shop.

Awesome service, I would recommend this location ONLY. My IPhone wouldn’t charge . I really thought my phone was done!! The guy I can’t remember his name but he was very honest on what the issue was .Something weird was going on with the charger port and the guys there stayed after Hours wouldn’t stopped trying until it was fixed . Very welcoming and comfortable setting so I didn’t mind waiting either 😆

Great customer service!!! I have a iPhone 6 with At&T... I dropped it outside on the ground my screen shattered I took my phone in and come to find out not only did I shatter it I damaged the boards that was inside my phone so my phone went from taking a hour to repair to day which ended up turning into 3 weeks but In the mean time they offered me a loaner phone...once I got my phone back it was working then it stop working after about two hours I called Chris he explained to me that my phone was never going to be the same and that I needed a phone and to return my phone....I was pissed 😡 but Chris told me no worries I will get you a newer phone with more Gb with no problem give me a few days and about 4 days went pass Chris called me with a new and better phone then what I had....this place is one of the best phone repair places I have ever dealt with before!!!! DONT GO, DONT GOAbsolutely horrible took over 2 weeks for the screen to get mailed to the store, still not in. Told them I wanted a refund and when I got to the front desk, there was no one there. Took about 5 min of me knocking on the counter and yelling for help before they came up front. I thought he refunded my money but I checked my bank and he took out more money. So I paid full price for a tablet thats not even fixed and going to have to take these jokers to civil court to get my money back. Absolute joke this place.

This place is complete garbage. 95$ for a screen that didnt work. I come back and get it replaced.. and then that screen stops working. Going back today hopefully 3rd times the charm. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.
