Stopped in to see if they could fix a flat tire. They were very busy but fit me in that day and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service and really nice guys.

The folks at The Hub, Jackson are spot on every time I swing through.Customer service and staff knowledge is unprecedented.Ive been interested in an ebike for a long time, but I had absolutely no idea where to start. Dropped in The Hub last week after officiating a wedding (all decked out in my western wedding garb), to see if anyone could tell me about a bike I was interested in but cant find anywhere. I was lucky enough to connect with Hal (the owner) right off the bat and I cant say enough good things about him and his shop. I was excited to see that they carried Transition (out of Bellingham, WA), which brought me in the doors, and while they didnt have the specific bike I was looking for (nobody does so thats not a slight on the shop, thats just the results of COVID sales and the underground buzz surrounding this certain xc/trail--dare I say, downcountry bike), Hal didnt just know the bike, its his personal ride. For the next forty+ minutes Hal was generous enough to walk me through all the details of the bike and my plans for a semi-custom build. Hal just so happened to have his in back and let me jump on it--cowboy boots, vest, dress shirt, tie and all--and take it for a spin to the nearest singletrack.Within days of my visit to The Hub, I received two emails from Hal, offering support, but no pressure. He clearly just wants to get people on the right bike and in the woods. He believes in his crew and the products he carries. If youre looking for a bike shop with a positive energy, knowledgable staff, and friendly vibes (Keri is terrific), give The Hub a look.

The costumer service at the Hub is absolutely great. We came in for a bike tune up which they were completely booked but that is not there fault and simply a testament to how great of a bike shop they are. While they weren’t able to help us out with a tune up, one of their guys was willing to give our bikes a test ride ad tell us what was needed. They have us a bunch of advice and tips and even let us use their bike wash in the back. The guys over at the Hub are great!

This shop does not mess around. You wont find any cheap bikes here. These guys only sell products that they would use themselves. Extremely knowledgeable staff. Incredible attention to detail on all service performed. This is a well run professional shop that supports the local riding scene. Love the Hub.

These guys are the greatest. didnt charge an arm and a leg to put a smile on a little boys face. got my sons bike a mini tune up he got to watch and chat with the guys. they made him one happy little guy thanks so much we will be back for any of our bike needs.

Amazing, I checked out the bike swap in summer 2014 and was blown away by the level of experience and help available. Buying a bike is daunting, especially when the urge to be extreme can overpower patience and making the right choice. Not only did the staff help me find what I needed, but made sure that it was MY bike and that I would be riding to my best ability. Getting what you pay for is a must when dropping the heavy purse onto a bike. At the Hub, I got my moneys worth in quality and a greater understanding of bikes in general from the staff.

A great shop! These guys are excellent technicians, and are knowledgeable about all ranges of bikes. Both high end bikes and your regular commuter rides get amazing attention and care. Cool style in a mountain town, worth checking out!

While the employee we talked to at The Hub seemed very knowledgeable, he LITERALLY withheld information from us as we were about to head out on a 1800 mile bike tour. The employee we interacted with was explicitly rude and told us “y’all are going to die out there” without offering any advice or assistance. He was obviously concerned (rightfully so) but proceeded in a manner that was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If you’re in Jackson, try Hoback Sports instead — they were much more helpful and supportive of our risky but exciting endeavor.

I purchased both my mountain and road bike from the Hub - they have the best selection in town. Smoothest running bikes I have ever owned - Aaron, Michel and the rest of the team are the best in Jackson for keeping you out on the trails problem free.

Big fan of Aaron and his shop! Came in looking for information and a tune up and was greeted with super friendly, super informative staff. Cant wait to go back when Im ready for an upgrade!
