We were in Jackson Hole this month and wanted to enjoy the perfect sunny weather with outdoor activities like biking. We researched and found this store for bicycle rentals. Store was very near to our hotel and close to downtown. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Person on the counter told us about all bike routes in Tetons National Park and brief information about the bicycles, gear system and security stuff. He even asked us to practice a bit in-front of the shop. E-bike cost is 40$ for 2 hours and additional 10$ for each extra hours. They also have full day rentals available. Bikes were great, we really enjoyed our time riding those bikes in Tetons.

My 10yr old was in absolute heaven on this adventure. We rented our bikes from a busy, but very friendly and helpful staff in town and then proceeded to ride 11 miles south to the entrance of GTNP to Dornans for pizza and root beer. Assisted bike riding on the path is where it’s at. An awesome family adventure with gorgeous views along the way.

I rented an e-bike for a week while visiting the Tetons. E-Bikes of Jackson Hole was one of the few places that would rent multiple days and their pricing is very reasonable! They are located on the main drag just as you enter the town of Jackson. We stopped in town to pick up the bike before heading into the national park. I havent ridden a bike in 40 years and was nervous, but this is the place to begin! There is a gentle, dedicated bike trail all the way from the town of Jackson to Jenny Lake. There is also a trail from Jackson to just beyond the ski resort on Teton Pines Road. The first day, we drove to the Moose Visitors Center and rode a round trip to Jenny Lake and back. The second, we rode from our condo in the Aspens to beyond the ski resort and back. Other days, we puttered here and there and the last day we rode into town to return the bike (Hubby went back to get the car on his road bike while I shopped in town.) I would recommend E-Bikes of Jackson Hole to my friends.

Amazing! They did everything to make sure our bikes were comfortable and fitted to us. Spent extra time helping us pick a route to ride. We did 40 miles and loved every minute! Can’t go wrong with these guys!!

Chris and his staff are amazing! I have used E-Bikes of Jackson Hole two times and each time they made it an outstanding experience. The e-bikes are very well maintained and they have a huge selection of different bikes to choose from. We took the e-bikes out for two hour tours and the batteries had enough juice to spare. We rode for 26 miles each time and had a blast! I would highly recommend getting to E-Bikes of Jackson Hole, renting an e-bike, and go have some fun enjoying the beautiful Jackson area!

I was in town for business in early November and decided to rent a bike so I could explore Grand Teton National Park. Chris was very knowledgable and helped me get everything I needed for a once of a lifetime experience Ill never forget.

We had an outstanding experience with E-bikes of Jackson Hole. We were happy to discover they rent Rad Power bikes and they event let us demo a couple of models before we decided to rent the model we thought we would like best. A special thanks to Norman for taking the time to show us the bikes and let us demo. Norman also took care of our rental contract and was eager for us to have a positive experience.

Chris is the most knowledgeable, helpful and responsive e bike guy in the valley. Hands down. I bought a bike a couple months ago and he was great picking out the right one to fit me.Then weeks later and out of the blue he called me and said he had found a bike that would suit my needs better. And it did! And it was cheaper!Can’t ask for better customer service than that. I highly recommend E Bikes if Jackson Hole.

The owner, Chris Knobe is a first class business owner. Super nice guy. His e-bikes are also better quality than most bike shops. I highly recommend renting from Chris at e-bikes of Jackson Hole.

So great. Popped us on e-bikes with no problem at a reasonable rental price. The owner even cut down the seat post to make it fit my 411 wife. Cant really ask for more than that.

This place was the absolute BEST. Jackson and the Tetons are VERY bike friendly, and Chris and his staff have a great selection of perfectly maintained ebikes, including an iZip tricycle for older folks or those with balance issues like me---theyre the ONLY ones that do! He went out of his way to make sure we had good accessories, maps, directions, and knew how to enjoy the area. We cant wait to go back, and when we do, well certainly rent from them again.

I was trying to make a reservation for a large group. E-bikes of Jackson didnt have the inventory we needed but they were so kind and helpful email me biking maps and give a referral of someone that could help. So impressed with their kindness and customer service. Will definitely rent from them in the future.

These bikes rock! We spent a couple houra riding around Jackson and we had a blast. The staff were very knowlegable about the area and the bikes. You have got to try these bikes.

Can’t post any pictures because it was too dam fun to stop. This is the best, most fun thing ever. E-bikes made the hour rental super easy and were all about just having fun. No dumb upselling, weird time minimums or limits. Just great people helping share the beauty of the landscape on the amazing electro dream cycles that zip you around like magic. Such a blast. Zoom out the lush landscape to snake river bridge and back, about an hour, the best hour of your visit to Jackson. Thanks e-bikes of jackson!
