They were extremely helpful, explained all my options, expedited the repair. The quality of work was excellent. There were no surprises, the phone was ready when they said and my daughter was thrilled. I was very impressed how just after one call they remembered me and my situation when I came in the store. Every time I have gone into Chat Cat, they have been extremely helpful and very friendly! I was in a crisis when my phone unexpectedly died for good! The guys there took care of all my concerns with composure and patience. Definitely the only cell phone repair shop I will be visiting in the area from now on.

We have always used Chat Cat for accessories for the growing amount of devices we seem to acquire. The staff has always been very helpful in finding just the right solution. The prices are reasonable. Previously I bought accessories on the internet. I really like actually seeing the item, so I wont be disappointed in the outcome. Definitely recommend this business!

Crystal Perkins was great! I walked in, picked out a sweet new case, and Crystal put the screen protector on for me. The one it came with was a bit off, so she pulled another one out to replace it. Lets be honest, Id have had that thing bubbly and off center. Her job was perfect! Ill definitely be back!

I had a broken/shattered screen on my iPhone 6splus. everywhere that I went to get it repaired was expensive and wanted to keep my phone from 4-7 days, with my job and everything going on I really couldnt do that. when I went to chat cat not only was it the most affordable that I could find but they had fixed my phone in only 2 hours! Outstanding! my phone was fixed and looks brand new and works exactly the way it should, the employees were kind and courteous and extremely helpful. They answered all my questions and got the job done. Thank you chat cat!!!!!

They have a great selection of cell phone cases and accessories. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even installed my new case. If you cant find a case for your phone this is the place.

Great store - clean, organized, and amazingly helpful! Excellent selection; had just what I was looking for but couldnt find elsewhere. I called to see if the item was in stock and they offered to put it aside for me, held it until I could get there, and helped me fix my phone, all with a smile.

Went in to purchase another battery from a failed one and instead of just selling me one as I expected, they asked to see the old one and did a search on it. Found that it was a little out of warranty but they honored it all the same. Saved me some cash and had a great customer service experience! Will go back to purchase again.

My wife and I had heard that Chat Cat could cut down a sim card for cheap and instead of just trying to hack it up myself, we decided to check out the store. As soon as we came in we were greeted and acknowledged as the current customer in the store was being served. Not long after we started looking through the cell phone cases (which were easily categorized/arranged), Jesse asked what he could help us with. He quickly cut down the sim card and rang up a case my daughter wanted. He even installed the card in the new phone and made sure it was optimized so it would receive the fastest data speeds available for the phone/plan. Jesse was very friendly and the store was clean and organized.

Went in with the phone battery. Told I needed the phone as there is so many kinds of batteries. I had the freaking battery WITH ME. It had the model number and voltgage right on it. I was able to buy it off Amazon with same information. Thanks for wasting my time with 20-something know nothings manning your counter.

Everytime I go into chat Cat the employees are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was having an issue with my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime and the employee who helped me knew exactly what the problem was and was able to fix it. I will always recommend Chat Cat for any cellular phone issues.
