Pleasant staff place was clean after storm. Joeana took her time and I appreciate the time spent with me. Very friendly and courteous.

Finding a storage facility has been a very challenging process for me. But I’m so glad I found this location!!! The entire process was so easy and Joeana was awesome! She answered all the questions I had and was very patient with me (I can’t be very thorough). I would honestly recommended this storage place of your looking in the area!!! :)

I store my items for work at this location and been storing here for 3 years now but this is my first review. It is not the best place to store but it is very convenient. The actual office is a little further down the lot and people are not always there to help, so its best to call before. The actual storage area is not the cleanest or well lit but it is spacious for my items. This place is nothing to jump up and down about but it does its job.

Ive been using this storage for 2-3 years now and had to switch to another unit. The storage manager Marcos was very respectful and made the switching process very easy! He had my new storage unit opened within 20 minutes and made the whole process alot easier than I expected! Ill be here for more years to come!

Life Storage is an amazing place with amazing staff. I had brought my ferret with me in my car when I was going through my storage the other day and she had made her way out of my car without my knowledge and I left to Brooklyn thinkin she was just in the car somewhere. After a while I couldn’t find her and she didn’t appear, I called Life Storage to have them keep an eye out for her and they called me back immediately, found her, gave her water and a place to stay till I was able to get back to pick her up, they went above and beyond to help me and their storage units are always like new and have bathrooms and high level security - they found my ferret by watching her crawl across the cameras they have installed !

Marcos was so very helpful I love life storage no more worries. I have 24hrs access to my belongings and no more headaches about my bill going up every six months💯❤️❤️❤️🌹😊😘😘love you guy’s thank you for everything 👍🙏🏿❤️prayers still worx

Life Storage in Elizabeth NJ has great service and friendly staff. They are conveniently located off the exit of the Gothells Bridge and near NJ Turnpike. I have used them several times and I highly recommend them.

I have been with this storage facility for a combined total of 16 years since 1998 (Lackland) and now of course Uncle Bobs and have had no problems whatsoever.The place is clean, safe with no worries. I will say that 99% of the time when I call someone always answers the phone and because the facility is huge and rarely I may get an answering machine but they have got back to me at the most 5 to 10 minutes after leaving a message which is outstanding. Because of such an incredible job that they all do I easily rated this company with 5 stars for me hands down, keep up the great work!!

Called to speak with the Site Manager Marcos who was very helpful in the concerns I had with my billing..He broke down how it works and will extend to upper management for further assistance.I really appreciate the great service.

If I could give this negative stars I would. We had 3 units the one on the top floor in the first building leaked water all over boxes and my stuff. Thank God I used a lot of bins or a lot more of my stuff would have been a mess. 2 nd the mice issue- mice feces all over the inside of my refrigerator and all over boxes in all 3 units. I took pics however this has no place to upload them. Really wish I’d not gotten all 3 units at the same time ( was moving from a 3 floor house ) only needed the unit until I purchased my new home after selling my old one. My stuff was only there 3 months. Didn’t see the leaking until we were emptying the unit it was the back of the unit. The feces also in stuff in the back. Never again and I would warn against using this place. I see bait boxes but no evidence that these are updated ever

I keep using the Google option that I never been to this place, it probably is a place next door or something. So it keeps coming up for a review so I gv it 5 stars. I hope Google is monitoring this post.

I made an appointment to see Marcos about renting a storage room. He answered all my questions and his assistant Emerson showed me the space. I was not sure what size to rent but luckily Marcos the store manager guided me and recommended the perfect space size. Im very happy I will be renting here from now on. I highly recommend everyone to rent a space in Lifestorage. If you have any questions. Marcos will answer them. Thank you Emerson and Marcos

Fantastic Custoemer ServiceI can highly recommend Life Storage @ Allen Street. This is a customer focused location and everything they do shows. They even let me ship my container bin to their location for easy pick up! Easily one of the best in the area, Full Stop.

I actually went to this storage felicity to ask questions about prices etc and a man name Marcos helped me. He was very polite and professional. He answered all my questions and showed me the storage units. I was very pleased with his customer service and will consider renting a unit there.

I been with this storage for 15yr. What i like about this storage, you can access anytime 24/7. But what i dnt like about this storage they raise unnecessary fee every years.

The staff is courteous and accomodating. The hours are very convenient.

This storage facility is the WORST I would give it a negitive 5. First lets just say the have a rat problem that they are very aware of yet fail to mention or take care of. Half of my belongings were ruined. When I brought this to attention and told them I needed more time to pay because I had to have an exterminator come to my home after bringing mice to my house in boxes, the auctioned my unit off without notifying me once. I lost over half of my property including many pictures which they didnt return to me. I reached out to the manager and he failed to answer his phone or return my calls (if they even gave me a correct number) the guy who works at the desk was extremely rude and did not care at all at this huggeee error that they had made. I would not recommend this place if it were the last storage unit on earth.
