My car had broken down on my way home from work a couple of weeks ago. It started shaking violently and the check engine light was flashing. I ended up having my car towed to Carlo’s.He was very trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable and kept me informed every single step of the way.There were no hidden fees and I feel like the price was reasonable for the large amount of work he did.I have no complaints or anything negative to say at all. I can’t remember the last time my car ran so smoothly! Very pleased and will definitely be taking it back in the future.

This is a well run shop. Had a serious mechanical problem while on the road, was towed to their location where the we it team went into almost immediate action to solve the issue. Within 30 minutes was on my way. Did a fantastic job and real pleased with their attitudes in helping.

In-Line legit saved my car and helped me get my money back!I was taken advantage of at a previous auto shop and didnt know it until it was too late. I had work done at a shop in Texas that had overcharged me or bad and incomplete work, and they charged me for work that was never performed.I was driving from Texas to California when almost every check engine light I had in my mini cooper went off. In-Line not only helped me fix my car, but I was given a very good rate and the manager helped me get some of my money back from the previous shop.Thank you so much and sorry it took me forever to write a review!

Best place to get your vehicles alignment done! I dont mind driving 30mins out to have him work his magic. Hell be the only person to perform alignments on my M3. Did I mention he used to be a BMW master tech? Anyway, Carlo is really friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to work with my schedule. Ill be back again!

5 Stars, I usually have a busy work schedule and came in today to ask for a quote on an alignment for my Tacoma & gave me a fair price and asked me when I needed it done by. I said asap, and they got it done within an hr and a half didn’t even make an appointment . Drove home, steering felt like new again! coming here from now on!

Ive taken 2 different vehicles here and and the owner Carlo fits great work. When I took my jeep in thinking there was a problem with my alternator he saved me a bunch of money by discovering the actual cause was a $50 censor. If you want an honest mechanic who does good work and doesnt charge much, Carlo is your guy 👍

This isnt the first time Ive been to this shop and Carlo has been hands down the best mechanic Ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. He called me to come in to take a look at my breaks and took the time to break down what was wrong with my car with me . Took my Infiniti G35 there, it needed an oil change and new air filter and front rotors and brakes fixed. They charged me half the price then if I were to get it done at the dealership! Dropped it off at 8:15am and picked it up at 12:40pm. Mechanics here are VERY efficient and know what their doing. This is an excellent car repair shop. As a new California resident, I needed a reliable mechanic. Carlo and his team did an excellent job on my vehicle. His work ethic and spirit will have you driving away encouraged and confident that your car has been properly taken care of.

My car had been having problems for a couple years. Every other mechanic I brought it into made me spend hundreds of dollars on the car, unnecessarily. I had a 2005 Nissan Maxima and when I brought it in, Carlo was awesome and gave me a full diagnostics. There was almost $3,000 worth of repair that had to go into my car. He didnt bull**** me on the price and try to make me think I had to pay or get it down there and now. But with his professional opinion and the correct diagnostics, I finally just bought a new car. After reading all of the reviews I had to try this alignment shop out. After having installed some coil overs on my car, I called this place first thing Monday morning. They got my car aligned in a excellent amount of time. Was very helpful and made sure my car didnt rub on their ramps as they were loading / offloading the car.For sure will be back again!

They’re honest. Clean Quality work= Safety! I came here all the time, but unfortunately I moved away, but now I’m back closer. Tried other shops, but I just keep coming back to this one. The owner is always absolutely involve and care for his business and he made sure you have the best experience.

If youre looking for an honest mechanic who will treat you with respect and do fabulous work on your car, choose In-Line. I have nothing but positive things to say about this shop. I made a 30 minute drive to get there, and it was well-worth it. Ive found my mechanic in San Diego.

Paid $300 total. $150 to reset my check engine light, add exhaust fluid, and another $150 to align my tires. Unfortunately they failed to inform me that my Chevy 2500hd 4 door longbed didnt fit their alignment machine. Twice they tried to align it manually, wasting my time and money it still to pulls to the right just like it did before bringing it to them. I DO NOT recommend them if you have a 4-door longbed truck.

I am so happy to have found these guys, Carlo is the nicest guy, listens, fixes just what needs fixing and charges fairly. So thankful to have a shop I can trust!!!

I experienced that this shop PLAYED GAMES with ALL charges:After I explained that I wanted: ONLY ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY WORK on my van which I am about to get rid of, and which has a Blue Book Value of only $950:In-Line gave me: a $700 PAPER charge (i.e. this amounts to 75% of Blue Book Value for my van);A simultaneous and separate VERBAL charge stated as: $500 out the door (i.e. 55% of the Blue Book Value of my van);And a SURPRISE: $40 Diagnostic charge, when I said that I wanted to SHOP around.I found ANOTHER 5 Star rated business (with twice as many reviews as In-Line) that gave me CONSISTENT charges (i.e. no game-playing) which amounted to a total of ONLY: $267 (HALF the Verbal charges of In-Line Auto Repair) !!!

I had an oil change recently done at a well known establishment...cough*WalMart... and after a week was having horrible oil leaks, went to InLine Auto Repair - El Cajon based on their excellent reviews and the technician at Inline automatically detected that the previous oil change was done incorrectly. Im sticking to Inline Auto Repair from now on for everything from purchasing tires, oil changes, EVERYTHING!
