The staff was very knowledgeable and helped us get the right bikes for the type of riding we were doing. The entire process was super easy and the bikes were in great condition. Second time renting bikes for groups in Teton Valley. Excellent customer service from my first phone call to the drop off delivery. Helpful in choosing the right bikes for our needs and advising on routes in great detail. The bikes were great and come equipped with storage packs, locks, pumps, etc. Bill and Katie have patiently instructed us on all the tools as well as attaching car racks and loading bikes. They rent car racks which is super helpful and not available from other shops. Highly recommend this outfitter! Thanks for another great trip!

I visited the area for a few days at the end of June while in peak training for an Ironman. I called the week of my travel and Nolan was super helpful in answering my questions and getting me set up with a road bike for multiple days. The drop off and pick up at my hotel was so convenient and they recommended a couple rides for me to do while there which were amazing. They even switched out the cleats on my shoes for the time I was there since they don’t use speedplay pedals which was a nice perk. The bike was in great shape, rode smooth, and I had no issues with it. I will definitely rent from them again when I visit the area!

This place is awesome! It’s very conveniently located in downtown Jackson Hole. We took a beautiful ride over to Kelly, past the Mormon Settlement, into the National Park, and back to town (about 36 miles).Ariel took care of us when we picked up our reserved bikes and helped us pick out a route for the day. She was amazing and deserves 5 stars all to herself.Prices were more than reasonable. I cannot recommend this place enough.

What an AMAZING place! We walked in with no reservation hoping to get some bikes for the day. They accommodated all 5 of us and even delivered the bikes to our condo within an hour. Upon delivery Katie explained all the features of the bikes and made sure helmets and bikes were the right size for all of us. The next day they came and picked them up, it was so easy! I’ve rented bikes from MANY vacation spots over the years and this place ranks the best in friendliness, professionalism and quality of equipment. HIGHLY recommend if you are ever in Jackson Hole!

Bill brought the bike and correct pedals to my hotel and got it fitted just right. I had it for two days and did two awesome local singletrack mountain routes. The price was great too.

Recently visited the Jackson area with a group of 10 and rented through Wheel Wranglers and it was a great experience👍👍. This place was awesome. They called me a week in advance and checked in with me. They made sure the clips to my shoes matched my pedals. They were open 45min early and had a accommodating employee that made sure I knew how to operate my bike. I would recommend Wheel Wranglers to all I know and would rent from them again. They installed my own seat, gave my some great places to bike as I needed training miles. They just rock. Best place ever!

We had the best experience with Wheel Wranglers from start to finish! Will delivered our bikes directly to my home, and ensured we were all adjusted correctly and comfortable on the bikes before he took off. Since we didnt have a bike rack to transport the bikes, we rented one and he installed it onto my car as well. We had friends visiting us from out-of-town, so having our guests (and us) use Wheel Wranglers for a fun bike day was a no brainer! They tailor the perfect bike for each rider & helped us chose the best location to ride for our group of 6 (2 of which were kids). Easy pickup & drop off, really nice bikes & they were so helpful with all our questions. They make it so easy, well definitely be using them again when the next wave of guests visit us here in a few weeks.

We rented 8 bikes plus a tow-behind and Wheel Wranglers did an awesome job outfitting all of us - from 4 to 63 years old! They delivered on schedule, provided racks, gave us clear instructions, and recommended great bike trails in the Jackson area. I was referred to WW from our Guide Grant @BrushbuckTours. Great tour company by the way. I made a reservation online at 9am requesting delivery at 11am. Vioja, delivery arrived at our cabin with instructions and even a nice trail map! I will encourage folks to try to plan a little more in advance as we visited the area before the busy summer season starts. Just sent a text when we were done that bikes could be picked up. Just bought my first gravel bike through wheel wranglers and I could not be happier. Bill made the buying experience incredibly easy and gave some really great advice to find the bike that was right for me. Needed some light adjustments done in the first week of ownership (which is super common with new bikes) and Bill was able to come to my house promptly upon contact and get it running great. I can’t say enough good about this company. They have the best bikes available in town. We were the two lightweight, carbon and carbon component road bikes. They delivered them to our hotel along with a pump, helmet, flat repair kit, tools and suggestions for curated rides. They also accommodated our request for clip on pedals based on pictures we sent of our shoes prior to arrival. We rode all over Jackson Hole using these wonderful bikes. Thank you, Wheel Wranglers!

I would highly recommend this company. For no extra charge, they deliver and pick up the bike. You dont just get a bike but a lock, helmet, insulated pack, etc. included in the cost. This was the perfect alternative to bringing my bike from home.

If you are renting bikes, Wheel Wranglers is the way to go. We were late for our pick-up and had ordered the wrong pedals but Bill could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating. The bikes themselves were in great shape and our ride was fantastic around the Grand Loop. Will definitely book again and refer all my friends visiting the area.

I used Wheel Wranglers in mid June 2020 for a company retreat to Jackson. The initial booking process was smooth - the lady I spoke with was extremely knowledgeable in what kind of mountain bike to get for my CEO and his wife. Fast forward to the day of their scheduled mountain biking. I initially had only two bikes reserved. My company then asked for 4 more bikes, which Wheel Wranglers easily and happily took care of. THEN I had to get another bike added, which they also got done in the same delivery window. AND to top it off, another bike - after everything had already been delivered - was requested - and Wheel Wranglers took care of it! I have to note also that it was utter hell for them to deliver to where my company was staying due to there being no actual house numbers on the houses and no cell service! But, despite all, the bikes were delivered!In addition to the above, the delivery driver of the bikes got each person set up with their bike - meaning height adjustment of the bike, quick tutorial of the gears and any technical or other questions answered. ALSO, one of the bikes was for a child that is 7 years old. I had no idea what size of bike to get him, and they brought him 2 bikes! So no matter what, he could choose which worked best for him and could have fun.I can’t thank these guys enough for all of their help, let alone just dealing with constantly adding more and more bikes. And reminder - all of this was done long-distance, with me being in Northern VA as the only contact with them. They only charged us 2 delivery fees, despite three roundtrips being made, and did it all so professionally. I will 100% use these guys again if we go back to Jackson, WY - company trip or personal. They are worth whatever they charge you and more!!!

Great service, bikes were in great shape, as was kids chariot and tandem hitch. They can drop off the bikes to your house/hotel and pick up when finished. Too easy. A no-brainer if you need bike rental in Jackson Hole.

We took out the e-bikes for our first time, and it won’t be our last! As a mountain and road biker, I was skeptical of the e-bike, I thought it was like cheating. We had so much fun and it was the perfect family activity for four different skill levels. Bill made it super approachable, with clear instructions that got everyone hyped to ride. The drop off/pick up is so clutch with our busy work schedules. I found a brochure of theirs in the Jackson information center & promptly booked a bike through their website. It was very straightforward & easy to use the site so that was awesome. In the process of booking the bike I selected special pedals & immediately sent an email to have it switched.When Katie (I think that was her name; forgive me I remember faces more than names) arrived I was happy to find out they did not give me the special pedals & she told me they received the email I had sent. She proceeded to give me useful information about the bike & asked if I had a route to ride. After that we parted & I departed for Mormon Row.As I was leaving Mormon Row the chain on my bike came off which alarmed me a bit. I called & spoke to Katie who walked me through the process of fixing the issue. Her directions were very clear & I was back on the road after that.For the sake of finishing this review I was very satisfied with the service & experience. Very helpful, very informative & very kind. I would suggest booking the bike rentals by day unless you are fit & used to high altitudes because otherwise you are going to be sore & exhausted & not use the bike for the full rental period.

These guys are amazing! We rented a childrens bike and they delivered whenever we wanted, they made it so so easy! We didnt know exactly what size bike we needed for the 6 year old so they gladly brought several bikes for him to try out. Friendly and outstanding customer service! When we were done with our bike they were extremely flexible on time and where we needed it picked up. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Such convenience and great company to work with!

E rented 4 bikes from Wheel Wranglers while visiting Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. Great services and prices. It was $45 per bike for a 24 hour period including helmets and storage bags on two bikes and locks. Bill was very helpful and assisted us with choosing our routes. They pick up and deliver if you need it but we had a truck so did not need this service. He also provided us with a tailgate protector and helped us load the bikes. I would highly recommend them. Their location is in the front of a hotel and not very well marked. Same parking lot as Cuttys.

Have to share my initial experience with Bill. I came all the way from Dickinson North Dakota to talk to him and see what he could do for me since I was not happy in the least with the big box outfits here and yes we do have them here. That should tell you something in its own right. On time, extremely knowledgable beyond the big box stores, and he was willing to take as much time as needed to explain anything I wanted. I spent 3 hours with him just talking mountain biking. A little bit about him and his background and a lot more of mine since I was the customer. It is rare in my book to see someone that has a PASSION for their job like he does. I met his wife Katie as well. She may have been more excited to see me get back into it than Bill 🙂. She absolutely shares the same genuine enthusiasm as Bill does. And minus all the bad Google maps of getting lost on the way there and a very bad Google map ride back. I would do it all over again without hesitation but a little more sleep and time to spend in Jackson. Looking forward to driving back there to pick up my new GG Trail Pistol when it is ready.

Great company to work with if you’re looking for an easy and convenient way to rent bikes in the Jackson/Wilson area. They delivered and picked up our bikes right from our rental home. Very hassle free. The bike trail system in Jackson and Wilson is amazing. We enjoyed the convenience and fun of hopping on our bikes and riding over to rendezvous park or over to dinner and/or breakfast at one of the delicious low key restaurants along the trail. For east coasters, having our own bikes for the week was a lot like having bikes at the beach except minus the heat and humidity and plus the added bonus of a million dollar view.

The night before I wanted to ride I booked a bike rental with Wheel Wranglers in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. They delivered the bike right to my house: a Marin Rift Zone full suspension mountain bike. It was a really fast, brand new, light, fun bike and was perfect for the trails we rode. The Wheel Wranglers employee explained the bike to me, and set it up just for me! He also told us his favorite restaurants, breweries, and other stuff to do in town. I would rent from Wheel Wranglers again and highly recommend them!

Excellent way to see parts of JH that we would not otherwise have seen.....plus fun way to get around town too. Such a bike friendly town-so I was confident taking my kids out. I rented a bike from Wheel Wranglers this week, and got it delivered right to me! I booked a Kona Process and Bill, my bike delivery guy brought it right to my buddys house in Jackson. He actually rode it there, and did the delivery from a bike! He told me how the bike worked, adjusted the seat, and customized the suspension for my weight, then explained how to get to the trails and which ones he liked. He also showed me a cool app that I used on the trails to make sure I was going the right way. It was really cool and I had a great ride on an awesome bike.

No need to look at any other bike rental companies. They travel to deliver and pick up from your location and their prices are cheaper than local competitors. These guys are great. I wrote them an email at 8:00 at night. They responded within minutes. I had two very good bikes delivered to my Bed and Breakfast at 9:00 the next morning per agreement. The price was more than fair. They picked them up after our terrific day biking 45 miles. In all aspects so easy to deal with: no going somewhere to get the bikes, fair price, excellent bikes, no hassles and Bill was fantastic to deal with.

Mom with a 15 year old and 10 year old. One day in Jackson. We find out about this service at 8:30am. Within 45 min of calling we had bikes delivered to our hotel, helmets, three options for safe rides, printed maps and maps loaded onto an app on my phone Bill suggested and helped setup. We rode out to Teton Village. My 10 year old was not up for the ride back so we road the gondola and then took the bus back( bus took only 20 min) and we used the free bus tickets Bill gave us. It was outstanding day. Wouldn’t have changed anything.

Will, the owner, was Extremely helpful with teaching us how do use e-bikes for the first time. We were there the first week of November and although things were slowing down the service was exceptional. He took a few extra minutes to install a rack on one of the bikes (the other bike already had one) for more storage space. Another highlight - they rent bike racks and he quickly installed this for us.I arrived back from biking before my wife I was invited to hang out in the shop and learned a lot about snow biking. We will definitely return to Wheel Wranglers on our next trip and I will try snow biking.
