Kathy and Leigh at La-Z-Boy in Issaquah were wonderful to work with. I told Leigh what I was looking for in terms of size and pieces, and she carefully listened to me and took me straight to items that worked perfectly. Kathy came to my house and took measurements and got insight into my home and how we live and what would work. She recommended a furniture and rug layout that I had never thought of, and it looks much better than the previous layout. She came up with fabrics right in line with what I had chosen, and I was amazed at how she took into account my style and what I like. Leigh handled all the details of the order, and they worked together seamlessly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely go back.

Be very aware!!!!!We purchased a custom couch, with the extra protection. Our couch started to show random spots within a couple months, and the warranty company declined the service. Spoke to the store manager, who was in disbelief of the fabric condition and said he would make it right, until he spoke to the regional manager who declined any service or help. We spent $7k, never have allowed drinks of food on this deco couch, only to be let down. Do your research and you will find A LOT of service issues!!! They do a great job selling, but after payment, the good service will immediately end.

Shopped at the Issaquah location. Service (Leigh) was excellent and they had a great selection and worked with me to select the best fabric, etc. Leigh set realistic expectations for the delivery timeline and I ended up getting sooner than expected. Yeah! The delivery folks were great as well.The only reason I am taking 1 star off is it was a tad more expensive than I recall La-Z-Boy being in the past.Overall great experience and got exactly what I wanted.

Had a great experience with Kathy (designer) and Mike (knows his stuff) to help us figure out two recliners for a very small space. They understood our needs, made some great suggestions and ... we even were there for a discount sale. Thank you very much and we look forward to sitting and relaxing in those beautiful chairs.

Leigh was friendly and helpful. She was not pushy. She listened and even used an expert designer to assist her in showing some samples to help in our decision making. Leigh was thorough with the sales contract and made sure we understood the important details. You could tell she is proud to work for La-Z-Boy and the store she works in.

Delivery truck blocked only the street to my home and then refuse to move for nearly half an hour despite it taking them about 30 seconds of effort. They should try to stop embodying their companys name and actually do a good job.

When I ordered my furniture in the end of Feb 2021, I was given a 4-6 month delivery time. No call, no communication.I called the Issaquah, WA location yesterday as that is where I order over $10k in livingroom furniture. Come to find out my coffee and 2 end tables are in, but my sofa, loveseat and recliner will take another 2 months!!!Are you freaking kidding me?!? Eight freaking months for furniture? Are you making it in your garage shop?!? Not so much as a single courtesy call. I expect you will be refunding me the interest you made on my 50% deposit youve held for 8 months!!!Customer service is dead at LazyBoy.

I was excited when construction started to renovate this building, but when I found out it was going to be a lazy boy story, I ended up drinking a lot more then I usually do and was late for work. Why Issaquah let this happen, I dont know. I moved out of Issaquah because of this.

Great selection to choose from and great prices for President’s Day Weekend. All in all a good experience and would recommend La-Z-Boy. I know they are well-made and far outlast other brands.

This review really reflects 4.5 stars as I had picked out a sofa, chair & ottoman style from lazy boy’s website only to find upon entering the store, they no longer manufacture that specific style. Really?! For the amount of money invested in all those TV ads, ya think they would keep up their website! This inconvenience was more than offset by Matt, a super personable, knowledgeable & patient associate who worked with us. He showed us comparable styles & let me sit on nearly every recliner in the store with no pressure. Kathy, the store designer, helped us pick out the perfect fabric design for my accent chair & sofa pillows. Sadly, we have to wait 4-6 months for delivery due to part shortages during the corona virus pandemic. Can’t wait to get our new, gorgeous furniture!

Was supposed to receive tables March 6, four weeks after I ordered them. Finally arrived in mid April. Was never contacted by store for iwhy it was delayed or when it came in, even though they said they would. Tables didnt look the same. Ended up taking floor models. Worst customer service. .

The store has a nice selection and lots of custom options from fabric color to type.They also have clearance items -which if you dont want to have to wait the normal order/delivery timeframe, are available right away.If you are shopping for furniture, def would consider checking them out.

I had a great experience recently with Mike. I came in needing a rocker for our nursery and wanted to physically try out something before committing to blindly ordering. He was helpful, put no pressure on me to buy or add on things, and provided great customer service. He gave me a realistic timeline of when I could expect my item to be delivered and gave me all delivery/pick-up options. He was honest with me about delivery times for different items (due to covid delays), which was incredibly helpful since I’m on a tight timeline with the baby arriving soon.My item ended up coming in a month earlier than predicted, which was awesome! And the delivery guys were great, respectful, fast, and had masks already on when I answered the door to let them inside. Thanks, guys!

Great sale! We found just what we wanted. Only wrinkle was it took a few weeks longer to get it than we originally thought. But in the end we got beautiful, very high quality chairs that are just what we wanted.

Beautiful chair, nice president’s day discount, had to cancel the first delivery due to possible snow which dumped and canceling was a good move. Delivery happened 4 days later on time.

We needed a new recliner because our previous La-Z-Boy recliner was wearing out. They had a wide selection, but the chairs we liked were not available without a 4-6 month wait. We ended up taking a chair that was available from their close-out room, at a significant discount. However, the color of the chair was problematic, so my wife will need to re-decorate our living room for it to fit in. The showroom was spacious, the salesperson was polite, and there was only one other customer in the store while we were there, I think our COVID-19 risk was minimal, though this was the only store we had been in in over a month. All in all, the experience was OK, and we should get our née chair next week.

We had excellent service from Leigh. Absolutely NO pressure, thoroughly answered all of our very detailed questions and gave good guidance. Sincerely enjoyed our time and are excited about our purchase!

The furniture is really a step above anywhere else Ive been. You can also customize what you like with different fabrics and different features. It took forever and a half to actually get our furniture, though.

I went in today and wanted to check it out. The transformation of the building was amazing and the items from lazy boy were fantastic also. The sales associate was nice until she realized i was not buying today! She literally told me she needed to put her name back on the list since I was not a serious shopper. The interesting part was that there was only 1 other customer in the whole store. Yes I will shop their but I will not go back to that same sales associate.

The showroom was especially well laid out, lit, and decorated. Tom, our associate, was skilled at understanding our needs and guiding us to an adjustable sofa that fit us both. Wonderful fabric choices provided many options. Great experience!

Beyond first class service. Shopping for furniture during the time of Covid 19 is not a simple task. We did a lot of research via the internet then reached out to La-Z- Boy customer service, who forwarded our message to Leigh Li of the Issaquah store. She responded to our emails and later calls promptly and professionally, that may seem like a little thing but in todays age of “the voicemail box you’ve reached is full” it is appreciated. She helped with our selection process, gave us options, and her absolute mastery of the inventory was invaluable. One size does not fit all....and she steered us in the right direction. We absolutely trusted her expertise and judgement. We visited the showroom by appointment only and everyone wore gloves and masks and all safety and social distances measures were followed. This piece of furniture will forever have a backstory....and we so appreciate how we were treated from start to finish.

Three months is an awful long time to wait for a chair but I guess that’s how it works there. I was disappointed that the chair did not come with matching arm covers as the last couch and chair I bought there did. I have high expectations for this expensive chair to last a long time and arm covers would contribute to that significantly. How about sending some now?
