Bought the Whalen Industrial Storage Bin Rack for organizing and storing our many small and medium sized hobby items that, after use, are washed and put away without drying off. Got it at Costco several years ago and have never seen it there again. This unit fits in the hobby room (spare bedroom) closet nicely. Its selection of different sized plastic bins works perfectly for our purposes and has become an indispensable part of the hobby room. It is strong and has held up well and remains new looking. Very happy with this high quality item.

My wife and I bought a elec fir place last September and a week later it quit working. We have been callen Whalen to get it replaced sence the end of September 2019 and it is now feb 2020 and no luck I am going to call bbb on them. I spent 300.00 for this stove and it dont work.

I ordered the dining room set below in Nov. 2017, through Walmart. The table was damaged upon delivery. After contacting Whalen Furniture, I was told by Cesar Cuevas that I could either return it, or receive a $100 refund within 4 to 6 weeks. I opted for the refund and to date, after numerous phone calls and emails asking for the status of my inquiry, I have yet to receive a response or the refund. Word to the wise - If you order this set and its damaged, RETURN IT! Whalen Furniture is a DISHONEST company!! I wish there was an option to give 0 stars!
