Shanice was awesome. She made things convenient for me. She showed me the unit things were nice and clean, explained every thing to me. She was so kind . The coworker in the office also very friendly.

Leo was amazing! He was knowledgeable, helpful and was an ease to work with. The storage facility was extremely clean abs you can tell that Leo takes pride in what he does.

The one in elizabeth is awesome.. its Always well maintained, customer service is always above and beyond whats expected, hassle free environment coming in and out, if i get close to the time to pay my bill, the reminders are nonchalant and friendly then the transactions are as painless as possible- over the phone or in person. Today i upgraded to a bigger unit but ive been meaning to leave my opinion about This place for months. If youre looking for a spot, Elizabeth Extra Space is it!!

I had ran into a lat minute issue and had to cancel my lease for 2 units on the move in day. The staff at Extra Space Storage was very helpful especially Shanice. She is making sure I receive a full refund for my deposit and 1st month on both units. I really appreciate her attention to detail and willingness to help me out. I would defiantly use and recommend them again in the future because of this. Thank you!

I’ve dealt with a couple of different locations but this location is the best. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Every single time I walk in I am greeted with seconds. The facility is very clean and organized. There is amble space to park and unload any items you want to store. I would definitely recommend this location if you need your items stored.

By far my best experience with a storage company. LaShonda was super friendly and courteous, and helped me with my move in experience. She truly went above and beyond when she lent me a few tools to help me fit my furniture. Facility was very clean inside and outside. They are on it on Magnolia ave.

I know that this was the storage spot for me when the manager wanted to make sure that I knew where the unit was and slowly explained the pricing and how a storage unit works. I just moved back from the south and to think i would have to re adjust to the mean people in Jersey but the staff here fixed that and I Thank them for taking their time out to make me feel comfortable about using this storage place i would recommend coming here

This is my third location over a three year period. I have been previously at the site by Kean University, at the site at Rt. 22, and now at Magnolia.The ladies at Magnolia were incredibly professional, very helpful, and made my transfer to their facility pain and anxiety free.The magnolia site is closer to home.But my major surprise was the high tech in the building, and the off the charts cleanliness of the facility. It was so clean, not even dust existed.I not only highly recommend this facility, but I encourage you to visit the sight and see for yourself. The site used to be an armory. It is a fortress. You stuff will be well protected.Get this, they have light sensors in each unit. I’ve had units in other facilities with zero lightning. LOL.The ladies are fantastic. Give them a call.

Facility is clean.Staff is nice and knows their stuff.The ONLY thing that is annoying is other unconsiderate clients who while unloading their stuff litetally pull up so close to the building entrance that i cant even pass with a cart to bring my stuff in.out of 3 times i was there to unload i had to wait twice for them to move.i think the staff can see how someones car/lift gate is close to the entrance and could ask them to leave some space for other customers.Other than that i am glad i chose this place.
