It was a pleasant experience shopping for our eyeglasses. Marie was very knowledgeable about the product. She helped us with picking out the type of lenses we needed. She was very patient with our indecisiveness. Her customer service skills were spot on. I will shop at Lenscrafters and would recommend them to my friends and colleagues.

The dog chewed up my daughters glasses. We walked in on a Sunday at noon and they were booked solid. As we were walking out feeling disappointed but understanding, we were stopped by the woman who works in the front of the store. She asked if we’d be willing to wait a few minutes because their noon appointment wasn’t showing. We said “Sure!”. An hour later my daughter had completed a comprehensive eye exam and had brand new beautiful glasses! They went above and beyond to accommodate us on a short notice. Highly recommend!

The young lady (I wish I could remember her name, Im terrible at remembering names) who helped me was very helpful and professional. I explained I was on a pretty tight budget, especially since I was purchasing the same frames for the 3rd time (not their fault). The representative was very helpful and even saved me some money. My overall bad experience was mostly due to finding out that my insurance is horrible. For the most part you guys are pretty good. But I did feel that you were a little expensive.

We needed contacts, they do not have an email to send prescriptions to so you have to fax or bring in a hard copy. I faxed the prescription and called twice and left a message with a call back number and no one got back with me. Finally called and someone answered. They apparently never received my fax or my messages. Poor customer service. It sounds as if they don’t want you to email prescription because then they would be liable to actually fill a prescription rather then being able to blame it on the fax machine AND answering machine.

I have very poor vision, so places like Stanton Optical and Eyeglass World cant make glasses for me. I go to Lenscrafters because they give me a thorough eye exam and can deal with my unusual prescription. They also have a lovely selection of frames at all price points. All personnel, including opticians, are courteous and knowledgeable. My glasses are always ready within an hour, fitted to ensure they are comfortable. They also run great promotions and accept all insurance plans. I am not sure about Medicaid. Dont listen to the poor reviews on here. This is an excellent place for your familys vision care. Marie usually helps me. Shes amazing. Highly recommended!

The ratings shown here do not go along with the treatment and quality of service we received to today. Contrary to all reviews, we had an extremely pleasant experience. Everybody was courteous, helpful, informative and eager to be of help, both at the store and the optometrist. I strongly recommend visiting this store and don’t take all the other comments in consideration.Our visit took place on the second weekend in January 2019.

Its a good place to go but be prepared to pay money if you dont have insurance. Top brands available. If theyre not in the store, theyll order them from the warehouse to be shipped to the store. Loads to choose from.

I was pleasantly surprised with the thoroughness of the exam! Dr. Lam was awesome and every person I interacted with was super helpful, very professional and NOT AFRAID to give me their opinion! I love that they took pictures of me wearing the frames choices and it made choosing the perfect pair exceptionally easy and dare I say, even PAINLESS!

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. Nearly two weeks to receive my glasses and was told each time I called they would be in the next day and to call back. The day my glasses arrived I received a text from LensCrafters and sent my husband to pick them up. He arrived only to be told that the glasses were not in so he left. Then I called them and the representative giggled “oh they were here but the lab must not have not loaded into our system up front so we could see they were here” . Now at week 3 my daughters glasses are still not in but no explanation other than “we are busy this time of year”. In the past (3-5 years ago) LensCrafters provided excellent service but the last two years I have experienced a significant decline and at this time in good faith can not recommend them to anyone. Likely the last time we will use LensCrafters.

I didn’t deal with the actual LensCrafters portion of the store. My bad encounter(s) have happened in the doctor’s office within. If you need an eye exam, take your business elsewhere. I have dealt with LensCrafters for about 6 years now and have never had an experience like this. I wear contacts and have an astigmatism in both eyes. After the eye exam and receiving my contacts (they never called to tell me they were ready; I had to call and ask after it seemed it had been taking too long), I went in with some concerns about the way the left eye felt. I told them I believed it was measured wrong because the contact would get fuzzy after only 2-3 hours and I couldn’t see; I was also having problems with them ripping while in my eye. They told me we would try a different brand, so we did and I got the same results. Again, I tell them what’s going on, and they suggest possibly doing a daily lens. I’m sorry, but I have been using the EXACT same contacts for 6+ years... I highly doubt it’s the brand. I don’t have the money to spend on a daily lens and that does not help the fact that I am unable to see after 2-3 hours. This has been MONTHS and they have done absolutely nothing for me, so by now I’m just trying to deal with it until I can receive another eye exam. So I call the office to order more contacts and have gotten no answer on several occasions. I have left messages every time, with my name and phone number, exact clarification and enunciation, and not a single person has called back or responded. Anyone know of an affordable company where I can take my business elsewhere? This is the worst customer service I have seen yet.

The have a set schedule. Even a month out they wont work with you. Better not have a busy schedule because you wont be able to get an eye exam

I went to pickup my glasses, they were wrong! I had to come back and get them and then they gave me a case that was cracked. I called and they said theyd mail the case, but never received it! Stay away from this place! Another Client came in while I was there and said her prescription was wrong too! They are not checking or even acting like they care! I will never go back.

My husband had the eye exam, that part was fine; it was ordering the glasses that took literally hours. First he picked out the frames he liked. The associate took a very long time putting in the info., and then her co.puter locked up. So we moved to another desk, and started all over. After waiting an eternity for her to redo the info., she gets to the end and tells us, (now weve been there for 2 hours), he has to pick out different frames. So he goes over and picks a pair he didnt really like as much, and we had to start all over....AGAIN! $600.00 later, were told it would be a clue of days. TWO WEEKS later, we get a message on our phone that the lab messed up on his glasses, and they have to remake them, which will take another two weeks. No apologizes, no customer discount for the inconvenience, just straight up bad service. I really, really hope my husband never uses then again. Hes still without his new glasses. Grrrrr!

My brother was in a car wreck and needed to have his glasses replaced while he was in the hospital. I was met with a smile and after explaining my situation, even though he had not been a prior client of theirs, they went above and beyond my expectations to get him a pair of glasses in about a half an hour!

Disorganized and more interested in their technology than their customers. No one was stationed to check in customers on a very busy Saturday. They neglected to call me when my glasses were ready. Did not even adjust my glasses upon pickup. Pretty disappointed with the whole experience.

I would not waste your time going into a chain like this. We paid for glasses exam and a contacts exam. My daughter was supposed to have her pupils dilated and they skipped out on that too. Also, the appointment was so fast and rushed through that literally we had not even checked out and the doctor was out the door with her bags. And, they didnt even do the entire exam to gather the PD number. They recommend that you can just do it at home. Such poor service or lack thereof. We sure wont go back nor would we recommend.

If I could give a negative star rating for the poor customer service...I would! The manager of this lenscrafters was rude and unhelpful. She didnt know how to explain policies and had to continue to go to the lab to ask them questions. Both her and I were getting frustrated. I asked for customer care phone number and she gave me the wrong number and then got mad when I asked for the correct number. I put the frames I had just paid for on the desk (with anger) and she claimed I thru them at her, so she told me to leave the store. At that time she wasnt giving me my glasses or a refund. because I wasnt going to leave with out one or the other she called security. Which I am glad she did, because the mall security made sure she gave me a refund before I was kicked out. because her story about me throwing the glasses didnt hold water with witnesses of both customers and co-workers, she then said I had to leave because of my language. She lied when I asked for customer care number and then lied to get me out of the store. After being at Lenscrafters for 4 hours I left crying and without anything to show for my time spent there. The following day I drove 70 miles to go to a Lenscrafters in Ohio. I wanted those 350.00 Tiffany frames. I had absolutely no problems in Ohio!!! After giving them my families business for the last 4 years, I will NEVER go back to this lenscrafters again!

Have a 12pm appt for a eyeglass exam. Its now 1220 and im still sitting waiting. 2nd time this has happened as they always are never prepared. Very unorganized and VERY expensive. Ill get my prescription and will fill it somewhere else.

Came for an appointment and the desk clerks were very rude. They cannot find my insurance policy because the insurance webpage wasnt working. I told the clerk that the policy would be under my moms name, and she didnt listen. Will not return.
