Terrible inventory. Useless employees. If you happen to have Sprint just call customer service. Its better to slog through an hour long support call than deal with the ignorant and lackadaisical reps at this store. They said they couldnt help me and gave me incorrect info about why they wouldnt. They obviously dont want to help and apparently its too much to ask them to care.

Free offers or discounts rely on a monthly rebate system that requires you to continue service.No towers in cave junction, and they only allow 200 MB of roaming. And they will cancel your account and force you to pay remaining balance on promotion if you roam more than 50% of the time.These are all things I learned by not doing my due diligence.Store employees are generally helpful and their screen replacement plan is very helpful and worth the money.I spoke with the manager who said he would direct his representative to be as upfront as possible about these things in the future.

Cecile helped me choose a new phone and helped set some of it up. She was patient, knowledgeable, professional and delightful! I have been a T Mobile customer for 10 years. The service is always very good but Cecile was excellent. She went above and beyond. They are lucky to have her!

Friendly, helpful, thorough and patient. Pleasant experience. Alena was great as was her co-worker. Its about the people.Next time with different reps possible different experience. Of course this is true of all service oriented companys.

Went into store to purchase 2 samsungs om the current deal, buy 1, next one $500 off + trade in. 2nd phone took over a month to get and then tmobile informs me the note 20 doesnt apply, only note 21. Rep that assisted us was aware of the plan we were buying into and why. Assuring us the whole way into the deal that yes it qualified or we would not have done it. We also bought watches, ear buds. Very angry. Trying to return phone now within time frame and I am sent shipping label for a phone I do not own. Very frustrating. Their hours coincide with mine or I would go in person to tell them how I feel customer service at tmobile used to be the bomb, now Ive been on hold 20 minutes to get night crew that for sure wont be able to resolve the issue. Honestly, whats up??

I switched my family to T-Mobile on 12/27/19 and now wish I hadn’t. The District Manager signed us up at the Grants Pass location and it was not done correctly:1.) We did the phone trade in and now Corporate says the transaction was canceled. We are paying $18.75 a month for an iPhone 8 and not receiving the monthly statement credit. The device we traded in has disappeared and I’m out $450 (24 month contract)2.) The District Manager offered a 20% for life discount on our service plan. That discount is not showing up and when I talk to corporate customer service they have no idea what I’m talking about and they say a discount like that doesn’t exist. I am overpaying by nearly $1,200.I tried to contact the District Manager for help and he has been unresponsive as of yet. I need help. Please reach out, this is the only way I know how to get my issue addressed.2/5/2020 UPDATE: Yesterday I received a missed call from the Grants Pass store. No voicemail was left for me so Im not sure who called. I have followed the instructions from the Owners Response below and emailed a copy of this review to the email address provided.Because the traditional customer service channels were proving to be ineffective I was forced to reach out to T-Mobile corporate via the C-Suite leadership. The response I received was instant. A lovely person reached out to me from the office of the president and addressed my issue completely. No red tape, no redirection, no blame, just a swift one-call resolution. I dont blame any one individual for how this all turned out. In my observation this was a failure due to training issues, interdepartmental knowledge sharing, system limitations and corporate/store disconnect. I am eternally grateful to those who genuinely tried to help me.

Heard alot of positive things about T-MOBILE so we switched from Verizon. But found out the hard and expensive way that the staff (at this location) was very deceptive and sneaky about extra charges on supposedly free phones. You would probably be better served going to a company store and staying away from this franchise location. We are switching back to Verizon. At least they are honest.

Probably the best and worst experience somewhere to go get new phones I’ve ever had. We dealt with Karli, who was fairly new at her job and had a lot of questions. That being said, she did a fantastic job, was extremely friendly and very personable. We’re a very outgoing and loud couple and she definitely was laughing quite a bit with us. However, her manager Kyle was extremely pushy - I get it is his job to sell - but when I told him we couldn’t afford $80 in screen protectors RIGHT NOW he proceeded to hound me, asking me if I went to Dutch Bros daily and that if I just bought screen protectors, we’d get the rest free for life. Ok, none of his business and also, I said no. Karli finished setting up our phones and he came over to help her once everything was done, but not prior to being finished, and proceeded to tell her he wouldn’t have accepted my phone (didn’t even tell me, the owner of the phone, why. Which it was in great condition) and that “it’s ok, we will see if he has to pay the $300”. Absolutely disgusting business practices to allow your manager to speak to your employees that way. My husband and I just barely held our tongues.. Kyle also required she wore a mask, but apparently didn’t think it was a requirement to deal with a customer for over an hour without one on. Please, for the love of god, fire him and treat Karli with respect. She’s a serious asset if you allow her to be trained and be respected. Otherwise I sincerely hope she finds somewhere else to work where she can be appreciated by her boss.

We switched from Verizon to T Mobile and we are so happy we did! All the employees that worked with us were friendly and helpful and answered my millions of questions. This was the first and ONLY time we have enjoyed our experience at a cell phone store. Great job T Mobile team!

Was led to believe by Charles I could purchase the LG tab for 99.00 if I wait until 25th, then discontinue data at any time. Not correct have to purchase data for 2 yrs to receive for 99.00. Supervisor not willing to resolve issue.
