I have the most interesting and fascinating time shopping at The Shop at Swedish - Lily and Pearl. Every time I go to Swedish Hospital I must stop by there gift shop and check out what they have in their display. Cant wait to get Christmas things this year! I love this gift shop store! Customer service is a delight and very helpful and kind. I believe that if youre looking for something unique and inexpensive you will find it here at this store. I just checked this gift shop out today, and its wonderful. I bought a card with this intricate floral design on the cover made out of tiny pieces of folded paper. Id never seen anything like it before, it was beautiful.

The best place to go for gifts! I stop by every time Im at the hospital for an appointment. Things can be a bit expensive, though not always, and even when they are on the pricey side they are usually worth it.

I use to love this gift shop BUT after my experience the other day, I will not be returning. I had purchased some overpriced Easter items to fill an Easter basket. It was very clear that I was trying to figure out what to go with and was unsure on a few things with my purchase. It was obvious to the two sales ladies, so with that being said. You cannot return any seasonal items even if its the day after I purchased. One of them should have said that seasonal items are not returnable since that is a strict policy and there should be a sign posted at the counter. I will take my business elsewhere.
