I come in each season and buy items from this store. I have purchased furniture, bedding, decor, etc. I was there today and the woman behind the counter wouldnt check me out and tried to check the person behind me out after I had stood there and waited. I asked to go first and the worker said she wouls help the person behind me. When I asked why she said sorry in a snotty tone but still didnt offer to check me out. I left my items on the counter and walked out. What a shame to habe such rude workers.

Watch out ladies this place is dangerous. Too many beautiful things and gifts! And they will gift wrap if you would like.

The products are cute but the customer service is not. My sister in law & I walked in and were not greeted, even though one of the employees saw us walk in. No one asked if we needed assistance, but they did ask I wanted to leave the one item I had in my hand up at the counter.. The staff is not friendly or welcoming.

This place is great. We got a bunch of small gifts. The kind lady gift wrapped everything for us as we were shopping! All the staff was friendly and helpful. We will be going there often! Thank you kind lady!!!

Store is cute but the customer service is lacking and a few of the employees are pretty rude and obviously not great human beings... if you are gossiping and passing judgment in middle age, maybe reevaluate your life...

Gorgeous furniture and extraordinary customer service. Lucky Home is my go to home decor and furnishing store. Staff is always friendly and helpful with design advice. They even stayed open for me one day when I arrived after closing. Helped me pick a gorgeous coffee table. Highly recommend!

Whenever I take my wife to lunch at Gillman Village, (usually the Boarding House) I know the least expensive part of the day will be eating. She always finds interesting items at Lucky Home. Very nice furnishings!
