Tried to change to metro on Saturday August 17th, no one at the stand. They had a sign that they’d be back in 15 minutes. I waiting for 30 and still no one showed up. Decided to give them another chance today, and the kid at the counter said that his boss requires you to start with the $60 plan, and then you can change to a lower cost plan from there. He said if I went to a different store they wouldn’t have that requirement. Don’t waste your time with Metro.

Worst place to go. The kid at the counter give me the wrong phone (I asked for the LG aristo and he did all the activation process on a Samsung galaxy. When I tell him that wasn’t the phone I wanted he called the manager and they just offered me a fkn case and screen protector. I asked for my money back but “the manager said that is impossible”By the way, the kid was talking with his coworker and other costumers all at the same time he was with us.Just be careful if you go to this location
