I came in here to get my state inspection done however I feel like I was taking advantage of. I paid $125 for a state inspection here only for it to fail from the following things, the exhaust had a small hole in it, my back brakes were bad and I had foggy headlights. All of these things were wrong with my car and therefore it failed. They suggested I take the car somewhere else to get the exhaust fixed since they dont do that there but they could fix my back brakes and clean up my foggy headlights for roughly $275.I said no thank you Ill take it somewhere else and I picked up my car and I left.I took my car to my regular mechanic to see if he could fix the exhaust issue and while talking to him he stated he did Maryland state inspections there as well.I asked him if he wouldnt mind looking over the things that PARS stated whats wrong and sure enough, he told me the exhaust is the only thing that would fail. That does have a small hole in it however my back brakes are fine and not anything that would fail plus, and heres the kicker, Maryland doesnt list foggy headlights as one of the things that could fail you on the state inspection. Might I add they arent foggy and you can see this by looking at them. So basically this company was trying to get more service out of me than what I needed. He fixed my exhaust and passed me on my state inspection. Needless to say I will not be returning to PARS to have any additional work done. Having a second opinion really saved me money.Now Im sure theyll reply back to me with something here but the truth of the matter is they were taking advantage of me and Im glad I was able to pick up on it.

I will be taking my card here all the time from now on. AC is my new mechanic. Gives you great advice. He really knows what he’s talking about and he’s honest n doesn’t rip people off. He actually saved me money.mainly because of him that’s why I’m going here from now on. Pars is a high quality work at a good price. Well worth the cost.

I brought a motorcycle to Pars for a state inspection. When I called in advance, they promptly answered the phone and were very pleasant. I brought my motorcycle by a few days later (without an appointment) and was told that it would take approximately 1 hour if I wanted to wait. They got it done in an hour or less. The inspection report was electronically submitted to the MVA by the time I got home. A great experience in every respect.

I would highly recommend Pars to anyone and everyone. From the first time I was in their place of business they made me feel extremely comfortable. It was someones birthday and they offered me food and cake while I waited for service to be complete. AC & Christina went above and beyond both times I had work done to my vehicle there. They communicated with me if anything deviated from the initial diagnosis. Always fair with the price. Couldnt ask for a better experience . When it comes to Professionalism, Perfection and Pride in quality of work and service, Pars International has delivered above and beyond for me.I was involved in a hydroplaning accident on August 24th 2020. Needless to say my car was banged up pretty bad from it. Cosmetic as well as body, and some internal readjusting and fixing under the hood.I had never done business with them in the past, but they were highly recommended to me by someone I trust and decided to visit them for a consultation so to speak.Upon arriving, I spoke to the owner who’s an incredibly wonderful, professional and experienced gentleman who walked me thru everything that would need to be done and that he would make sure insurance sent out all the correct parts.2.5-3 weeks in I stopped by to check on the progress and he was so inviting and patient in explaining everything that had been done and needed to be done still. He informed me that insurance tried to send used parts which he sent back and made sure I got new parts due to my vehicle being a 2019.And within the estimated time, not only was my my car beautifully repaired, but cleaned and detailed down to every crevice, just SPARKLING!!!! I could see myself in ever single panel as I did a walk around.I’ve had my car back now for 2 days and it drives amazing. Everything is incredible. And I’m adding this much to show the level of which they pride themselves in their service and client satisfaction ....The first day I had my car back, the temperature censor was off, which raised a concern for me, I contacted them and they ordered me a new one.Next day the censors had all readjusted themselves on their own and worked perfectly. But I went in to thank them all again anyway and to let them know everything was fine. Again, the owner was wonderful enough to offer to hold on to it for me just in case.Overall I cannot emphasize the wonderful experience I had with Pars International.They truly deserve beyond 5⭐️!! Don’t listen to the bad reviews, because this place has NOTHING but professionalism and pride in their work to offer!Hands down the only place I’ll be taking my car to in the future.To the entire team at Pars International, thank you so much! I had brought my car in last year to have a M.S.I done that was my first time there when I was waiting in the lobby area I noticed how beautiful and decorated that the decor was the walls the floors even the rest room was spotless. The staff and service was excellent very friendly polite with a smile I brought my car back a couple months later to have some repairs done and it was an experience well worth it same great service with fair pricing The owner was very nice after inspecting my car he came out to greet me letting me know the prices for my repairs which were very fair I would recommend anyone to take their car there they will Definitely be seeing me in the future thank you all for your help

AVOIDThe price for inspection may seem cheap, but they will mark things that do not need to be replaced. My father has been a mechanic for 33 years and said the muffler and all components connected are just fine. I do agree with somethings that were marked but come on marking a completely intact muffler down for BAD means RUN from these guys. It is worth spending the extra $15-25 to have inspected correctly!My sister in law had to take it so of corse they would think they can get over on her!!!As others stated theyre very DISHONEST

I came here for a second opinion after the Toyota dealer across the street gave me a ridiculously high quote. The owner thoroughly explained everything he would be doing to the car. The owners wife even drove me to the car rental location to get a rental car.They replaced my water pump and made several other repairs, and came in several hundred dollars below the Toyota dealers estimate. He even pounded out a large superficial dent I had in my bumper at no cost. They also detailed the car, inside and out. My car has never been this clean. They must have shampooed it as well, because I had formula stains that had been there for eight years from son, and they are completely gone.The car runs like a dream now. I wholeheartedly recommend them for repair and inspection work. Id come here again for just the detailing. Great people to work with. I didnt feel fleeced by a car repair for the first time in my life.

I wanted to share what I think of this place. It might be odd but here it goes; I started to work here in July and I have to say, Mr. Ilkhan known as AC, is a very honest individual who actually cares about his clients. I was not payed nor asked to say this. I really felt the need to let everyone know that there are still people that genuinely care and are not just thinking about how much they will make.

I had multiple issues with my Cadillaic CTS, he fixed for a reasonable price and Im driving for a month with no issues. Thank you so much.

Awesome Inspection station! Brought a trailer here about a year ago and received passing inspection status after I got some lights to function that Esfandiar could have just told me to fix and bring back another time, but instead allowed me to get running while he waited. After that great experience, i brought my new motorcycle here today and he had it inspected in and out in under half an hour. If you need an inspection, come to this station.

Safety and relialibity is number one when it comes to driving and operating a vehicle. Pars inspection & collision center offers an honest service where you can trust. I have a hard time trusting anyone working on my vehicle, I had a commercial vehicle that needed Inspection and repairs done, I chose this facility because the owner is very friendly and more knowlagble than any other shop in the area, good deal is what we all look for, this is the place to get top quality work done.

Horrible place, took my car to get inspected, it passed in August in Virginia. Needed it to go over to Maryland so I get it reinspected here. They fail me for multiple small things to try to get me to buy their service. Took it to Crowns in Severna Park and passed with ease. 2011 car too. Take your business elsewhere.
