Service is terrible they dont know what theyre doing oh how to do it i called ford and they told me they can use the rewards for items and accessories and maintenance for the vehicle but south bay ford told me no they didnt even try
Called in the morning to check if they had the type of vehicle I was looking for. They told me they had 3 on the lot. When I showed up a couple of hours later, they didnt have any of them. Dont let them waste your time.
Thanks to my husband quick search we got in contact with Markos Matta. Markos is friendly, very professional and I felt comfortable working with him. The whole experience was easygoing and a day later I drove off on my new 2020 Lincoln Corsair. Yaaay!!
Horrible customer service. I emailed this dealership twice and didnt receive a response. I finally called and when a manager answered, he pawned me off to one his sales associates. This associate texted me once but did not respond after texting him back. Sorry South Bay. Ford/Lincoln/Mercury but you just lost a Navigator sale.
