My first time visiting brake check and I had a great experience coming here. The customer service was great they kept in constant communication every step of the way. I know little to nothing regarding trucks and they were very helpful and informative and explained in great detail as well as showed me the issues I was facing. My quote was a little more than expected but compared to quotes from other shops definitely got more for the price. I would totally recommend this shop and will be back for future services for my truck.

Mahmound was great! Very professional and great customer service. Oil change was quick and timely. Checked all my filters and let me know which ones could wait and what needed to be taken care of sooner rather than later instead of pushing me for something I didn’t need now. I will definitely be coming there from now on.

Dropped the car off, they had it finished before I needed it, very reasonable prices, honest, not pushy and trying to up sell a stupid amount of things. Excellent quality of work, my car drives so much better now. I’ll use them again for sure.

Awesome work on my brakes! They went above and beyond my expectations and did outstanding work. The manager and employees were polite and courteous, explained in detail about the work that had to be done immediately and said that I could go back to have the minor work done later. It was extremely fast! I brought my old car here once and they did a good job on giving me the information I needed about my breaks. So I trusted them and went back again. They have great offers! I recommend and trust this place!

Technician quoted $760 after inspection, which was much higher than phone discussion. Also, the invoice price and components did not match the $760 amount or the suggested work to be performed. I refused the quote and was leaving when he came back and reduced the work to $360! This does not build trust and I ran out the door to another competitor. The front rotors did not need to be replaced at all and the pads were fine.

I went in to get professional help and advice. I received both. My brakes are making a funny noise. They inspected everything for me, Gave honest opinion and options. They recommended that I go back to where I originally got my brakes done because they might still be under warranty. After I left I noticed that my car is driving a lot better than it was before I went in. I have a feeling that the place I got my brakes done at did not do the brakes correctly. I really appreciated break checks honest opinion not only did they put me at ease but they also saved me a lot of money. They did charge me a cent. I will most definitely go back to them. Its been several years since Ive used these guys for various reasons but when I needed help on a Sunday these guys were open and priced well. When I got there my tail lights were out and my battery died too. These guys made sure I was all taken care of by the time I needed to go to work a few hours later and I was safe doing so. As it turned out their free 3 min alignment check was all I needed because my new tires were all set. Even though they dont replace lights, because I had them, they helped me out. Great job guys. Plus they hire military just coming home!!

Made an appointment for wheel alignment, didn’t realize they didn’t do wheel rotations. Went and got my wheels rotated and they kept my appt. when I returned there was no waiting they got my right through. They’re quick, professional and super friendly. Thanks guys, it’s why I’m a returning customer.

Customer service was solid. Will come back.Edit: went in to have my brakes serviced because they were making a high pitched squeal. Went in and was told my brakes were fine after I explained what the issue was.Was told all was good. Made my trip up to Idaho and when I stopped to get a tire changed, was told I needed to get my brakes serviced because of the sound.Don’t go here, waste of time and money.

I was in North Houston for a alignment and was told wait would be 3hr went to an other location and was told for the next day. Not for Break Check! Was in and out under 30-40 minutes! Will for now on Ill always use Break Check for other services as well.

Please do yourself a favor a chose somewhere else. We got work done on our brakes here last year. The very next day we noticed a problem with the brakes so we took it back they said they made a mistake, fixed it, it was fine. Here we are not even a full year later the brakes are having trouble again, they stated we would still have to shell out another $400+ dollars to fix the brakes that should have been taken care of last time. Don’t give yourself a headache by letting them service your vehicle!

I went 2 weekends in a row for both of our cars. Both times they said it would take 3 hours, and either took 7 hours or 2 days to change pads & turn rotors. They do a good job. They’re just really bad at time management. Makes planning a little difficult if you have 3 kids.

Israel and James are amazing! They took care of a serious issue that I had and I feel very safe now. Shoutout to Pat for helping me also. Definitely go to this store for all your break needs.

What’s the point of setting an appointment if I’m only going to be told that they can’t see me when I arrive and I need to come back another day? It would have at least been helpful if someone at the store could have given me a call to let me know so I didn’t have to leave work early. I’ll stick to Firestone next time.

I recently went here to receive a wheel alignment after I had went to the other shop on Sam Houston parkway and waited an hour only to be told that the machine wasnt working so I was told to come to this one I did enjoy my visit the workers were very friendly they were able to fix my wheel alignment with no issues they were fast and I would definitely make this one my permanent spot for all of my vehicle needs

I came in needing some serious brake work. Ramon and Israel were not only professional but extremely helpful with any kind of information I needed. They quoted me three hours to be done and it was done and under 2 1/2 which was really great considering I had a very busy day ahead of me. I came in without an appointment and I was very well accommodated and I couldn’t recommend brake check in Humble enough!

Brought in for bad caliper. Caliper was replaced, rotor and pads warranteed, right side caliper rebuilt, brake system flushed. Truck pulls hard left when braking. Three days and eight hours of waiting at store and they can not figure out the problem. They over charged me too. Bunch of inexperienced kids working there. Never will they get my business again.

Pre-covid we went the quite a few times and were always very happy with the service we received. Now, absolutely terrible! They had the car all day and wete told car would be ready by 4. At 5:15, we were told thd only one who could fix the problem was the manager who was not there...like he had magic! After arguing for a real answer,, we asked for phone number for corporate office was told they didnt have the number and we would have to look it up on website! Really?!?!

Reggie above and beyond any service tech that I have experienced thus far he should honestly be training all automotive industry technicians industry-wide period his customer service and his honesty and trustworthiness admirable. CJ also was very informative and overall justgood people that I would recommend my friends and family too do not trust National Tire and Battery do not trust National Tire and Battery if interested go search National Tire and Battery GM joyrides and car for 16 MI. . Honest evaluation of the status of my vehicle which led me to get the proper repairs that I needed. The alignment was well worth it andI have I have to mention the timeliness in which they performed their services I was in and out in less than an hour the car drove like a new vehicle awesome job thanks Reggie!

These guys were great. This was my first time here. As I told Israel I wanted my brakes checked, he noticed my check engine lights on. I told him that I was going to another place for the oil change. He said that he would get me a great rate that would match the rate of the other place. He did, and then the mechanics got all of the work done within an hour and a half. I’m happy that I went there..My guys forever.

Good customer service but,I wasnt happy with my brake job.I got all brakes and rotors replaced at the humble location,off of 59 north 20310.When the brake job was done,I was informed that my caliber was broken during the brake job,but was replaced at no charge,I appreciated their honesty.$518 later I noticed that my brake pedal was soft,and my parking brake wasnt functioning right.The parking brake had little to no resistance when pulling it,and only slowed my car from rolling down my driveway, not stopping it.Long story short,I took my car back to the same location,so they could fix the problem.They tried but failed again, and tried their best to ease my concerns and disappointment,by telling me everything looks fine.Needless to say,I wont be going back to that location, Ill take my car to a different location and see what happens.

I had a horrible experience at Brake Check. I dropped off my vehicle and Reported to them that my vehicle was shaking when I would push the brakes. I picked up my vehicle after they said that they replaced my brake pads turned my rotors and aligned my vehicle. My vehicle is doing the exact same thing it was doing before I dropped it off this is unacceptable and a waste of my time and money. 600+ dollars later and I have nothing to show for it.
