Had aftermarket parts installed here. Not many places do that. The quality of the installation of the parts was done well. No complaints. Will use this shop again.

Took my 2005 mustang GT to Jacob before and he did great work, so I got a 2011 mustang GT and had him do the same mods to it. Reasonably priced and he set me an appointment in a timely manner and the work was started on time and done on time. His team even had to do some fabrication to make things look great instead of just throwing it together, and it didnt affect the cost of the work, it was still what he quoted. You dont see that anymore, as soon as other shops add on any work the price goes up... Not on my bill. HIS WORK SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. HE HAS A GOOD TEAM WITH HIM TOO 👍.

Best customer service experience Ive had in awhile. They are very welcoming and I can trust that they wont try to sell me something I dont need. After a simple oil change, I got a report card for my car, visually saying everything theyve found to be right or wrong during the whole process. Absolutely amazing company.

I could not possibly be more pleased with Jacobs work. I honestly feel like hes treated my truck (a 2005 F-150) as if it were his own since I bought it over 3 years ago. Hes knowledgeable about every aspect of it, and doesnt recommend something unless its definitely needed or in my best interest. Also, Katey is wonderful about keeping you informed if you have to leave it there for an extended period of time, which is very helpful if youre like me and need to try to schedule someone to pick you up and drop you off. Theyre more than willing to help you out, the support staff is incredibly friendly and will work with you on payment options. When dealing with auto repair shops, you have to keep your BS meter on high. After doing a ton of research on reputable auto repair shops in Harrisonburg we went with Jacob Kline. When I saw how many parents of JMU students had given his repair shop great reviews in the past we went with him for our college age daughters Subaru repair. Big job, head gasket. I was very happy with the timely communication by Kate (you get texts on the repair timeline), the fast turnaround and quality work. Weve been back for more work in the intervening two years. Last month Jacob tracked down an electrical problem and also repaired an exhaust leak by welding in a pipe at a very reasonable cost. This shop is great, highly recommended.

Jacob and Kate were great! My JMU college student and wife broke down while visiting yesterday in Harrisonburg. These guys were pleasant to deal with, responsive on the phone and the cost for the repair was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them and if my daughter has any further car needs while at school, she is going here.

Took a truck here, completely unannounced, for a pre-purchase check. Id already been to another mechanic, and was told there was a rust issue, but they didnt have a lift open, and since the trip to get to the truck was 2 hours each way, I felt it would be good to see just how bad the rust was. Jacob had a lift open, but walked out to see it and immediately spotted body filler in the fenders. We talked a little bit, and he said it was just a big red flag, and then he refused to take my money. From the days travels Im not very impressed with that dealer in Harrisonburg, but the mechanics were incredibly hospitable.

After being consistently ripped off by every chain garage in Harrisonburg I decided to look for a locally owned garage for my 1990 Ford Bronco XLT. This is the only garage with 5 stars and I can absolutely see why! Everyone was INCREDIBLY friendly and they always called me with updates, ensuring that I knew every detail of what was going on with my vehicle. Theyve had to do so much with my vehicle, including replacing a PCM without having the model number for it, and I have no doubt it would have cost me THOUSANDS anywhere else. Everything in my bronco was factory original so things crumbled the second they touched them, but they didnt charge me for replacing bolts or the hours of labor they spent searching for every piece of those broken bolts. I can honestly say my Bronco has NEVER run this quietly or this smoothly in the 5 years Ive had it. This is definitely my garage of choice. Their staff is super friendly and helpful and their prices are fantastic! Thanks for all your help, guys! Buck thanks you as well. He narrowly avoided the scrap yard.
