Great experience from the front desk to the eye exam. Dr. Jones listens and works to find the solutions that work best for you and your eyes. I will continue to bring my family in for their vision checkups and recommend to others!

Dr Ellis is very efficient, quick and thorough. He explains things very fast but will repeat until clear understanding. I never have to wait very long.

I called and spoke with the office manager who happen to answer the phone when I called. Front office staff is rude and of lack customer service. Claim not to be bilingual but where speaking Spanish when we were leaving the appointment. Did not help my grandmother and when she had had her own translator they kept telling her to put on her mask you cannot read her lips. She’s a neck breather. Office manager kept deflecting my concerns and blaming the insurance instead of reassuring us to address with staff.

Dr. Moulton owned this practice prior to Dr. Ellis. A few years ago before Dr. Moulton retired, he found out l lost my visual field… he set in motion what would be a life saving moment for me! I can never express my gratitude for being so instrumental in saving my life.

I was looking to change eye doctors and stumbled across Dr. Jones positive reviews. I was shocked when I pulled up to a WalMart parking lot. However, I was really shocked when they got me in with the doctor within 7-8 mins from the moment I walked in (including paperwork). He was professional, thorough, and extremely efficient. I had an eye exam, retina exam, and contact fitting within 25-30 mins. I found a new eye doctor with Dr. Jones!

I’ve been bringing my daughter to the Oakmont Walmart Vision Center for a number of years and they’ve always been courteous & professional. The pandemic didn’t change who they are..I’ve also used Dr Jones for years and hopefully will continue. My daughter has autism and they’ve been patient and able to get the job done!

The doctor I saw he was wonderful, but the heavy set white lady over in the eye wear she needs to be told patience working in that type of environment is Very necessary

Very courteous and professional staff at front desk. The pre exam tech very courteous as well. Dr. Jones was very thorough in his exam and recommendations. In all I will continue to have my eyes examined here and tell my family and friends to get their eyes examined there.

Fast service, took his time to explain everything, and my daughter loves her glasses.

The staff and dr are friendly and informative. The doctor goes over your previous eyeglasses and contact rx and makes sure your informed about other exams you may want to look into for example retina scans etc. A plus for me is he tries to keep my contacts affordable, I have astigmatism with a very high rx, he looks into contacts lenses that are affordable and makes sure I am able to see from the contacts he gives me

You know that immediate distaste when you walk into somewhere and are met by blank stares or the front desk person just looking down at their paper? That’s what happened today. I called 2 days ago to schedule a appointment to get more contacts since my last pair ripped, for 5:45 since I get off work at 5:30. I walk in right on time and let them know I have an appt. she says “excuse me” without looking up, and I repeat myself. She said “No, we have your appt for 5:30”. I let her know I scheduled it with a guy 2 days ago over the phone, and he made sure to tell me to get here on time (definitely 5:45) since they closed soon after, and she would not have it. She asked if we could reschedule for tomorrow and I said “NOPE” and walked blindly out 👍 I would definitelyrecommend going to a different Walmart:)
