My daughter and I had a great experience here! The doctor and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. He made sure we understood our new prescriptions and answered all our questions. Will definitely be going back!

Today was great. They were very busy and no one was frustrated or anything. We got there just before noon and sure enough just as we were finishing up shopping around 3 they were ready to go! I really enjoyed my experience here. The general manager Rick was very nice and helpful. Kyle and Angie also we’re very friendly and helped me understand my options. Dr. Syed got me in and out and helped me understand what was going on with my eyes. I would certainly recommend this place to anybody!

I have taken my family to the Fort Wayne location many times previously. We have always received excellent service. This time it was me who was needing some new eyeglasses. It was busy when we walked in but when I seen Rick the GM was coming over to take care of us I knew it was going to a great experience. Rick is very professional and extremely knowledgeable and even keeps the frame selection light and fun so I would feel good about my choices. The level of customer service Rick provides during this time of stressed out customers and employees is refreshing and greatly appreciated. I am looking forward to going back to pick up my new eyeglasses when they arrive at the store.

Dr. Syed was absolutely amazing and made sure me and my hubby were well taken care of. He made us feel very welcome and comforted about how our vision was. Making an appointment is easy and convenient. Staffs greets customers well and take care of things quickly and efficiently. The doctor, Syed was kind and professional. Karla was helpful in finding a good eye glasses for me. The best thing is that the store has many affordable selections and there is no hard sell. I moved here from another state so I was nervous to try a new place. I am very glad to find here and will come back every year.

Highly recommend! When I lost my insurance, I wanted to find a more affordable option. Eyeglass World by far seemed the most affordable. However, after visiting their appointment, I will recommend them to anyone. All their team members are friendly and efficient. The doctor is very professional and thorough. It was a much better experience than where I was going before. I used to dread the eye doctor and now I will look forward to it!

I recently visited my local eyeglass world on Coliseum, and my experience from beginning to end was excellent! I’ve been a customer and patient for many years except for last year. I had to go elsewhere because they where booked (big mistake)! When I came back this year Ricky, Summer and Dr. Paige Conoley reminded me why I enjoyed coming back. Ricky was very helpful in assisting me pick my perfect glasses, alongside Summer who was very informative and helpful as well. The friendly folks at eyeglass world were extraordinary at helping a fool who had lost his glasses in a lake and would have been stranded several hours from home without them. Luis was great on the phone working with me to make sure my prescription and measurements were available and setting up my order. They told me I wouldnt be able to get them till Tuesday. After explaining my situation Luis went to see what he could do and Ricky got on the phone with me and reassured that he would try to have them ready same day. He must be a wizard because I got a call a few hours later that they were ready. Lastly Liz was great helping me promptly when I arrived, getting the glasses, and making sure the fit and prescription was right. Overall Id drive 2 hours again just to work with these pleasent and helpful people.

I made the trip to Fort Wayne from Lima, Ohio because they always take care of me quickly. I stopped in for new glasses and Summer, Gary, and Bob made sure I left town a few hours later with my new glasses in hand. Thanks so much!

As an over the road driver, getting appointments can sometimes be challenging. With Eyeglass World being open on Sunday, I was able to get my eye exam before having to get back on the road. Everyone was so understanding and helpful with my unique situation. So I am a professional driver in expedited shipping so I never know where Im going to be alot of times day to day. The front desk staff, even though they were fully booked, still fit us in for an appointment which in turn made my life much easier. Had an appointment at 1:30pm on a Wednesday. As soon as I came in they asked if I had an appointment. When I stated who I was, they brought me straight to the back to do my exam. I didnt even have to sit down before being seen!!!! My exam was less than 5 minutes!!! Doctor let me put in contacts right away and explained everything to where I could understand. After my exam i looked around for glasses and they held me find the ones I wanted and I found the 2 pair I wanted in less than 5 minutes. This is the fastest service Ive ever had and Im 31 years old and have always wore glasses or contacts! Prices were very low and great quality! I will go nowhere else from now on!

The staff at this location are top tier, from Rick, the manager who helped during my transaction, to Liz and Karla. Rick did everything he could to make sure I got the most value possible for my money, and they all worked like a well-oiled machine to make my transaction as smooth as possible. I appreciate everything they did for me, 5 stars across the board.

Would not recommend this place anymore. We used to appreciate their services, but they are now discriminating against healthy people. They refused to honor a health exemption that was arranged in advance over the phone - wasting hours of my time. I live out of state and came to town specifically for an appointment, which they refused to honor.

Its normally a whole day affair, or multiple, to find glasses I like. Lisa made things so much easier. I think within 20 minutes I had both pairs picked out. She is full of wonderful suggestions and really knows her stuff. Ill definitely come back next time I need a new pair.

I came into Eyeglass in desperate need of sunglasses with my prescription. Lisa jumped to my rescue and helped me with my lens, and ultimately helped me have the best sunglasses for my needs. Ive been to Eyeglass World before for my vision needs but because of the great service Lisa provided to me and the quality of vision wear, I will never go anywhere else. I was called the very next day to come pick up my sunglasses and Rick made sure that I fully satisfied and my sunglasses fit my face. I needed new glasses quickly so I stopped at eyeglass world as a walk-in and had a fantastic experience. I met with Ms. Lisa and she was wonderful with a friendly smile and a great sense of humor. Making the appointment online was so easy and once I got there I had the BEST eye exam by Abrar Syed who explained my exam results and answered all of my questions even offering suggestions for my dry eyes. Once my exam was over I was lucky enough to have Rick Floyd help me select two pair of eyeglasses, it was like having my own personal shopping assistant! He is the absolute best!!! Hung up on me when I called to get my contacts prescription. I called back and was told they were busy with a patient and couldnt talk to me. When I finally got ahold of them on the third call they told me I missed a follow-up appointment so they never finalized my prescription, and they said I would have to start the process over completely. My insurance wont cover a second exam in the same year. They never told me of any follow-up appointment nor was it mentioned at anytime that I would have to come for a follow up appointment. Very disappointed with how things were handled.

On May 28th I went into Eyeglass world here in Fort Wayne because I lost my other glasses and only had my prescription sunglasses! I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who was able to present my problem! He was very understanding and helped me with insurance and picking frames. I was also given help by a very nice women. Once my frames were selected my eyes were measured and I picked lenses. I was very surprised they had no line bifocals in stock. I thought I would be waiting 3-7 days. Once I paid I was told I could pick up my glasses in 24 hours. This surprised: Less than four hours went by and I was called telling me they were done! This was amazing! I needed regular glasses badly! Eyeglass World impressed me! Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond and I am one very happy customer. See you for sunglasses soon!!

I Went into this store for the first time. I was trying on glasses. An employee came up to me asking if I needed help. I told her I get my script where my insurance allows but I plan to buy my frames there. She rudely said to me We ask that you only try on frames youre really interested in because we have to clean them. After you try them on put them in this basket. And walked away. Im 54 years old I dont go into these stores to hang out trying on glasses for fun. So I said well I guess I will definitely not be buying them here then. First of all I had a mask on. I didnt realize the virus is spread through glasses. Very dumb. Secondly her approach was horrible. The last time I bought them from Eye Mart. Theyre polite and friendly. I expected the same from here. Wrong. Ill be going back to Eye Mart now.

What wonderful customer service! As soon as I walked in I was helped. Years ago I had bought a pair of glasses there. In the past few years I have shopped at other stores and never found the same frames that I had got at eyeglass world. So I went back there and showed Lisa what I was looking for. She said she didn’t think they had them in stock and might have to order them. But she got in bottom cupboards and started digging. She actually found 3 of my frames in different colors! Hallelujah! so I got three! I just had a great experience all around. I will definitely go back.

Lost my Glasses in a lake over the weekend, called allot of placing to get in and get new glass, so I could return to work. Once I told them urgency they fit me right in. My Optometrist was Dr. Syed extremely professional and answer all my questions. Summer was also very helpful and made my visit easy, to decide what I would do, as well as Dr. Syed. Would recommend.

I had made an appointment last week to get an eye exam- fast forward to today, I received a phone call from an employee who worked there. I was finally able to answer the call, he had asked me if I had gotten the email they sent me, I told him yes I had but hadn’t gotten around to filling out the information (insurance information) I hadn’t had all of the accurate info to give at that moment and the girl last week told me I could bring it in the day of the appointment. He was BEYOND rude to me about not filling the form out. He treated me as if I was a child. His tone was ridiculous the entire conversation. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. It blows my mind that he even has a job there. I got off the phone with him so I could call back with more information on the insurance. I called back maybe 5 minutes later and talked to someone different. She was ALOT nicer and even more helpful. The only reason I’m even give a rating is because of his horrible customer service. I will not be going back.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. My son has ASD and I have never been more pleased than I am now with their customer service. The staff made my son so happy, its not easy finding good places to go with a child who has ASD. Bravo to the staff of Eyeglass World, we will always keep coming back.

Dr. Syed is a 10/10 when it comes to customer service and knowing what he’s doing. I’ve had eye doctor after eye doctor provide me lazy prescriptions that made my vision just good enough. He took the time to get me the right contacts and I can’t even explain how much it has changed my world. I’m very dependent on my vision for some of my side work and having him take the time to make it as thorough as he did, I couldn’t be more thankful. I hope to continue to see him in the future if he isn’t recruited out of Fort Wayne. If I was in charge I’d do whatever I could to make sure he isn’t going anywhere.

I cannot express how AWESOME Rick Floyd and his team @ eyeglass world are. After struggling with some of big name brands to get glasses that worked for me Rick and Dr. Syed took great care of me, Provided me two (2) pair or glasses, worked with my insurance in a way that is most affordable and backed it 100%. Anytime I had an issue, Rick said bring ‘em in and He and his wonderful staff took great care of me, rarely at additional cost! On top of that, after my wife had a horrible experience with Pearl Vision and we spent $500+ on a pair of glasses that she could not use, Rick told me to bring her in and he would fix her up. Rick was great. Came in from out of town and needed contacts refilled. He got me set up w/some samples, and contacts ordered for delivery in only a few days. HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic first visit experience! My previous eye doctor of 30+ years retired a few years ago and I have been struggling to find a new office I liked. Problem solved! Everyone from Rick, Josh, Angie and Dr. Conoley were amazing! 5 stars all around!

I went to get my eye exam today, doctor syed is absolutely amazing and very detailed . I also got help from Karla on picking my frames and letting me know exactly what I needed she is such a great help ! Definitely recommend her, will definitely be back !

Was having some real problems with my vision, even after seeing an ophthalmologist. Dr. Syed not only performed a thorough exam, but gave me some extra information that was extremely helpful. And he did so with humor and compassion and made me feel totally comfortable. Overall the best OD I’ve ever seen.
