I do not do many reviews, but I truly did not have a good experience with this dealer at all. I requested an online sales quote for my Ford Focus via Kelley Blue Book. After doing so, several buyers reached out to me, including Bill Luke.Since Bill Luke was the first to reach out, I wanted to be fair and speak with them first. I took my car to their SanTan location for inspection. There is no denying that my car was in less than pristine condition. However, the inspectors evaluation seemed largely exaggerated when it pointed out all of the supposed issues.Most notably, they claimed theyd have to repaint the entire vehicle due to some tree sap. They then proceeded to offer me only $3200 for a 2014 Ford Focus with under 60,000 miles. I said that was incredibly low and was no longer interested in selling to them. That evening, I took some Goo Gone and a razor blade to the tree sap and it was easily removed with zero paint damage.They proceeded to reach out to me numerous times asking if I was still interested in doing business with them, and I stated that I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt but theyd need to bring up their offer by at least a couple grand. They told me Id get a call back.A week later, and I still had not heard back from them. At that point, I turned around and reached out to another buyer who had expressed interest in my vehicle. I was offered $7000 for my vehicle from AutoNation and had my check in hand that same day. They did the same exact evaluation, noted the same environmental damages and wear & tear, but were actually honest about the effort and cost that would go in to getting it ready to sell back to the consumer. The fact that Bill Luke tried to offer me almost $4000 less and was unwilling to budge or even have the decency to follow up with me was extremely insulting.

Great service. Tim Q. is an excellent employee. His manager Brian was very helpful as well. Knowledgeable staff. And patient. I made three visits before I settled on the car I wanted. No pressure at all. Oh and Brock Roulier was extremely helpful in securing my extended warranty, which will save me money in the long run.

I would highly recommend checking out Bill Luke Santan if you are looking to sell your vehicle. I can’t speak for their other services but I sold my car to them yesterday. They gave a fair offer for the car (following KBB and evaluation of the car) that I ultimately accepted after seeing other offers. It was *much* quicker than purchasing a car, that’s for sure. Ben took us out on test drives today. He was very helpful, professional and patient. I bought a 2013 Ford Explorer. It was the nicest car I have ever owned....or so I thought. I have had problems with this vehicle since the day I bought it. First it was the a/ c. Literally 1 day of owning it. Then it was the catalytic converter. Now, its a water pump. Im looking at 5-6 thousand dollars to repair. Im a single mom with one income. I have owned the car 13months. Im still making payments on it. I have missed days of work, begged, borrowed and paid dearly for rides to work. I have had problems with this vehicle the very first day I bought it. Imagine how gut wrenching to put down every last dime you have plus a $ 14, 000 dollar loan and notice something wrong with your vehicle the second you drive it off the lot. Imagine that! I contacted Bill Luke immediately. Long story short, I was bullied into taking a vehicle I did not want from the beginning. I told my sales person that I did not want this vehicle at least 5 times. He pushed me off to the service department everytime. Bill Luke Santan service man was perfectly fine leaving my daughter and I sitting outside a car rental place in the Az summer sun when we couldnt come up with a $ 50 deposit. I can give you an actual name upon request. Bill Luke SanTan had no issues throwing their employees under the bus...so I have the employee who was fine with my daughter and I sitting outside a car rental for 2+ hours. AFTER being told everything was taken care of. ... it wasnt. Typical Ryan luke has no problem disclosing the name if the employee that refused to help my daughter and I any further. In the middle of the day. (I wasnt kidding when I say that Bill Luke took every last bit of money plus a trade in for a down payment. ) This was after being told that everything is taken care of, just go get your rental He was offended when I asked for someone above him.  I got a nice manager to come and help get me a rental. He used his OWN credit card btw....his OWN! Not a company one....his OWN! After 3 days in a rental, I was told my car was ready. I was told to test drive the car with a lead mechanic. He was nice until he got in the car with me. He told me that I needed to realize that I bought a USED vehicle and that I was grasping for straws. He told me over and over that he as well as a Ford dealership had reset the computer. They denied knowing anything about the violent shaking that occurred when the air was on and the vehicle was at idle. I said I trust that it is fixed. I felt so bullied and uncomfortable that I wanted to cry. I prayed that was the last time I needed to deal with this company. Seriously! 3 days later my check engine light comes on. I have my mechanic run a diagnostics and he says its your catalytic converter. Its still drivable but you will not pass emissions testing....now a its water pump! I have owned this vehicle 13 months and 3 MAJOR things have gone wrong. Im supposed to pick up that tab because I was a single mom with one income who was so excited to get a car and didnt know any better????essential worker, I do not get to work from home. When I reached out to Ryan luke, general manager, He gave me the name to his attorney. Nice huh? A single mom with ONE income.! An essential worker in these tough times.proof beyond a reasons that Bill Luke Santan sold me a lemon during a pandemic. They told a single mom with ONE income to contact their lawyer. iwill NEVER go back. They have devastated me.I am paying a $ 14000 Impressive right? Makes you want to buy a few hundred vehicles from this awesome dealership. I have no agenda, I AM a single mom who went to the worst place possible to get a used vehicle. I was terrified and bullied big time by this company. I wish I could remember the name of the mechanic but the service writer was Quam and he still gives me anxiety.

Kesha was rare among car salesman because she made the experience fun and more enjoyable than any other dealership weve ever been to. She has a great sense of humor and shes very easy to talk to. Her knowledge was always on point and we felt no pressure the entire time we were there. Shes also been in contact since we purchased to make sure were happy. Brock in finance had a lot of good information for us and didnt pressure us at all. He made our 6 year old daughter feel like she was a part of the buying process which she enjoyed. This was by far one of the smoothest auto purchases we have had. When were in the market for another vehicle we will go to Bill Luke before anybody else.

Would love to actually speak to someone... been trying to contact for 2 days... not sure whats going on... I spoke to someone yesterday evening and they basically told me not to go to the dealership... I was 15min away at 7:00pm and today I called at least 5 times but never received a call back... just automated text ...

I bought a used 2020 Ford Explorer at Bill Luke Santan. In my interactions I met with several employees in both the sales and service department. They were communicative, honest and true to their word. The integrity in the organization appeared to be cultural and throughout. I was particularly impressed with Brian, the General Sales Manager, and Jeff in the Service Department. Recommend.

I had a great experience here at Bill Luke. This is my third used car that Ive purchased at a Bill Luke, but first at this location. I worked with Jim Gilbert. He was very friendly and patient with us as we worked through finding the right fit. We had to come back a second time, and he was very helpful and friendly. We never felt pressured. Im pretty familiar with sales tactics, and I never felt like I was being manipulated into getting something I didnt want. He asked us a lot of questions to get to know exactly what we needed, and now were really happy with the SUV we bought. Well be coming back when we need another car in a few years.

UpdateI’m removing one star due to lack of full disclosure regarding the window tint. Bill Luke tints every vehicle and charges for it (in my case, the charge was $360). The sales rep told me there was a 20% heat reduction from the tinting. Come to find out, the tinting was only done on the front two windows. I am having the windows re-tinted to ensure heat reduction for all windows.——————Overall, I had a good experience at Bill Luke Santan. I purchased a 2014 Odyssey. After the purchase, I took the vehicle to my mechanic and he was very happy with the condition of the vehicle other than that the fluids needed to be replaced (power steering, transmission, brake). My understanding is that Bill Luke replaces the engine oil but not other fluids.The only other issue I had was that I found the vehicle on TrueCar and when I showed up at the dealership, they said the TrueCar price was only valid if the vehicle purchase was financed, and I wanted to pay in cash.All in all, I feel like I purchased a quality vehicle at a reasonable price and was treated fairly.
