I want to thank Camille for being so caring and helpful. Just outstanding! My aunt recently had to get a storage unit, being older she was a little apprehensive about the process.My daughter had used the Safeguard Self Storage in Elizabeth NJ and recommended that we go there.As soon as we entered we felt welcomed.Camille was GREAT! She explained everything thoroughly and was very caring, professional and patient with my aunt, who is not fluent in English. She showed us a few units and made the process enjoyable. The building is always clean and we feel secure when we are there.On another occasion Regina assisted us and she too was very helpful.What a great experience. Just great customer service .

The manager is soo welcoming and i loved every service from start to finish. I’m happy to be a part of Safeguard.

Camille is very helpful, she made sure that I was comfortable in my unit and when I had any worries she reassured me and made sure that the locker I was in was super clean even though I asked a million times and she personally cleaned it again for me. Very friendly and very kind SHE’S a great worker.

I was attended by Natalie, she was great, super attentive, polite and helpful.I had already gone to another storage where I was poorly attended and so I didnt rent it.Natalie took away all our doubts, show us the space and even waited for us to unload the truck even after 15 minutes after her hours, without complaining and with a smile on our face. She is great, green experience!! Thank you

Save, clean clean and affordable. You get a special code to get in. The door will not open with out it. Then you get to put a lock on your own little or big space. I didnt have much so tje smallest unit was best for me. It is climate control. I know that is important for some. The have dolli to make it easier to put your things in side.

The hours really get in the way of progress. Closing at 7pm is really not cool. Opening late in the morning. Not helpful.

My experience at Safeguard Self Storage was pretty good. The manager her name is escapes me at the moment was very helpful she always was looking to make the customer happy and satisfied.The young men that were working there on the other hand was a different story I believe they need to be a little bit more professional. I would also have liked if it was a 24-hour facility or a drive up facility to storage units and thats my reason I give it 4 stars. Plus the rates are great and you cant go wrong there but if you need to have access at any time this is not the place for you.

This is the worst storage experience I have ever had. I would not recommend the place to anyone. They will try to steal from you anyway they can. Im not sure who the owner is but Im sure the owner does not know whats going on there. NEVER USE THIS PLACE

The staff are pleasant, helpful and courteous. Their very knowledgeable as well, if I had a question or concern about my bill or storage without hesitation I received a quick and adequate response. I Will be sure to use their service in the future. The safety mechanisms are modern and up to date so you can be assured that your belongings will be SAFEGUARDED.

The name tells you everything you need to know. Safeguard Storage. This storage facility is gated and not only that, you have to type in a code just to use the elevator to get access to other floors. The locks on the doors arent your standard key locks so that would make it extremely difficult for anyone to try to break in. If youre looking for safe storage without having to worry about unwanted guest loitering around the premises, this I definitely the place for you

I feel safe and more convenient every time I come in I would love to have again if I need storage in my future specially about Rosemary shes very helpful every time I go there and excellent customer service I can give also five star for her.

I love Sticker City car storage and took care of me and my things my belongings you took very good care of everything Ive been there for over a year I like that playlist I will recommend it and I will go back there are some good people thank you guys for the time that I spend there how not to kill my belongings and made sure if I was behind that I wasnt behind thank you guys very much

Had a terrible experience!!! I wish I could post no stars!!!! The place needs an exterminator! Theyre strict on enforcing their rules, but fail at maintaining a clean facility!! Not only were the piles of mouse droppings--yes piles--in my unit but there were dead mice lying in the middle of the aisles! Theyll show you a clean unit when you rent but dont expect the same when you move out!!! Ill never use this place again!

I love renting at this location. The managers have great personalities, they treat you like you are more than just a customer. Rosemary always has my account open as soon as I walk in the door. You dont often see that at most businesses. Davion always makes me laugh even when Im having a bad day. He brightens up my day. Best storage in Elizabeth!!!

This is my 3rd time renting at this location. Its clean affordable and the managers Rose and Davion are the best! Anytime any one is my family needs storage. We always come back to this location.

I arrived @2:25 sbd the facility was closed down until 3:00 pm. Only one employee was working and had to shut down for lunch.Your v employee was nice and very helpful but you guys could have more than one employee scheduled.

I have one complaint and that is that they they desperately need to get more carts for customers. I believe they only have 3 and that isn’t nearly enough. Staff is friendly. Quick check in. Facility is clean.

I paid for a full month ahead of time, but I left the unit a week early and never received a prorated rent reimbursement. The lady across from my unit blocked up the whole passageway and I had to wait 2 hours for her to finish. The same lady harassed my wife and when I brought it to the attention of the acting managers they did nothing. People take multiple carts at a time and this leaves everyone else waiting sometimes for up to an hour at a time just for a cart. The acting managers that are left to handle the daily service need better training because you always end up waiting for another manager because the one thats there didnt know the process when asked a question. Overall, in an emergency and if you have no other choice, it serves its purpose, but dont expect quality service. There are better options than this place, I would not use this place again, nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

Saw the complaints on facebook. Its about time somebody took action. Yvette had the same complaints with pictures of the mouse droppings they were trying to hide. Not sure how they are still open.

I had a good experience here at safeguard thiugh a brief one. I was helped by an awesome salesoerson who was very polite and helpful. I would definitely do come back here. I was pleased that i needed a fefund and didnt need the stirage soace after all. They gave me no problems and stated they would have to mail it in a check form. Forcsome reason I thought they would say its nonrefundable but God is good because it went smoothly. I recommend Safeguard Self Storage to my family friends and anyone looking for a good place to store their belongings and receive excellent customer service with a smile 😃
