I am a former mechanic from that shop and I can tell you it is not a quality work or getting done right. If you get a transmission installed make sure they change your rear main seal on the engine and input and output shaft seals on the trans. You Will Be Charged. Mechanic 101 preventative maintenance. Save the customer money fixing the small things before it turns into a bigger problem. I was trained by master mechanics with over 30 and the other 50 years experience. But what every actual shop does is wrong. Dont go to a shop if the owner wears shorts and tennis shoes. Or isnt experienced at the business. I left was not fired couldnt do work that wasnt done correctly.

Best that they close. Techs are poor diagnostician s. Basically parts replaces cers. Owner tried hard but techs lacked experience and ther was no qualified service writer when John wasnt therr

Had this shop do work on my car since they did work for the company I worked for. Biggest mistake. I had issues with the rear brakes scrapping and had to take it back. Now a little over a year later, I find out I need new front pads and rotors turned because they used over priced but inferior products. I could have spent half the money, over $600, at other places for the same work. People are really nice but buyer beware of any service shop that only offers a 3 month/3k mile warranty. I won’t be going back.

My parents had a tire tread seperation on 26, and since the mart up the road doesnt have a service center, they needed a new tire. The other place in town didnt have the time to help them so the finally made it here. Within an hour and a half they had both rear tires changed on the tow vehicle and were back on the road. Excellent service and a comfortable waiting area. Dont waste your time anywhere else!

Called to get quote on some work and the price was what I expected. While doing the work they noticed another issue and called me to say they would replace that part as well for 20.00 more, no addtl labor. The car was ready quick and they charged exactly what I was originally quoted. The people are freindly, they did good work, and didnt try to add additional work. Its nice to have honest, fair mechanics in the area.

Oil change and tire rotation on two cars back to back. I complain of a klunking sound from the starter on the second vehicle I brought in. Charge me $50 to look into it. Tell me car is done. I pay. Then I have to ask, well, how about the klunking sound? Worker tells me, oh I think its just the starter klunking. Good thing after $50 I had to extract his learned and valuable diagnosis to the problem I mentioned. Spend your hard earned $$$ at a place that deserves it. As an added bonus, vehicle now dripping oil on my driveway. Thanks.Sorry, I don’t usually do reviews, so I am not sure how to respond to your response sir. First of all, after dozens of oil changes at other places on myF150, dripping oil has never ever been a problem. Second, believe me I am not complaining about the $50. You have misinterpreted my comments. I would gladly have paid you double. I would never question your technician’s value or expertise, and fully expect to reimburse them accordingly. But what I ask for in return is an intelligent and professional opinion based on their findings given to me before they say goodbye. Yes, I saw your rate signs and I could not imagine your staff working for free. I guess that I was wrong expecting that the customer would be entitled to an explanation of the findings. I find that rude sir, and, after I returned and asked that the oil pan bolt be checked due to leaking oil, the same tech came out with a rag. I still do not know if the bolt is loose. I love to support local businesses, but regrettably yours won’t be on the list.

Complete rip-off!!! I stopped in to have a weld fixed on my exhaust. Mind you it was it was in an easy location to get to and they charged me 52.45 for a nickel sized weld. Their cost was roughly 10% of the total cost of my entire exhaust system. Terrible

Owners are very knowledgable! I have had several minor repairs done and recently had 2 front axles, a clutch, break job and complete tune up. Thier estimate was spot on, service was on time and the car runs great. I have already referred co-workers and friends. This is a HONEST auto service! I highly recommend them!
