Went into this store last week to have my fingerprints taken and the employee assisting me was not helpful at all. After speaking to the people from sterling identity I revisited this location and was helped by a young woman who spoke either Russian or Ukrainian she was absolutely amazing she took her time to help me even though it was difficult to get my fingerprints done she didn’t give up. after visiting multiple locations including one that was over 30 miles away she got the job done i am absolutely impressed by the service she provided
Not impressed with customer service. Lack of greet/acknowledgement when customer walks in. Here is what you can say when a customer walks in, “welcome, let me wrap up what Iam doing and I’ll be right with you.” Wasn’t that hard, was it?
Ask for an invoice or list of charges before paying. Theres a lady here that will offer services as if theyre complimentary but will add charges to the final bill. Didnt know it until I left the store and reviewed the receipt

I spoke with someone last night regarding a package that had its delivery change to a later week day date and was inquiring on options of picking it up over the weekend because it had made it to Tacoma. He was super patient with me and kind. We had found out the facility was closed over the weekend and the app wouldnt let me change the delivery type until a failed attempt. When we got off the phone I assumed we did everything we could, but Id have to wait until Monday. Im not sure what he did but my package came today (Saturday). Thank you so much for going above and beyond.
Horrible place, their rude, never, ever answer their phone, they should be reported to the owner.

I went to pick up an important package for work on a Friday afternoon and they’re just closed with no warning, nothing. They’re suppose to be open 9AM-7PM and Saturday 9AM-4PM Saturday. The note says closed Friday and Saturday no reason. Who just shuts down their store when Customers have packages to pick up.??!!

Why do I have to even leave one star? Called and answered by someone who sounded like a 10 year old boy and behaved like one. Had no intention to help and hung up when I asked for his name. Called again and a older lady answered. When I told her what happened and requested his name she hung up the phone as well. Called again multiple times hoping I could connect and record the conversation, but no one answers. Is this a really legitimate UPS store? It’s really really hard to believe..... I have never had such unprofessionalism to this degree. Ever..
I was two weeks ago Im be there three times visiting there closed and today6I call Im asking are you opening today? He said I couldnt understand what Ieas saying but he didnt answer my phone. The machine gave me an answer I vfb e been using g the P.O. BOX there for 16 years the phone answer business owner he voice he come from Filipino Im thanking no more using stop to business another bp.o Box change my address that business is servimake all ways he should be kind with laughter, but the owner is considered as not being basic.

I have received excellent service from this UPS Store over the past few years. The Staff is friendly, helpful and they go the extra mile. I have numerous boxes sent to this Store from all over the US from Auction Houses and I highly recommend them for packing and shipping and pick up.
Would have been nice if they updated there website for hours. At least 5 people have come and gone and they are closed even though the website says they are open👎. Going to FedEx
FYI for the post giving it 1star. The Redondo location is privately owned and shouldnt have any reflection of this Federal Way location. I have been a customer for about 4 or 5 years now with the same management and they are wonderful. They strive to remember your name and have amazing customer service. Not one person is perfect but I have had no bad experiences here. Kim is amazing, I visited her on her first day and she has continued to be one of my favorites when I visit. The owner, his wife and Kim and the other gal are always so friendly and take amazing care of me and my husband. If I forget my key theyll simply go snag my mail for me as soon as they have a second (even if their with a customer, like if their waiting for something) they always tell me hello by name and are sincere about it. Weve built a real relationship. I wouldnt go anywhere else. This place is wonderful!
6/21- I am in the process of shipping a fragile package across the country. So far, this store has been nothing but helpful and courteous!! I will revisit with a final rating after delivery, but as of this time, I am completely satisfied with the service here!! Thank you to the whole team!!6/22- The package shipped PERFECTLY!! There is a woman who presented herself as Kim. She was very rude with me as a customer. She called me to ask about my mail box that I rent over there. She spoke with me impolite; like I owned her something... Next time she called me I told her that thats not ok to talk like that. She laughed back. I am disappointed. If you, dear Kim, dont like the job, go find another one! Best wishes.

I rented a box here before I saw the bad review. I am glad! They are not rude to me. Rather they recognize me as a regular after only seeing me a couple of times entering and offer a warm greeting every time. Package pickup is always a pleasant experience. I see they are helpful to the other customers as well when I am there. The only complaint I could have is they forgot to offer a 24 hour key when I signed up. After I asked about it, they apologized and had me a key made in less than five minutes.
I was returning a computer. An email was sent from UPS with a bar code and stating that the UPS store can scan the code and take the package.The person working there said that he cant take it, I told him that it was an email from UPS, but he insisted that he cannot take it, not even trying.Then he goes on to speak to me in a manner that he is teaching a kid about mailing label. Do you think we can send this package without knowing where it goes? this is what he said and he moved on to another customer.I spoke with another person working there and asked her that I have a bar code and it is from UPS, she scanned the code and sure enough the label prints.The first person I was working with saw that it worked, but did not apologize, he did nothing.One of the worst services.
Had to fax what amounted to a novel today. UPS Store had some issues with the fax but Carlos managed to get it all working, yes it took about a half hour but it wasnt their fault! All Im saying is some heroes dont wear capes. I simply could not be happier with the overall experience. Thank you guys so much and thank you Carlos!
I called to get information about how shipping delivery works and she told me to just call the number which did not help at all. When I called it was just a tracking system. I need customer service not a brush off.

Manager Kim was rude the entire time I was in the store. Not only to me, but the other customers and even her employees as well. She didnt even seem to have decent manors as it appeared she had some sort of cold and was coughing the entire time without covering her mouth. All I had to do was a simple drop off, but I will never return to this store. I much prefer Mail, Copy & More off of Dash Point road. I wont be back to this UPS store.
Never had a problem dropping off pre-paid packages for UPS. They also accept USPS packages until 7pm if you cant make it to the post office.
Have shipped from this store numerous times no problem, this time the package was damaged and we were directed to call the store we sent it from. The manager Kim spoke to my co-worker and was rude and hung up on him. I called a week later and she was the most rude person I have ever dealt with in my life! Told me guidelines for shipping are listed and I can either learn something from this or not. Tried to hang up on me three times and finally did. I called Customer Relations and filed a complaint. TERRIBLE MANAGER WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
Been a customer for years the owners give a lot back to the local community. Kim is a bit blunt a time, but she is a good manager.
We had a UPS box at the Redondo location. The owner took our payment for a years rental. Not long after, without saying a word when we saw her, the location closed. We went to pick up our mail one day and everything was gone. The store was empty. We never got a refund!I was shocked to see the former owner working as a manager at the Federal Way location. If people knew her history, they wouldnt trust her with their money.
Kim manager was extremely rude. Horrible experience. Will never go back. Please avoid it. I hope Kim get fired. You cant do business like that
I dropped off a prepaid return package at this location in February of 2015 which contains a Zara black faux leather dress. Guess what happened?? Zara received the package alright, but it contained two unknown white T-shirts instead of the dress that I dropped off. It was a sealed box, and obviously the box had been tampered. Zara wont refund the money ($90) because there was no dress in the box, only two worn shirts (which I dont know whom they belong to). They will send the shirt back to me and once I receive them, I will probably take them into the UPS location and throw them in their trash can. I went into that UPS location shortly after I received a call from Zara about the box containing wrong items to make a formal complaint, and spoke to a lady and left a number for the owner to call me back last week, but still havent heard anything back. I will file a complaint to their corporate office tomorrow. I have worked with UPS before and this is my first time things like this had ever happened.
They seem ok, just need more personality. They need to greet you when you first walk in. The young asain gentlemen seems like he hates his job.
I shipped many things without issue via this store prior moving to SoCal in May, including a $200 Onkyo receiver.One of the last things I shipped was a large mirror to my mother in Florida which I packaged myself very thoroughly using an entire 20 roll of bubble wrap from Home Depot with 4 layers of the same bubble wrap fashioned into triangular pieces around the corners and a ton of Styrofoam peanuts within a box I purchased from this store. I even wrote FRAGILE in large bold print on all 6 facets of the box... Unfortunately UPS itself mishandled it and the mirror was damaged by something puncturing the box & packaging materials. UPS initially denied my insurance claim starting it was insufficiently packaged to cushion it which is ludicrous in the case of a PUNCTURE that no amount of packaging short of a steel cage could have prevented! Allan agreed and mentioned that I could appeal their decision which we did and successfully won. Velma who works here has also been helpful in resolving the matter with UPS.My only complaint is that they dont have an answering machine and it usually takes a few tries to reach them on the phone.
I lugged in the boxes for a table I ordered from Amazon. I had been provided with only one label, which posed a problem. The owner came out and was rude and unhelpful. No concern or attempt to help me.
Had my item stole right out of the box and was mailed an empty box....today! Check your staff..
