Quick Service and not a busy location so we were able to get in and out even on a Saturday afternoon for inspection. The lobby is clean but you must wear a mask, the pricing is in line with all other inspection places. Bathroom was okay, gas station next door so you can get your other goodies while waiting including rap snacks. I recommend the honey jalapeno. Yep my car passed.
I brought my mothers vehicle here for an oil change. This is the only place she will have her vehicle serviced. I was given no issues and the staff was polite. I was in and out in under an hour which was better than the other people waiting there. Theyre were three and I was last on and first out, but I dont know what services they had performed.
I am a return customer service is always spectacular.
They do the best job on your car. Very genuine in giving reports on whats wrong with your car. They dont try to make money by cooking up stories like the other locations do.

Worst costumer service on the front desk.Online Site says open until 4pm i went earlier than four o’clock and the disgusting guy didn’t want to sell to me 4 new tires because he have to shut down at 4:00pm. He uses the Covid SituationHorrible!
The guy at the front I don’t know if he is the owner or not but he has a real bad attitude. The first time I took it there I thought maybe he was just having a bad day but now I brought my car here second time and the same bad attitude so it’s just bad customer service. I will never take my car to this place again

My God. This was the worst experience! Be forewarned, it’s a tad lengthy. Long story short, my car now has an expensive repair, thanks to this shop. I went in for an oil change. Car REQUIRES full synthetic. Requested it, didn’t get it. Husband goes in, and requested full synthetic. After the work is done, he is told that they used a synthetic blend. My husband said that he requested the full synthetic, which was met by a denial that he had and an assurance that it was done the time before. After growing annoyed, my husband just paid an left. A few days later, we get a warning of low oil pressure. Turns out the incompatible oil has clogged the oil pickup tube, and needs to be replaced. It’s expensive. Heed mine and other reviewers’ warnings: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They don’t know what they’re doing. They shouldn’t be putting incompatible products into people’s vehicles. After all, they’re the experts, right?!In response to the owner, I’m sorry, but I didn’t mention anyone named Daniel. We definitely have the correct shop, as this was not my first visit. I am in your database. I have both receipts showing where people from your shop loaded my car up with incompatible oil. I am not thrilled that things turned out this way, but we trusted you guys, and it’s incredibly unfair that we have to foot the bill for something that wouldn’t have been an issue had our requests been followed. You actually assured me that the blend was just as good as the synthetic. Three different mechanics told me that was a complete lie, and the issues with my car are the proof.
Well my truck needed a wheel alignment and a co worker recommended this place to me. As past experiences from pep boys, discount tire and so on I was having second thoughts about going to this place because these kinds of place like to over charge and there is always a catch to what they sell you or the service they do. So with that said I had to take my truck up there in order to get a price for my wheel alignment since I have after market 20 wheels. When I get there I approached the sales guy and told him that I was here for the wheel alignment. So he goes to the back and talks to a technician to see how much it will cost to have my truck align. The tech guy comes out to look at my truck and heads bad. The sales guy comes back to me and says $150. I couldnt believe it. $150 just to have the 2 front wheels aligned and before I could answer he also add that there will be no warranty on the job. So I look at him and smiled. Then turned to walk out as I did so he said that the reason there was no warranty was because of my wheels. I told him ok and to have a nice day and walked out. Places like these are ridiculous. They want to charge you an arm and a leg for a wheel alignment and then say no warranty just because after market wheel? This place is a joke. I will take my business to the place i have always gone too across town. They charge $70 and give you a 60 day warranty no matter the size of wheels.

I purchased four new tires from this location. Upon checking out, the man behind the counter provided me with some informational sheets so I can see the results of my tire alignment from before and after.He spoke with confidence, using the technical terms. When I asked him to explain what camber was he plainly said to me, You should ask your husband to explain it to you.If you dont know the answer to a question, I would have had no problem waiting to speak with someone who could explain it to me. If you dont know the answer and someone more knowledgeable isnt around to assist, dont put that responsibility on others or insult the intelligence of your customers REGARDLESS OF BEING MALE OR FEMALE.I called Firestone national customer service line and they were unable to identify this location as an authorized Firestone Retailer. They connected me with someone from Wilson Firestone so I could explain to him why I was beyond displeased with my experience.The man on the phone did explain to me what camber is (thanks). However, he spoke over me REPEATEDLY, and there was no attempt made to 1) recognize/understand why I was upset; 2) apologize for the ignorance and insensitivity of his co-worker; 3) apologize for my unsatisfactory experience; 4) correct the issue.I absolutely do not recommend going here for service, nor will they ever receive my business again.
So with my experience is a 5 star. The reason why because initially going to them I was ready to pay $1000 ON A NEW AC SYSTEM. TO get my AC going because I live in Houston is well worth it. After driving it for a week because David the Tech put some freon and dye in it, it turn out to only be two areas which he thinks it shouldnt be more then a few O rings. That means all major parts seems to be working good still. Now Could he have told me that its leaking from a few places and recommended to replace everything. Yes he could, but he didnt. I cant speak for the shop but I can speak for David the main tech. Great job and see you soon to getting my AC fixed.
It was a very fast servive!! Not only was the service quick but Dave gave us a good customer service and explained every detail pertaining our issues and concerns about the car. If i would give them a 10 star i definitely would and definitely recommend it to anyone.
Just walked in looking for assistance, after waiting at the front for a while, I walked right back out. I saw a few employees just laying around, and it’s a disgrace that I was the only customer walk in and I still couldn’t get a HELLO or WELCOME WE’LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU.......

First off i took my vehicle here to get it diagnosed, Great so that told me what they thought was the problem . which turned out not to be the problem . so basically they charged me for nothing because what he charged me for didnt solve my check engine light problem . He told me to come back because he thought it was another issue which turns out .. He never fixed my car.. if you have any minor or major car repairs needed for your car, i would not recommend these idiots.. Go somewhere that knows about cars.. they are only good for oil changes.. They fool people with the name firestone because they are not legit,AT ALL,

I went to this location on 09/10/19 because my mom recommended she has been using their services for 3 years now, they worked on her Cadillac Escalade esv & her Maserati ghibli. I took my 2010 Acura TL In because of an a/c issue I was told my compressor was bad & to repair with brand new would be $1050, I looked online changed out A/c clutch in fuse box & changed the switch which the parts cost me $16.79at XL parts off 1960 & Wilson, changed it out low and behold a/c is blowing cold. These people will try to bend you over something that was under $20 I was told would be $1050 smh.
Where do I start. The mechanic left one lug nut off each tire, disconnected my a/c and radiator hose, and unplugged my fan. The next mechanic was shocked that another mechanic would go so far to sabotage a customers vehicle. They never have to worry about seeing me ever again. What did I do to deserve that?

I took my 2000 Corvette here for a state inspection. The service was fast and friendly. A week later I noticed that my window valet that plugs into the OBDII port was missing. After the inspection was completed, they forgot to replace it. I searched the car but found nothing. I called them and explained the situation. THIS is when their true colors came out. Apparently the Texas State Inspection does not qualify for service rendered to a customer and therefore they will not reimburse me for the loss. The final word was when you bring a car in for inspection, the law says there can be nothing in the OBDII port. Obviously the management there was reaching for ANYTHING to keep from having to deal with the loss. Everything is fine at this store until something goes wrong.... Then they wont stand behind their problem.

My friend took in my car last night because his uncle passed away in Tennessee and he needed to make a last minute trip. I told him he could take my car but to please get an oil change at Firestone because I have been going there the past 15 years. After the oil change he went to pick up his brothers to hit the road. They noticed oil all over the drive way and unfortunately the Firestone was already closed. He bought 2 quarts if oil, put it in my car, and left it at his house. He ended up taking one of his cars that he was not very comfortable taking. Early in the morning I have them meet me at the house and they took my car to fix the issue. Three hours later they bring my car back and asked me to meet with the manager at the shop. He told me it wasnt their fault and that he did me a favor by fixing it for me. He refused to pay the $20 for the extra oil purchased, refused to refund the $75 we paid for the oil change, and refused to comp the next oil change. He told me it was the oil filters fault. I stopped by the another Firestone and they assured me the other place tighted the filter too much which caused the gasket to pinch and let oil to leak. I do not recommend dealing with this location....ever! He told me he would file a claim with Firestone and if he got reinbursed he would credit us back. Really?
Stay away from this garbage place!! Just a bunch of fools running around .. came in for a simple State inspection tech broke my inside door handle .. then we he tells me about it he approached me with sooo much attitude lsaying it was my fault and trying to accuse me of froud! Left with a broken handle very unprofessional !!! PlZ STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Worst place ever, they charge over $90 extra for an alignment and they didnt do it right, they even make my car got worse and when we went back and they say nothing was wrong with it, they even saidthats cars should go to the right size when driving by law, and they even broke a piece inside my car. Horrible work, horrible service.
I had the same problem as Mr. Adrian Flores (5th comment down) and it has been three weeks, but there is no oil in my car! I have another car, so I wasnt driving my car for at least a week and a half. When I began driving it, I noticed smoke, a burning smell and oil leaking about a week ago. I called and the manager David Cooley told me to bring it in. He later told me I had a leak from above the oil filter and it wasnt their fault. I did not have this leak before I came to this shop and if there were any problems when I brought my car to you guys, that would have been noted. He tried to accuse me of wanting free work done, but tried to put more oil in the car. This is crazy because in 3 weeks all of my oil has leaked out and I never had this problem before. David Cooley is very unprofessional and I will not be back to this shop!

Explained below...First, let me Advise All consumers about engaging this business (term used loosely), or Any other place you do business with.... Use Your Technology...Audio record with your phone all conversation with businesses, and train yourself how to ask the right questions and confirm aptitude of the professionals youre engaging. The matter of relying on memory or letting the He said She said try to revert back to what was said or promised or not, is foolish in this day of Technology. And No, you do not need the permission of anyone anywhere to audio record them. Because when people think they can be shady is only when they dont think they will be caught or are being recorded. This way they have their guard down to expose who they hide of themselves. They will get mad for being caught/recorded, and foolishly state or think you needed their permission, but rest assured, the Law allows it with only One person knowing of the recording and it does not exclude the One who push record 😉My experience....1. They expect to do work on vehicles with No signed authorization agreement detailing work requested and eventually accepted to be done. When I (a highly experienced vehicle owner, certainly knowing what professional shops operate like) asked why wasnt he (the taller of the 2 brother owners) presenting the common practice form of authorized work to perform, he said they just have final receipt invoice. So since I was recording, I accepted the work being done because I also had been in the back shop talking to the young man discussing what I wanted. But otherwise, without the recording, they are operating very unprofessional without using this method Ive described.And guess what the bottom of the form said when the work was already finished? After the fact the work is done, the line says I authorize this work to be performed...2. So far, the work performed, that included alignment...the alignment/steering wheel was off to the right. Second attempt to align it, and it was off to the left the same amount was off to the right.The other brother, when I asked if they didnt road test it for alignment, said we drive it down our building side lot.Im guessing they are being cheap to pay for Insurance for them or employees to drive customers vehicles, because every mechanic Ive had alignment with for last 24 years takes vehicle on road up to certain speed, so as to get it right without returning vehicle to customer to have to tell them its not right and wasted time going back another time.3. The taller brother, when addressed about practices obviously not done well or business not operated as professional ones do, goes into not listening and making it a personal thing that he doesnt have to listen while you are still talking, and he literally said Customer service is only for those who deserve it.. Yes he was recorded saying that (so he cant play dumb or lie about it), and thats when I told him he has been recorded since our first word I walked into see them day one.Wrap up...1.Expects to work on vehicles without clearly described in writing, only work allowed to do be performed. They could do more work, invoice for it, and claim customer said to do it. Or customers could say they didnt do something they were expecting done. Foolish to leave it up to memory or assumptions.2. Doesnt know that a road test confirms alignment turned out well. Thinks 5 mph down uneven parking lot suffices?3. Attitude exposed to not be in business to be professional, do it right the first time in One visit without adding more time and expenses to customer returning repeatedly, and serving customers is at his/their opinion discretion of who deserves it. No telling how judgemental that is established 😒Hopefully he doesnt pretend, as has repeatedly to others reviews of the poor service, that I might be reviewing the wrong shop. Quite a childish scapegoat attempt that is.
The most unprofessional service i have ever had. I was asked to leave because i questioned the diagnosis i was given. I informed the manager or owner i was trying to leave town to visit my dying father he responded Dont care we all have problems. I fixed the problem myself an hour later.
