I was greeted with service as soon as I walked inside. The staff was smiling and eager to help me. The jeweler who assisted me, Korelle, me educated me on the different types of gold and styles. She explained the different compositions and guided me in finding exactly what I wanted. She was so professional, she convinced me to purchase a second item. I also received complimentary customization and cleaning! The service and alterations were very expedient.

I was beyond pleased with Nicki’s help finding the perfect ring gift for my birthday. She had so much patience with me as I went from ring style to ring style to find the one that suited me best. Wally is the absolute best! No matter what I want he brings my dreams to life with custom pieces. I am so in love with my ring. All the Reeds staff are professional and the turnaround time is quick without compromising quality. We send all of our family and friends here. If i could do zero stars i would. The clerk wally was incredibly rude, condescending and did not make me feel comfortable. I wish i didnt go here. He told me “this ring isnt worth X amount of money!!” After he asked how much i wanted my engagement ring insured for in case the mall burns down…. Why would someone know the cost of a that?? Then when my fiancé went to pick it up, he said, its awfully small. My fiancé said thats not something you should say to people- also im a doctor and need a small ring. I do not recommend going here for his horrible people skills and making me feel worthless. They did an ok job making the ring smaller though.

I absolutely came to the mall at Haywood this past Monday to pick out the engagement ring I wanted and was going to Kays Jewelry to get it. When we got there Kays was closed so I decided just to go into Reeds to look around, never expecting to find the most perfect ring. The staff in this family owned business are amazing. I simply told the lady exactly what I was looking for and she went straight to 2 rings, its like she could read my mind. By the time we left the store I had 100 % made my mind up and no one could have persuaded me to go elsewhere. Yesterday, my now fiance proposed and I said yes. He had gone back to the store and made the purchased once he realized I was in love with the ring. The staff was great, the ring is beautiful and I have a new jewelry store to shop at.

I am sure these guys are fine jewelers. I have no experience with them, so I cannot say, but I had to get something off my chest.For the past few years, their ads (which play on 105.5 in Clemson) have featured a young woman who gleefully mispronounces the word jewelry with such precise enunciation that my kids watch me for the entertaining facial grimaces that this elicits from me. For the love of God - its JOO-ULL-REE, not JOO-LUH-REE. Like nails on chalkboard to English minors such as myself.Correct this, and I may well drive to Greenville for the expressed purpose of purchasing something as a thank you for soothing my shattered nerves.

C. Cass Agerton is the assistant manager at this location and he has been one of the most helpful and kind sales representatives that I have dealt with in a retail store setting. The whole staff is in the store is excellent! I would definite recommend using Cass and this Reeds Jewelry location for your next watch or jewelry purchase.

I just love Reed Jewelers! My first was a 3 stone anniversary ring from my husband. Than in March we had some very special diamonds from family set in a pendant that was just stunning!! I was very disappointed in the customer service at this Reeds location. We took my husbands band in to be repaired because a part of it had been broken. We had insurance/warranty and had to pay a $25 shipping fee. The ring was sent off and returned 2 weeks later.When I picked up the ring, I overheard the laying helping me telling another employee, Why does this paper say size 11.5 when its supposed to be an 11? They then measured it and I couldnt hear what was said after that.When the lady brought the ring to me, I said, Just to be sure... This was NOT ring size exchange. It was sent off to be repaired as should be a size 11. Her response was, Yes, yes, it is. My husband wasnt with me when I picked it up but as soon as I got home, he tried it on and sure enough it was an 11.5.They knowingly gave me the wrong size... AFTER I paid the shipping fee.I immediately called and was told it was definitely the companys fault that they shipped it to because they can only go by the original receipt from when it was purchased??? FYI, when it was purchased it was too big and had to be resized.I took the ring back, dealt with someone completely different who said they would put a rush on it. I had also asked for a refund on the shipping fee of $25 for the inconvenience. I was shot down with no effort at all. Another lady was listening and said shed call on the next day that someone would call back.One and a half weeks later, I was the one calling the store because we had not heard a thing, about the ring, the refund, the rush, nothing.The manager is the one who I supposedly talked to at that point. He made excuses about why the ring wasnt back yet since it was a rush. Said hed call, get some information and call me back. Never heard back from him again.We spoke to numerous employees who just brushed us aside. Weve been 4 weeks without my husbands ring AND had to pay for that. No one cared. Its frustrating when you put money into something important and its not important to those who are supposed to take care of it and help you.My insurance on my ring is still through Reeds so I imagine Ill have to deal with them again, but I would suggest to others to buy your jewelry elsewhere.

My husband and I first went in to Reeds in early 2015 looking for an anniversary ring. We had been to several other stores, but couldnt find anything that we liked. We immediately met Minnie, the assistant manager, and she worked with us to find a ring that I would love. We purchased that ring and have been back to make two more purchases from her. I can be somewhat difficult to deal with (admittedly) when it comes to my jewlery, however, Minnie is always amazing to me! I recently decided to significantly upgrade my original engagement ring. I now have the most beautiful ring (after many hours spent with Minnie searching for the perfect one). I cant stop looking at my hand!!! Its amazing! I simply cant say enough about Minnie...she is a fantastic lady who has the most amazing customer service skills Ive ever seen! John helped us and the first ring I tried on was the one. I knew I wanted some rose gold with it and the jeweler came over and put a few rose gold bands with it and I just knew that it was the one.
