The eye exam was very pleasant, the doctor took time to talk with me and answer all questions I had. When I came back to fill my prescription with glasses I had, there was some issue, no fault of theirs. The manager is the one that figured out the problem. She tried multiple solutions until it was just right for me. She and her staff was nice and professional the entire time. Id recommend this place to anyone!

Bryan was helpful and informative on lenses and glasses. I brought my prescription and he knew exactly what to do. Glasses came less than 5 days and was satisfied with how they fit. Came in to get my gf’s glasses adjusted and they were able to for free due to being a past customer! Friendly staff and helpful, would recommend if you want a good price and quality products!

This Place Has An Outstanding Amount of choices for eye wear!! as soon as I walked in I was greeted by there lovely staff who was nothing but helpful and friendly to say the least!!! I went in for An eye exam and everything was smooth sailing very profession and straight to the point!! I was helped out by a young lady Tatianna, she has extraordinary customer service and made me feel very comfortable when speaking with her, I ended up buying the glasses that had my prescription and also the designer brand I was looking for as well!! STAY AWAY. Dont waste your money on defective replica frames. I wish I could give NO stars. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I have never felt this humiliated as a customer. They sold me a defective 400 dollar frames. The arms broke in less than a month. I asked them if I could get them fixed or get a discount for a second pair, however, the very rude person working there who is claiming to be store manager insisted on charging me the full price again and did not take any responsibility for the defective frame. I asked to speak to her supervisor. She responded disrespectfully “I am the supervisor and You need to LEAVE”. She has anger management problems. She called mall security for me. Even, the security guy was shocked by her rude and unprofessional behavior. Luckily, I had everything recorded. I am now going to file a case with the consumers affairs.

I have been to many eye places but nothing beats this experience I had. Staff is super friendly and very welcoming. They had so many options to choose from and so many brands to choose from. My glasses were ready on time and they were perfect. I will definitely be going back to them and bring in more family and friends.

Ryan was exceptional in helping me select my nee glasses. I changed my mind from sunglasses to eyeglasses after a good 30 minutes. The one thing I didn’t like is that after making a purchase of $900 I had to argue why they should ship the glasses to my house directly. My experience was over all ok. Ryan is to thank for it.

I was helped by the manager of the store and she was able to find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my face. She was extremely helpful and I received my glasses within a couple of days. Really unprofessional staff. I went there for an eye exam few months back and they were friendly at the time. I had an emergency out of state where I ONLY needed my prescription. So I called them and they made me wait really long for just a prescription. I kept calling back and they kept saying someone else was sending it. I guess they only care about you if you’re buying glasses from them. Otherwise stay away. I have to said I am very satisfied with the customer service experience I received with Ana Venegas (the manager) Sarah (doctors helper) and Doctor who unfortunately wasnt on site but videochat was a success!-My prescription glasses were super fast made in less than 20 minutes!-Contact lenses are the best I could ever have. Ana recommended me the perfect fit of contact lenses for my eyes and I feel very comfortable wearing them.Suer professional, very amiable, super cleaned environment, very reliable, so many choices, good tips and recommendations.Simply the best place I can trust my eye health.

DO NOT ORDER ANY CONTACTS FROM THIS PLACE! I went in for an eye exam and ended up also getting fitted for contacts. The technician was lovely and so was the doctor. However, the rest of the staff were NOT professional. When the doc came out to let the two ladies know to help me, they gave each other a look and it seemed like they were trying to pass me off because they didn’t want to “sale” me anything. I didn’t let that get to me, but I should have took it as a warning. First off, they overcharge for contacts and they do not even delivery to your home. They expect you to come and pick it up. They LIED about the time my contacts would arrive, but were quick to take my money. I placed contacts on Sep. 6th and even though they stated my contacts would be in 4 days later, they in fact arrived on Sep. 22nd. Trying to contact them about my order was the funniest thing because half the time I called, I would be on hold for 15 min until they finally found my order number and name. They never gave me a tracking number and kept on feeding my lies about when the contacts would arrive. They told me that they would give me more samples until my contacts came in “if they had them in stock. Every time I called for an update, I got a new story about what was happening. I understand we are in a pandemic, but I didn’t know that honestly was effected by that as well. Never will I order from this place again and never will I be coming back here for an exam. The sales people are by far the worst and it’s sad to have had a great experience from the doctor and have to take my business elsewhere because of their lack of organization and dishonesty. DO NOT COME HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

This location has such rude and unprofessional staff. I stopped by to get contact lenses and glasses examinations. They tried over charging me to change the lenses for my new prescription $300 MORE than what i paid else where and changed their attitude when i told them i was going to look into other options for my glasses. Due to this, i only wanted the prescription for my contact lenses because i already knew I wasnt going to purchase from them (the exam was already done) and they wont give it to me unless i take their trial ones! Isn’t that my choice? I am not buying from here so I dont see the point of that, and the assistant that took my call was really rude, almost screaming that i couldnt do that. It has been 1 month and 2 weeks that I am still waiting for my contact trials and no kind of contact has been made. So i am going else where because on top of not having a great visit, i am wasting my time. Don’t reccommend !

Let me tell you - coming here was an ABSOLUTE pleasure!!! I am so happy that I made the switch to make this my primary eye care center. They definitely live up to their name in every way possible. From the excellent eye exam with that doctor on staff to the incredible team behind the spectacular spectacle counter - I can honestly say that I havent experienced a more exceptional eye care center. I have been a glasses wearer for over 15 years so Ive seen and been through a lot. Maria behind the counter was patient, experienced and knowledgeable. She really took the time to get to know me and recommend perfect, and I mean perfect pairs of spectacles for me! I cannot thank this team enough for making me feel the way I do now. Purchasing glasses are a big deal and anyone else who wears them can relate. So, if you want your eyes to be in good hands why not make them be ultimate?

What a horrible experience I incurred at this business. I have been going to eye doctors and wearing glasses for over 40 years and have never felt so mis treated as I did at the ultimate spectacle. I was first given a prescription that was fifty percent less than my current prescription and when I informed the eye doctor I could not see out of the new lens, I was basically dismissed. I never received any of the three pairs of glasses I paid for due to the hostile response the front office manager Doris gave as a resolution to this issue. I don’t feel anyone should have to pay to be treated so hostile. Stay away from this place. Other stores have brand name frames at much better prices with much more kinder staff and competent doctors.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I went in and had someone literally argue with me back and forth because she was in a rush to service someone coming after me. But, I called prior and she literally said ITS BEEN VERY SLOW SO YOU DONT NEED AN APPT YOU CAN JUST WALK IN. there’s a lens crafters on the LL go there instead.

I am really satisfied with their service. I brought in my frames to have them change the lenses. They called my eye doctor to verify my prescription, and had my glasses ready within hours. Price was great, service was amazing and I am happy with my new glasses. Give them a try, I promise you won’t regret it!!!

I ordered a pair of $1200 frames with a $600 lens which they told me would be ready in 7 to 10 days, waited 5 weeks and when they came in they worry even the right size lenses then they proceeded to tell me that I owe $240 more on top of what I already paid The worst experience Ive ever had in buying glasses.

Called to get an email of my prescription for contacts. Each time, the associate, Shantoi, would say they would email me. After 4 calls in one day to follow up because I havent received the email, I call one more time to find out they dont even have a prescription on file for me for contact lenses, even though I was fitted for lenses back in March. I paid $100+ for my first appointment and now I have to go back for another appointment because they werent competent enough to keep it on file. If youre looking for a professional and organized optometrist office, dont go here.

Me and wife were looking for the EDITH sunglasses (dita flight 06 blue tint)for a very long time since the release of far from home and thru all sites and sources but we end up finding no where. Thats from even the dita site. We were told by dita that its been backordered and not gonna be available untill early 2020. I called this store and asked for the same and the people took every step to make sure that i get the right one. To my surprise. They got me the edith with custom blue tinted. Me and wifey were in soo much shock and excited to try them on. We just loved it. I would like to appreciate and feel thankful to those wonderful people maxine, eliane,tatiyana(sweetheart) and mike for taking extra measures to satisfy a customers needs. Awesome place. I have been to Ultimate Spectacle one time and it was such a bad experience, they are very unprofessional. There was a young girl and a young man that were very helpful but other than that I would not recommend this place. Multiple people have said they rob you and this is true, they are so disorganized and never follow up or email you when they say they will. Ultimate Spectacle needs to be put out of BUSINESS.

I met them a week ago while trying on some new shades by Dita(something special I guess because someone representing the company was there)... any way, they were so cool and I didnt get that high pressure sales pitch that youd usually find at other places. Very very very very patient with their time. And they know their stuff! Bought a pair and will return to buy more from them. Only thing is that I hear the exam wait is very long so I guess if i gotta do that I need to schedule a whole day . Thank you to everyone there and the cool guy who does the adjustments (forgot his name-my bad!) and the guy from Dita. Like Arnold said, Ill be back! - My advice-ask for Ann and Stephanie they know what theyre talking about!-D

Service average, ordered glasses got wrong lenses, got glasses without a case, paid 3 times the price of everywhere else. Will not be coming back!

I called yesterday morning and spoke to Elaine asking if you accept HealthPlex through our Cobanc Union. She seemed very confused, took down my information and stated she would call me back. Well lo and behold, she never did. This to me is terrible customer service as I see on someone else’s review that they too never received a call back. Shameful. Also, your TV ad states you accept ALL insurance plans so why even need to check and then NOT CALL BACK! You need professional employees!!!! You’ve just lost a new customer and many others from my Union!!!!!

I am sorry to say this, it was a big scamMade a prescription sun glasses cost 250$ it had a defect, return them for fix they kept for a week never done nothing to it still has the same problem and give them to claiming they were replaced . But i know the old glasses cause i marked them.Receipt # 1223

I was initially skeptical of going here given the mixed reviews. My wife came here initially and reported that the doctor was nice and professional. Under her recommendation, I went to get my eyes checked today.Needless to say, I never made it past the front desk. I’ve witnessed the doctor interact with other patients and she seemed very professional. If my patience made it past the front desk, I’m sure the eye examination would have been fine.The girl at the front desk gave me several forms to date and sign, one of which was a generic healthcare claim form that is completely blank. The girl stated that the form is left blank on purpose, and that there would be no need for me to fill it out. She said I just needed to sign the form, and the form gets sent to corporate where someone else would fill out the rest of the form. I politely told her I’m not signing a blank form (Not even my name) and her reply was that I would not be seen by the doctor unless that form was signed. This is akin to signing a check without filling out any other details. I attempted to fill the form out myself, only to be met with backlash from the staff. After a bit of back and forth, I asked her to shred the forms I’ve already filled and left.I recommend this place for anyone who has the patience to make it past the front desk. The doctor is a nice person.

I got a rayban frame with my Rx, antiglare coating and transition lenses for a very good price! Way less than other vision places Ive been before. Highly recommend this store.
