Service manager Joel was amazing to deal with he kept me informed of ever thing that was going on with my pick from tow truck dropping it off to me picking it up. Turned a terrible start to a vacation to a great one except for all the driving. Thanks Joel your a great person.

A few months ago I went in to get my oil changed, and two mouths later i went up to my grandmothers house and she noticed an oil puddle on her drive way. So I took it back to see what was going on, it turns out when I took it in for service the guy failed to tighten down. So because of the guy not doing it right I could have cause major damage to my car. I was offered a complementary oil change the next time I went in. I tell you this so I can tell you that I went on Saturday to get that complementary one and the guy that I talked to failed to put it in the system. Then the manager Steven I spoke to said he would call me back. So I left with nothing resolved and no oil change. Would give a zero stars but other people Ive dealt with have been nice.Update 10/1/2020: I finally got them to honor their complementary oil change for there mess up, and to show i still trusted them i even got them to do an alignment. Regret that now. I went for an oil change and alignment, and they didnt reset the oil counter. And my car still pulls to the right. When I tried to get this taken care of, Ive been given the run around, no one seems to call me back. At this point, I will be contacting the BBB. And making well sure that all social media outlets know of this horrible service. I paid for something and it wasnt done right when I tried to get it fixed your people act like there doing me a favor. I wouldnt have to deal with them at all if they would have done it right in the first place

I live 100 miles away. I got up at 6:00 am this morning to take my car down for its scheduled appointment to repair my air conditioner for the Park Meadows Location. When I get there, they ask, who is picking me up. I said no one that I live 100 miles away. Then they proceed to tell me that they have no loaners and cant get me a rental car and I need to get a hotel or have someone drive and pick me up. I explained that this could have been avoided if they would have let me know they would need it longer than 24 hours and/or let me know there was no loaner before hand. His response was you must have called our service center. Mind you, that is the number on their website. Not even worth one star in my opinion.

I had a really good experience here. Most shops I called, on a Friday morning, were understandably busy and wouldnt be able to fit me in until Tuesday. I didnt have the luxury of time. Assistant service manager Nate worked me into their busy schedule, and even accommodated an oil change. Service at a dealership is never cheap, and theirs isnt cheap, but my check engine light has not returned. I really appreciate the flexibility and service orientated demeanor Nate and Chris presented. 5 stars happily given.
