First time coming to a Jiffy Lube and I surely will be back! I was promptly greeted and asked what I needed done with my car. They took my car and had someone walk me inside. The waiting area is very clean! My oil change took less than 20 minutes from the time I got there to the time I was pulling away. They even gave me a free car wash pass for Sparkle Car Wash next door!

Best jiffy lube in the area! They have a multi service area behind the standard oil change area. They were prompt and reached us before we could walk into the lobby. Very professional crew.We had a tire leak and they had a diagnosis (tire had to be replaced) and quote for us within 10 minutes. After giving the go ahead, they had it finished an hour later. Well definitely be back at this location.

The young Lady that greeted me this morning was Fantastic! I felt like she and the entire staff rolled out the red carpet for me. Great service, Great people, Great prices and they were done in a jiffy!

The survive was amazing and they got me in quickly on my lunch break. However my ring happen to go missing out of my center console after my oil was changed. I know its my fault for leaving it there. However, It didnt to my mind until was on my way home and noticed it was gone.

I am new to the area and came in this past Saturday for an oil change and when I say these guys went above and beyond they went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Someone from the Jiffy Lube team took my new tag receipt and sticker from the glove box in my vehicle during while I had my oil changed. I had heard of this sort of thing happening in places like this, yet I reserved my opinion as I had never experienced such a thing. I involved the police because I need the written report to obtain an additional tag from the DMV. Needless to say I will never utilize the service of JIFFY LUBE again.

Everyone here is super helpful and pleasant to speak with. This is my absolute favorite location.

Fair prices and good services

A bit different experience than normal under Covid-19 conditions. You never leave the car. You get to part of the team, 😉 driving into the bay, over the pit, run through testing lights/signals/etc, pop the hood, start/stop the engine, revving, (waiting) driving out.

Entire staff was very professional and concerned with my satisfaction. All of my issues were addressed and well taken care of. Would highly recommend Jiffy Lube but especially the location that I always go to in Evans Georgia.

Went there for an oil change. Ending up costing me ~$80 for just that and a couple of other small things. Not really worth it in my opinion, but if youre in a hurry and need work done, they can be useful.

I love the Evans Jiffy Lube. They are so friendly and I love the new expanded services! They got my car in quickly, are low pressure for add on services, and I trust their judgement.

This is the 2nd time weve gone just for an oil change and been told our car had serious issues not recommended to drive off the lot when our car was perfectly fine...Until AFTER we left them!Also, This time they ignored the issues that they told us that the car had the last time we were there. Very suspicious, not going back.

I wanted to check my front end alignment to insure that my vehicle wasnt pulling right due to the tires bring changed. When I arrived at the store, James greeted me with the upmost respect and gratitude. He informed me that the inspection was free of charge and handed me a detailed description of my current alignment. He then explained what each individual section entailed.I will be doing business at this location in the future. Great customer service, fast and informative service, and affordable prices. Wow thsts all I can say....So I go in to get Alignment on my truck after feeling tires shaking and knowing that I just went thru a rough blowout and truck spun a 180... So the guy tells me its Idler Arms,Hub, Bearings etc(Front End work priced total work at value of viehcle ($1,050) LONG STORY SHORT A CERTIFIED MECHANIC SAYS ITS 2 TIRES AND balance 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Employees constantly try to tell you things about your car that are fine. This is the worst location I have ever been to. I went in a while ago simply for an oil change and I didn’t know better when they convinced me that my air filter needed replacing. They tried to upsell their expensive oil to me. They also told me that my front headlight was out and that it wasn’t a lightbulb issue. I went home to find out that my headlight was fine. They had left the lightbulb they checked my light with just sitting on my engine along with one of their red work rags in there. Never going back to this location.

I rarely leave reviews....but this Jiffy Lube location is, hands down, the most genuinely friendly, hardest working, and fastest oil change/automotive stop Ive ever been to at, in the six states Ive lived in.Lets be honest, NOBODY looks forward to getting their oil changed. Usually its nothing but fake-friendly conversations, long wait times, and hidden prices that get added on to your total before you leave without you knowing...Not the Evans, GA, Jiffy Lube though..... From the manager to his staff (inside and out), their employees are genuinely friendly and take the time to explain what is going on with your vehicle. They never push extra options on you either. Ive been there at least four times in the last year and EVERY TIME Ive left feeling like I had just witnessed the best lucky streak of customer service and timeliness. But thats just it...it isnt luck or the crew that day...theyre like that EVERY DAYSeriously, I cant say enough good things about this place. Could not figure out how to remove the oil filter.. banged on car for over an hour and then told me they couldnt do it. Still tried to chard me for the filters.. worst customer experience ever.
