I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Elite RV & Car Care. I rent a storage unit there and have used their service shop for everything from oil changes and state inspections to replacing my brake pads and rotors. The owner and his family are super helpful and friendly and it’s really a one of a kind spot in the area. Great units for storage of a boat or RV. Highly recommend!

Just got my Motorhome back from it’s annual trip to the shop. As always they did a great job at a fair price and it was back much sooner than expected. These folks are great!

Mike and Laura were awesome! I called the shop late Wednesday afternoon and told them that I was having brake issues on my travel trailer and that I needed some help. Mike recommend that I bring it in to have them take a look and see what the problem might be. The next day I received a call from the shop explaining their findings and the plan to get it fixed.I accepted their offer to fix my Rv and it was ready the next day on a Friday.It’s really nice to have a quick and knowledgeable Rv repair shop in town. I’ve got plenty of buddies with rv’s so I’ll be telling them about my experience.

Called around until I was blue in the face around houston to brake shops and rv repair shops. Everyone was overloaded with extremely long turn times. This business seems to be taking in the workloads and turning them around quickly. My Rv actually went through another shop— I received it back with the issue unrepaired and a $700 bill for unrelated things. I didn’t realize this shop was around. I got mine in and it was turned around in about a day. The other biz had my rv for three weeks, didn’t fix it, etc etc. this place was fast, quality, smooth, abd clear communication. Which blew my mind because experiences with other places made me think in general rv lead times are just expected to be terrible. I am so happy there is a business running like a respectable business and so close to me. I really appreciate this shop and I’m impressed to know that they aren’t all awful. This Mt be my first google review. I made the effort to log in and make this. The price hurt. It wasn’t completely out of line and I don’t feel that I was gouged, so that’s I suppose just the nature of ownership. All in all. I’ll be back abd they’re running a fine operation here.

Stopped by to ask a quick question regarding squeaking and at no charge Christian was all under my truck and getting oily. He found a loose sway bar pinion and may have very well saved some lives as the truck I drive is rather large. Chtistian wad a very helpful guy who genuinely cared about helping....not sure if he is a manager or anything but if his values are being pushed to his coworkers this is a great place to get your auto work done!

I have been coming here for the past 5 or more years. The service here is top notch. They kept my Murano in top condition, until I traded it in last week. The owners are very friendly and truly look out for their customers. They are reasonably priced and will take care of all your car care needs. They will also keep you informed on any repairs needed and the status on any repairs they are completing. I have now upgraded to a new Frontier and will continue to come back for all of my services.

I am beyond pleased with the service I was provided! I brought my car in very late Wednesday evening (5.55pm) and I received a call from Mark the mechanic by 11 the next day. He had located two problems and was going to continue to look for why the car would randomly just not start. By 2 hed figured it out and told me he could have the part and it fixed by the next day. My car was done by noon on Friday! For the last 5 years every time I have brought my car into my old shop, it was at least 4 days before anyone even LOOKED at it, never mind actually fixed it! These people were extremely personable and genuine. I did not feel rushed, or put off and most importantly I didnt feel like my car was less of a priority because it wasnt a high end BMW or Mercedes. They let me know the cost of everything along the way and even kept the old parts that they replaced to let me see them. Again, BEYOND impressed with them. They are doing more than trying to make money, they are building a solid reputable business and they have earned a loyal customer in me. My sons car will be there next week and anyone else that asks for my reference will be sent straight to them. Great people, great service all around. If you are looking for someplace to feel comfortable about bringing your car, I highly recommend you give Elite a try. I AM BEYOND IMPRESSED AND VERY HAPPY!

If youre looking for a straight shooter who will treat your car like their own I highly recommend this place. I dont even feel like Im taking my car to the mechanic. More like going to see some family. William will take care of you and if you have any questions he has no problems explaining everything to you. I took my 5th wheel in for refrigerator warranty repair and wast valve replacement Carl and Robert are the best!! Got my RV back fast and work was done right the first time. Carl and his team are FANTASTIC! It’s always adifficult to trust someone with your vehicle but he makes it easy! Carl, Kelly, and the gang at Elite were so friendly and helpful to my wife and myself. We had very little knowledge about trailers, and they took the time to explain everything to us and make sure we were comfortable. They also didnt take advantage of us like other repair shops would. We felt totally comfortable leaving our trailer and car in their hands while we went on vacation for a week. Wed highly recommend using their services!

Great experience! I had a major leak around my AC unit (amidst days of thunderstorms...) and Elite RV fit me into their busy schedule to fix ASAP. They found a hole in my roof and patched it, replaced the gasket on the AC unit and sealed up additional potential problem spots on my roof....This along with the additional pain of scraping off the spray foam that I stupidly used in a last stitch effort to block out the rain.Friendly and competent staff, helpful suggestions, fair pricing. Would recommend and return for future repair needs.

They repaired the slide-out on our 2002 Tahoe. These guys were very professional and best of all, honest. They explained upfront how they work, what they charge and then delivered on their commitment. They actually went beyond what was expected. We highly recommend them for any of your RV needs.

The service was good. I had a bad experience for state inspection. The print machine was broken so I didnt get my print out. But my car passed and the info was in the system so it wasnt that big a deal. Id go back though because the service guys were nice.

Met with William for the first time and he was very friendly. The staff greeted me as a mom and pop shop would do. I was told no work would be attempted without my say and that if they didnt think they could do the repair, they wouldnt play around. I would be given a reliable list of good specialists for the issue.My vehicle was checked in a timely manner and I was notified for pick up. I went in and had my vehicle inspected. They took my vehicle to the back and came back about 20 mintues later stating my window tint was too dark. Then made me pay. I asked them did they have to hook my car up to know my tint was too dark and they responded with sorry. I understand my vehicle tint is too dark and i failed. Cool, but you inspect the outside first then the inside. Out to get all the money they can.

The team at Elite RV did an outstanding job repairing the damage to our RV after 3 of 4 tires blew out on a trip back from Florida where we picked purchased it. Matt arranged everything with the insurance company and got all parts ordered and repaired in a timely manner. Brought my Jeep in to have it aligned this past weekend. They put a Jr. Tech on the job. He evidently didnt know what he was doing because I had to get my neighbor to finish what he started. Not only that, but they also stole 2 Starbucks gift cards! My husband called to speak to a manager and all they could say was sorry. Not good enough! Will NOT use their service again nor recommend to anyone. If I could give less than 1 star, I would!

I dont usually leave reviews but I felt this needed to be shared. My wife recently took Her car in for a broken A/C and we found out it was a major issue (Blown condenser & another problem that I cannot remember). We okayd for them to fix it and when we came back the mechanic said he found an engine issue. We returned in the morning and talked to one of the owners (we were both frustrated with the thought of another car bill) She offered to take a look free of charge and clean the sensor, and only asked that we pick up the fluid from Autozone. Ive also had my cars A/C fixed here also and they did it on time and for a good price.

There is absolutely nothing bad that I can say about Elite RV & Car Care. I made an appointment with the service manager, William, to meet with him this morning to look over my vehicle. I was nervous about cost and getting taken advantage of because, lets face it, Im a woman and I was heading to the mechanic.Backstory: A few hundred miles ago, I received an oil change from Jiffy Lube in Humble. A few days later, I noticed that oil was shooting out of the top of my engine block, staining the underside of my hood and coating my engine. I checked the oil and saw that it had been overfilled. Jiffy Lube denied overfilling (before even looking under the hood and checking the dipstick).My engine continued to smoke and oil was profusely building up under the valve cover. When I had William (of Elite RV and Car Care) check the level of oil, he found it to be overfilled and pooling in my engine. He made the necessary repairs (my valve cover gasket had ruptured and the PCV Valve was damaged.) We spoke at length regarding other issues with my vehicle and he let me know what I needed to change immediately and what could wait. He changed lightbulbs that needed changing without my asking and made sure my wiper blades were replaced as we were having inclement weather.I will make sure that every future oil change, brake job, and tune-up occurs at this location. I have never felt so at ease and informed as a customer. Two thumbs up!

Had them work ok on my camper. Took weeks! Never called to say what they were going to do or how much it would be. So when I had an almost $500 bill for small minor repairs I was in shock. And they werent concerned with my dislike. Quality of repairs werent that good either. Will never go back.
