I went to an open house and was able to walk around and take a look at the available home. I like not being followed by an agent and asked a million questions or making meaningless conversation while they try to sale me something I dont want. The guy I did interact with was nice enough and he allowed me to use their restroom. The homes I saw were okay and the guy I met was okay. Thats why this visit was rated okay.

These clowns have had almost a full year to put my house up. The yes man salesman said 4 to 6 months tops. Well one excuse right after another and here we are still waiting for them to finish the brickwork and give us our keys. God only knows what kind of suprises we have waiting for us when we do move in. I wish wed have never set foot on their lot. Ive watched house after house be delivered, set up, and moved into in the 3 months ours has sat on our lot unfinished.

These ppl are a rip off. In the process of getting lawyer to sue them

The man at the counter was very unprofessional. He acted like he didnt want to help. Out of 5 modular homes that we walked to only one was unlocked.

The salesman was knowledgeable. The prices seemed a little high to me. I was just doing some initial homework before making big decisions. The homes were nice.

I can not understand how this place still in business. I dealt with Chris Layton seemed eager to help but I was fooled..always had to call him to get info. Never returned my calls. Rude, customer service sucks, and should not be in that profession if thats how you do business. If you looking for a home RUN go somewhere else. Dont WASTE your time on this place.

These people are rude, i called to ask if i could see some of there homes and was rudely told that if didn’t have an approval from a bank i was not considered a serious inquiry that i would need to come back on sat, that’s a good way to lose a customer, i will take my business somewhere else !!!! This the only place I’ve been to that doesn’t let you see there homes what a joke !!!

Love our new home, great prices, great staff, even their contractors are awesome people. We lost our home to flooding after Hurricane Florence. We shopped around and no one would ever get back with us on houses we were interested in! We stopped by Down East Homes of Greenville one Sunday afternoon when they were open for special hours. Even though we made it right at closing time because it was further than we thought, Mr. Dick the salesman stayed over and let us take our time in looking at houses. We were sold on the Oxford Phelps! Mr. Dick called us the very next day! Mr. Dick helped us every step of the way and just 2 weeks ago we moved into our new home after spending five months with family! This is a great group of people to deal with and we appreciate everything they did for us from start to finish! We highly recommend giving them a try!!
