I brought my sons playstation in to get an opinion on it not working and they said while I can send it to sony and they will fix it for free it will take 8 weeks to get back so he would look at it. 10 weeks later and after numerous check ins on my part I finally got a call from them saying they were now ready to look at it and should only take a few days. 6 weeks later my frustration was so high I went in and just picked up the unfixed playstation. After I voiced my displeasure with the unprofessionalism, the response I got was sorry, were busy. I can understand being busy and short staffed with covid, not communicating and have an apathetic attitude is the most disappointing thing. 16 weeks and still didnt fix it. I dont need a save face response as you made it very clear in store your response.

Simply an amazing experience. Chris the owner went above and beyond to help me and my specific needs. He even stayed an hour after close to make sure that my problems were solved and I was sent home with a phone that was functional and contained all my precious photos and data. When I was finally fed up and had enough of waiting, I went into the store asking where my phone was, the condescending guy working at the time just hands it to me in a ziplock bag and just says Here you go bud!. No apology of course. To the owner save your BS response and just own up to your mistakes and incompetence instead of trying to talk your way out of it.

I went into Grants Pass Cellular with a very cracked and damaged 6s Iphone screen. which I dropped the night before.A lot of my work is through my phone, so it’s very important to me to have it able to send texts and phone calls, as well as run an app I use for one of my jobs.I walked in, talked to a very nice young gentleman, asked the the price and time frame to get it fixed. Turned they where having a sale; $99!I handed the phone over, came back an hour later, and received my phone with a lovely new High Quality screen. In AN HOUR! I didn’t miss any work, it barely caused a dent in the flow of my day.They gave me a discount on a tempered glass screen protector, and I walked out happy!I recommend them!!

I just read a lot of the reviews here, most of them 5 star and nearly all the 5 stars would generally confirm my experience since early in their existence. The people that work here are friendly and quick with their work. My phone had a corroded power port; these guys took my phone, attempted a cleaning first & when it was unsuccessful in fixing the issue, they replaced the whole port. The work was fairly priced, the work was done quickly and within the timeframe quoted. My phone is working like its brand new again.Id go back to these guys - & recommend to others - for any other issues with my phone or device.

I went to 3 different cell phone stores and no one wanted to even try to fix my phone until I found Grants Pass Cellular. I went into GP Cellular and they were very knowledgeable and eager to help, my phone was fixed quickly and when It still had problems unrelated to the repairs that were done, they took care of it and didnt even charge extra. It is nice to see that there are still businesses out there that care about customer service and for that I will keep coming back and highly recommend Grants Pass Cellular to everyone.

I purchased a new battery from Grants Pass Cellular because my old battery wasnt holding a charge anymore. The battery was only $25 bucks and came with a one year warranty. The new battery still wasnt keeping a charge and I brought the phone in and they were able to see that some andriod updates werent doing well with my phone. After a restart of my phone, they were able to save my contacts and pictures and got my phone working right without the battery being drained. They even offered to fixed my husbands for free since we had the same phone. They were awesome and very helpful. I would highly recommend going to them for all your cell phone repairs. They are very knowledgeable

The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful!We changed carriers and had been unable to get our Samsung S7 edge to connect even with the new carrier trying everything they could think of. Hoping that all the phone needed was to be unlocked by our previous carrier. I took it the company store where I was rudely informed that they dont unlock phones, it could only be used on their network and my only option was a new phone with my new carrier. Luckily I remembered hearing about Grants Pass Cellular from a friend. I truly thought we were going to have to get a new phone or if Grants Pass Cellular could do something it was going to be an expensive ordeal. I have never been happier to have been wrong and lied to. It was a easy fix that just took knowing what you are doing and around 20 minutes. The best part was they didnt even charge me to fix it!

They repaired my iPhone rear camera in a matter of hours last month after my wife got it wet on a bike ride recently; and for a very good price. Would highly recommend this repair shop.

I have an android phone and the pins inside the phone were bent and I couldnt charge it. So they helped my get is fixed and working. I was to US Cellular (2 times - my carrier) and Chat Cat (which helped me with half of the solution) BUT these guys are AWESOME! Highly recommend them!

Brought an iPhone in, the battery stopped charging and wouldnt turn on. They told me it was not fixable, and charged me $40 for having it looked on. Well, to minimize my losses, I sold the phone for parts and got my 40 bucks back, couple days later the buyer messages me back saying they got the phone working after a quick fix. These guys are great! Ive used their services several times and found that my phone was repaired to better than before accident condition in a very timely manner. They take care to save your files and contacts. I dropped by the other day and an associate quickly found and destroyed a virus on my phone before it could do any damage.

They were extremely helpful and thorough! My phone was completely submerged in water and blacked out screen and broke. Sprint would have made me buy a brand new phone even with my insurance and it would take 1-2 weeks. In 1 day they managed to completely restore my phone for $55 dollars and also gave me a loaner phone so I could still have a phone. Anytime my phone breaks Im going straight to them and I suggest you do the same!! There very nice and by far the best place I have found in Oregon to fix phones. This is my story from the last few days:I called Grants Pass Cellular over the weekend to ask if they could fix the speaker in my phone. Yes, this is possible; bring it in anytime and itll only take a few hours. I brought the phone in Monday a little after 6 p.m. They repeated that it wouldnt take long and to come by anytime after noon the next day to pick up my phone. I told them, specifically, that I would be there between 6 and 7 p.m. I left work at 6 the next day and arrived at the shop at 6:45. Imagine my surprise at finding the door locked and the shop unmanned. As I sat in my car, trying to figure out why they might have closed at least 15 minutes early--especially when they knew a customer was supposed to be picking something up before closing--another unsuspecting customer pulled up. She, too, tried the door and was surprised to find it locked (who wouldnt be, when its posted on that very door that they are open until 7). She was kind enough to look up their number and let me call them from their phone, which of course did no good, since nobody was inside to answer, but I was at least able to leave a message expressing my situation and irritation. The next morning (today), I drove all the way back into GP from Williams, costing me in both gas and over an hour in time, to pick up my phone. When I explained to the person at the desk--turns out it was the manager--who I was, why I was there, and that I had met a locked door during business hours the night before and subsequently left a message on their phone, he responded with, Oh, yeah . . . What kind of phone do you have? (Apparently, managing a local company with five-star reviews makes you feel so secure that you dont consider it important to apologize right away for causing a customer problems.) He disappeared into the back room, brought my phone back out, and informed me that the phone hadnt been fixed. As far as he could tell, the technician responsible for it hadnt even opened it up, much less replaced the speaker. So a problem that they assured me would take just a few hours to fix somehow wasnt done in an entire workday--and no, the contact number I left never received a call informing me of this. The manager didnt have much to say about the situation, other than that he wasnt aware of what was going on.Needless to say, I will never return to GP Cellular for anything. As far as my experience goes, they dont abide by their business hours, they dont listen to when a customer intends to return to pick up their item, they dont even do the damn work, and they certainly dont prioritize setting a problem right or apologizing for costing someone a wasted hour of driving.
