My upgrade phone cost just as much as the replacement phone I paid for a few weeks later... First time upgrading my phone in years, shouldnt cost $200... The new phone I got when the upgrade was stolen was $240. What a ripoff.. and customer service could care less if I was over charged. I had to upgrade because the phone I took in to swap with they didnt have a sim for it and when I went back they would no longer swap.

Went in there today to transfer from my LG Stylo 4 to an unlocked iPhone 8 I bought. They couldn’t figure out how to get it to connect and told me to buy a new phone! I could tell they had no idea what they were doing and went to a different metro to check. The woman at the other store in Jacksonville got it working and connected right away. I would recommend to definitely stay away from this store!

Went into the store on NE beacon Dr in Grants pass. The guy that works in there CHARGED MY CARD $279 THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IT WOULDNT WORK WHERE I LIVED. Now wont answer the phone when I call and ask when my money will be refunded. You need to lose your job. He was also very rude when I called a couple days ago asking if they had any of the phone I wanted in stock. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Came here a few different times: absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. Definitely have to make the drives to Medford just to get answers or actual help. Manager was entirely disrespectful at a genuine question and refused to offer help or assist in my issues, when the customer service line told me to come in to further my inquiries.

Ive had Metro PCS for 6+ years now, and loved it the whole time. Ive had as many as 4 devices on my account at one time. But as of recent they added a service called data maximizer...thats cool youre trying to conserve our data, but I have unlimited data so not needed. I have gone to 3 different store, called customer service multiple times, and tried to turn this service off via Metro website and mymetro app. Customer service says they cant turn it off and the stores say to call customer service soo.....

Watch for unauthorized charges! I bought a phone here and didnt notice that the female manager charged me over $30 for a cheap 50 cent phone case I never asked for. She put the case on the phone and it looked very cheap so I figured it was part of the deal. I planned on removing it anyway. It wasnt even the right case as covers up the flashlight and the charging port. She also charged me for a monthly insurance policy that I didnt want. I tried to return the case to a different store but they wouldnt do it because the Grants Pass store is a private dealer called QC Wireless. Kinda hard for me to find parking in my semi truck to return the case. Its not a good idea to rip your customers off. I have refuted the charges with my bank and reported it to Metro customer service.

The girl who helped us (I forgot her name -tall with pretty blue eyes and burgundy- ish hair) was WONDERFUL! She had said they were non-stop busy all day and that was clearly evident. She was patient, very knowledgeable in her position and a total sweetheart. Kudos for a great job even when we had showed up 30 minutes prior to closing to open up a new account. Definitely recommend this location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I actaully like this place but slow service.. They should have at least 2 ppl in store waiting almost hour get servive

I went in today (11-16-19) to add my brother to my husbands and my plan the lady working between 1-3 today at the Beacon store was very rude didnt greet us when we came in her response to our question were very short and snappy she just acted like she didnt want to work and that we were taking her time from something more important. This was very strange for my husband and I we normally get treated like their number one priority but this time we did not. So I ended up getting my brother a phone elsewhere.

Good to customer in front of them, only one clerk on a Saturday afternoon- 1 customer being helped, 2 on the phone (asked to hold), 2 waiting for at least 10 min, 1 just thru the door. Not a location I will visit again. 2 stars cause very helpful to the 1 at the counter!

Meh. Ive gone in to pay my bill (which costs $3) and had to wait like 30 minutes with my 2yr old because the only employee was helping someone who had no intention of actually buying anything.

This place is ok. Always quiet and the guy is always there, he can be a little sketchy with with knowledge. U are better off going to the MetroPCS store on Stevens Creek Blvd.

Great phone plans..I have 3 kids my girlfriend and myself on a plan and its only 125.00 a month. Best part its unlimited everything!!!!!

Reminds me of the wal mart of phone providers. But the unlimited plan is one of the best.

Employees kind of just want to get you in and out as soon as possible and dont seem to enjoy their jobs or customers. The review would be less stats, but they do offer great phones and rate plans.
