The staff here is very attentive during the process of renting a storage unit. They explain everything. They’re also very understanding when one misses their payment on the exact date it is due. They will email, text, and/or call to ensure you don’t forget to pay m, so you don’t lose your storage unit. Other than that, they pretty well leave you alone. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them so far!

Not a bad storage unit just kinda pricey and also it gets hot on the second floor so definitely be aware of that. Clean for the most part. You also buy a lock for your storage unit because its a special lock that prevents from someone with bolt cutters to break off the lock. You can get a variety of storage units or have your RV or camper be left there at the storage unit. It is gated but doesnt mean you can leave your vehicle or camper unlocked.

All of my questions were answered clearly. The property manager was fantastic. I got a great deal for my unit in a very competitive market. Was shown the same unit twice since I was doing a lot of comparing. To take that extra time to do that is great business! 10/10 recommend.

If I could give them negative numbers of stars, I would in a heartbeat. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! IT IS THE HELL OF TRUCK RENTALS!10 days before a crucial across-the-state move, my wife and I searched for a van somewhere near the Seattle area. We could not have looked sooner or closer, or we would have. This location said it had a 26 foot moving van available for us July 31st, so we made and confirmed our reservation, printing out the confirmation slip.THE DAY BEFORE WE MOVED, they sent us an email saying there would not be a truck available, and that we just needed to look elsewhere. Because we were busy packing, we did not get the message until we drove from Seattle to Federal Way to pick up the van. When we arrived, they happily informed us that Theres no van, sorry! That was it. No offer for something else. How can you do that to a planned move, coordinating with help, cleaning people, and with our entire life in boxes?! Personally, I would recommend not supporting this location with any business at all, and that anyone who uses them for any reason, including storage, should cease doing so immediately. Im calling the BBB.

I just got rented a space from this storage company. Excellent customer service very nice and respectful young lady. The manager is really nice. The prices are affordable. I recommend this storage company..Ill give them 10 stars.

I just rented a spot here. The facility looks immaculately clean indoors and out. Rebecca was not only competent but also super friendly. I always tell people you only need to be one but she has perfectly married the two.

Was 3 yr. customer here. I highly recommend going elsewhere. Its getting worse. They arbitrarily make up rules that are not in writing and are very rude to you after you sign the contract. You have been Informed.

An absolute satisfying experience for me. Some of the best customer service Ive experienced ANY WHERE. The staff is ALWAYS polite, helpful, and extremely accommodating. The employees will work to assist the guests as much as possible whenever questions or concerns are brought to their attention. They helped me get into a unit the same day, gave me an affordable sign up price, the paperwork was quick, easy, and painless. I originally planned to store for a mere 2 months but ended up staying for 2 years. I had a second story unit, which I was originally a bit hesitant about because of my terrible experience with a previous storage company, however, it made no difference in accessibility because of how accommodating they are to their renters. They have a spacious elevator and a variety of accessible carts to use. (My last storage unit with a different company was a second story unit as well, but the elevator was always broken and they didnt have carts to use, as well as there being no hallway lights or heat). At Federal Way Heated Self Storage I also felt safe and secure, for they require a code to enter the gate onto the property, as well as a code to be able to access the outdoor elevator and the first floor door to hallways. This was important to me especially because my schedule put me in a position thatd usually result in late night visits to my storage unit, when it would be dark outside and few to zero other renters being present. I personally have been so happy with my experience here, that I suggested this storage location to my mother and they rented a unit to her on the same day, quickly and very affordable. I would absolutely suggest to anyone needing a storage to store with Federal Way Heated Self Storage! They will no doubt take care of you 110% and I know you will enjoy the experience as much as I have. I would like to thank the staff for how hard they work to insure their guests have a professional friendly customer service experience and go above and beyond to have their renters feel at ease knowing their belongings are in a safe, secure, and high quality storage!

We have stored our RV at Federal Way Heated Self Storage now for about 2 years. Our RV was brand new and it was very important to us that it be stored in an area where there was ample space and no grass growing underneath the RV. The pads are gravel and very well maintained. You dont get dust from the HWY on your RV which is a huge plus. We then needed we thought a LARGE storage unit to store our household goods during closing of our house sale/purchase. Come to find out we needed 2 LARGE units. The customer service was FANTASTIC!!!! They were so accommodating, kind and understanding to our needs. I would recommend this place in a heart beat! Youll find no better.

Gated security with private code to each renter, friendly helpful staff, the covered unloading area is terrific on rainy days, plenty of carts that all work, clean facilities, two working elevators, private code to each renter to get in the doors or on the elevator, clean well-lighted facility, easy to move cart through aisles. I am keeping items that are of value to me including photo albums, so I like the heated storage to keep my things from getting moldy, dusty or otherwise damaged. Prices are competitive for what I am getting (you get what you pay for people). I had originally rented a 5x10 that wasnt big enough so was switched to a 10x10 that wasnt far from my original unit, making that move painless.

I have been a customer of Federal Way Heated Self Storage since they opened and must say their management team is excellent and facilities are first class. Horrible, HORRIBLE service. You could go anywhere else and have a better experience. If only you could give a 0 star. And dont be late on your payment! They lock you out after 10 days. No notice or anything. Horrible policies, horrible staff.

I am currently locked in. Everytime i put my code in it says no late exit. This is very inconvenient as I am in a major hurry ..im finding no helpful info on how im supposes to get out. Very unreasonable feature. Exiting should always be an option.
