I love this location and how convenient it is to go here to get products. Although I have noticed recently that they are often low on stock on most of the products I need. I work for a salon in the area and we as a team have all been affected by the lack of upkeep of products at this location. We use this place often.All the staff are amazing!

Terrible customer service never told my fiancé they “weren’t open to the public” until way after she had already shopped and had assistance finding what she needed classic failure in customer service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I normally go here and I am normally pleased with Lisa and Vanessa. However this new lady is a no go. I am also really frustrated with Lisa as well. I bought a product on last Thursday that totaled to $72... I later looked at my email and saw I got the wrong product. I tried returning the product today and they told me I would only receive $52.. and I could only get a store credit. Are u SERIOUS!!! How can u take money from me as a Hairstylist. Especially, when times are hard right now. I could have even reasoned with my full amount refunded and store credit but to take $20 from me. Their excuse was they have a new owner. It’s robbery and so tacky. I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH RDA!!

Very helpful staff, great prices and overall very pleasant experience.

People are pretty nice at this location. With the exception of maybe one girl who acted like I was inconveniencing her (havent seen her there in like a year though) the staff is pretty knowledgeable and accommodating. My biggest issue is literally every time I go into this store they are out of the product I came for. Its a little bit annoying how under stocked they are. It could be my bad luck, but it makes me feel like Id be better off spending my time driving to a farther location than having to go only to find out I have to order from another store or wait a few days.

Went with my sister to pick up some hair dye products. The lady wasnt very friendly and seemed a bit snobby.

Awesome Place and Staff

Absolutely furious that I could not return a liter size shampoo & conditioner that I just purchased for a customer 3 days ago. They were $89 & i paid by card. They wouldnt even put the money back on my card & they wouldnt do store credit unless I used it right that second. Absurd rules.
