Ive been doing business with these guys for a few years the lady manager there now is awesome!!! Her staff is very helpful and pleasant...my experience has been great!!!

Daniella is not the best person to run the store. She was very rude and unprofessional. It definitely made me and my family never want to buy anything from there again.

The employees here are just shy of special needs. I wouldve though they were if I didnt stand there and hear them carry on a full conversation with each other about the upper managements failures. They were 100% rude and unprofessional and I can assure you Id rather sell my stuff at the flea market and buy tools off the back of a turnip truck before coming in this store again. Ive spent money here on multiple occasions and to be dealt with so crudely really burns me up. The one named Madison is about the rudest person . Ive ever dealt with in my life as far as customer service is concerned. Im not sure if she just lost a puppy or is just naturally that mean, but she definitely should not be dealing with the public.

No good loser bums. I watched them try to rob a older lady of her jewelry. Being a jewelry lover when I saw what she had and heard what they were offering her for it. I told her she was a fool if she gave it to them for that price. Then the guy behind the counter got really mad that he lost the buy. I looked at him and said dont worry bro there will be some other elderly woman that will come in here down on her luck because she doesnt have enough money to pay for her heart pills that help her live that you can rob because of her misfortune. Be positive and look on the bright side. He said oh and whats the bright side. I said I just saved her from getting robbed by you. (Lol) needless to say he kicked me out but I went home feeling better about myself. Great day but scum of a place to do business.

Rude management and terrible customer service. Madison, the manager on duty during our visit, doesnt seem like she would understand courtsey if it jumped up and bit her. Do yourself a favor, and find another store that will offer a much better experience. Stay away.And madison, do better. Maybe consider work thats not with the public.

Spoke with one employee (kayla) who was SUPER nice; very understanding and clearly has more than one braincell. her manager on the other hand (i think her name was madison) was super rude, insisted on giving me $10 for a new fire tv and when i tried to haggle even $15 she was an absolute horror. literally scoffed and just talked as if no one was around her. this is also the same person i saw drop a heavy tape roller onto someone’s laptop they pawned (rip to that poor person).i will definitely be calling upper management as soon as possible to see if this is how they run an operation.bunch of crooks!

Nice new store, great employees. That is the ONLY reason that I am giving them 3 stars now. Cash America used to be the best chain by far for buying pawn items. They offered a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. But now they have been bought out by First Cash Pawn. I went in to purchase a laptop and was told that now there is a 5% fee to get a 30 day warranty and if I dont buy it, if there is a problem with the computer, I am just out of luck. This in my opinion is a rip off.So if I purchase a product that appears to have no issues, and I take it home and find out that after using it for an hour it freezes up and wont run for an hour till it cools off, you wont take it back unless I accepted paying an additional 5% for the product? I will never give First Cash Pawn or Cash America my business ever again. I understand the stuff is used, that is why the 30 day satisfaction guarantee that Cash America used to give was such a great thing. It showed they gave a damn about the customer instead of just being thieves.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. First of all, it was absolutely disgusting in there. There was water dripping into a bucket from a roof leak, it smelled like mildew, and everything was filthy. The people working there were more than a little nasty. The guy tried to tell me my 18k gold necklace from Italy was fake. I went down the street to Deweys and there wasnt a problem. They just low-balled me. This guy insulted my intelligence and hard work to pay for that necklace. If they cant fix their building, then how can they afford to buy my necklace? What a joke. Dont even go in there. Youll either have an allergy attack or be completely ripped off. Just WOW.

Careful. I dont deal with Pawn Shops personally, but had an $800 camera stolen from me and sold to them by my former room mate. They gave him $100 for it, I had to go there with him to meet some rude woman who claimed to be the manager. My camera was full of personal photos, it obviously didnt belong to my former roommate, but they bought it anyways. If you buy from them, youre potentially buying stolen goods.

I really didnt know what to expect after stepping out of my car onto crushed plastic whisky bottles in the parking lot! I went in to check out some tools, walked to the counter and two of the employees looked right at me and carried on with their conversation without even acknowledging I was even standing there. While in conversation one guy was changing his shirt and the other had an unlit cigarette dangling from his mouth the entire time talking to his buddy. I just turned around and walked out not saying a word. I felt had I addressed the problem a less than ideal situation probably would have transpired as that place looks like a bad day waiting to happen

The worst place ever never pay any attention to you at all rude

Had the unfortunate need to walk into this business years ago at a time when the economy had collapsed in 2007 & 2008. A job layoff and some other bad financial setbacks caused me to pawn several very valuable pieces of jewelry. After years of struggle and trying to recover I lost most of my jewelry because I could not keep up with the payments but one piece of jewelry (necklace) I kept paid all these years.It’s a very valuable and one of a kind vintage 18k kt gold necklace made in the 1930’s. Originally borrowed $2000 from Cash America but because it was there so long they made over $16,000 in interest payments.If it were not so valuable I would have just let them keep it but finally in a better financial position so decided to pay and get it out. This GREEDY company actually charged me an extra $670 in interest after already making thousands of dollars off of my unfortunate circumstances.For those reading this understand that this place exists to profit off of people’s miserable situation.....I don’t care how bad things are stay away from pawn shops and auto title loan places. All they are is crooks!!!

This place is a disgrace to pawn shops... If you go put anything on layway dont expect to get your money back if you decide to change your mind.. They said oh well we take 10% then the rest goes on store credit..... Like if i wanted your trash i wouldnt be taking this off cause you tried to over charge me.....

I took a 14K charm there a couple months back that had 11 half carot Tanzanite Gemstones in it. They gave me $11.00 for the one gram of gold they said it weighed. Pure Gold is about $50 per gram spot. 14K is 58% pure making it worth over $25 per gram in just gold value. I know most places dont pay for small gemstones, but... as I knew Tanzanite was rare and told them that, I did not know it was more rare than diamonds. And of course any jewelry smith could have replaced the missing 12th stone, or made 11 half carot Tanzanite gold earnings and made a bundle. I got burned. Pawn shops usually double their money on most items...this is expected. But gold should not be half of spot. I have since learned of several places you can mail your gold to and get 90%-95% spot. They even take Placer fine gold dust and flakes if you have that. Gold Hog I think is one. You can go to ask Jeff Williams. Com, a miner on YouTube and he will give you all the links to send your gold into for top dollar. Never take your gold to a Pawn shop. And always weigh it before hand so you know what you got. They may tell you its two grams and it might be three grams and you wouldnt know. That scale is way over behind their register.
