Husband had his phone “repaired“ here twice. The first time was a month ago and they replaced his phone screen. It literally had a small crack in the corner of it when he got home. Well that screen went out Friday. So he went back yesterday for a second screen replacement (they gave him 10 percent off because surely their craftsmanship should’ve lasted longer than a month), and now today — a single day later — his phone is f u b a r. Totally ruined. The screen is cracked and glitched and the phone body itself completely bent and warped. Worse than it was when he brought it in for a screen replacement. Hope they offer a full refund when he stops by their shop tomorrow.

Steven was patient and helpful and a HUGE resource for me and my New IPAD. Apple kindly locked me out of my brand new device and said theyd send the secret to unlocking it in 15 DAYS!~No thanks. Steven reset to factory settings in 2 hours *(Client was ahead of me) for $15! What?!Then when I still couldnt get it set up, he told me how to erase any data that was in there at NO CHARGE! Integrity, friendly and savvy. Ill be back with an ANDROID if theres ever another problem.I highly recommend Steven Rice at Mobile Madness in Grants Pass. Hell treat you right.

Steve did a beautiful job on my glass replacement. Had a problem accessing FACE recognition ID (which is a typical problem according to Google) afterwards but he fixed the problem the very next day. I’d recommend him as your first choice 😊

While visiting our friends, I dropped my phone and the screen shattered. This was the only repair shop that answered the phone. I’m glad they did, because they were priced fair and had my phone fixed in a couple of hours. Definitely recommend this place.

The one person staff was not friendly, lacked communication skills, not helpful, belittled/blamed me for the issue I was having with my slippery phone case. Hes not promoting an atmosphere for me to return w/o a body guard.
