After buying a new bike from a different company it had some major shifting/chain problems. These guys fixed it up in 24 hours for what I thought was a very reasonable price. My bike rides great now after its tune-up. Couldnt be happier!

This place is great, I had blown out my rear tire... Took it in here and they fixed my tire, recalibrated my brakes and adjusted my gearing system for less than $20! I cant recommend this place highly enough... Just a great locally owned business!

Great place before, during, and after the sale. I took my daughters bike that I purchased from Hub City Bicycle to them today for repair. She’s 13 and popped the rear tube in her tire. They fixed it right on the spot. Then, they inflated both tires, checked all parts of the bike for safety, greased the chain, and replaced a cap that covers one of the main screws. All for under $17.00. Excellent job guys. I highly recommend Hub City Bicycle.

My wife and I were wanting a couple of Trek bikes. With the quarantine happening, all Trek shops in Memphis were sold out of the ones we wanted. Those shops of course had the more expensive versions. So, my wife called around and decided to call Hub City. She spoke with the owner, Adrian. He had the exact bikes we wanted. Since we could not drive up right away, he agreed to put them on hold for us. When we arrived the next day, he had the bikes set off to the side already tuned up. Unfortunately, I discovered I needed a different size, which he by chance had! He quickly took it to the back and gave it a tune up. Adrian also helped us picking out some additional equipment and even gave us some discounts. Unfortunately, he didnt have the bike carrier I wanted. However, he helped load the bikes in the SUV and cut up a box to help prevent any scratches.Adrian was a great guy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I highly recommend going to him and Hub City for your biking needs! Its worth the drive!

Nothing but praise for these guys. They helped me pick out a great road bike for a fair price, which I enjoyed for several months before moving abroad. Along the way they gave me solid advice on bike parts and accessories, and were always available to help with any questions or concerns I had. When the time came for me to move, they cleaned and lubricated my bike free of charge, and its now waiting for me when I come back. Cant wait to ride it again!

Horrible service to get bikes worked on at Hub City! After 2-1/2 weeks of my bikes there for tune-ups and 3 phone calls to check on the progress and false promises each time, I finally picked up my bikes with no work done on them. I felt like I was being strung along the whole time with continual excuses of the number of bikes to do before mine (the number of bikes before mine kept changing too). I took them to Bicycle City. I wish I would have done that in the beginning.

Excellent customer service! Wanted a couple things looked at short notice before I headed out of town, Adrian not only took care of me immediately but noticed and fixed a problem I didn’t even realize I had going on with my bike!

I became fixated on doing a triathlon that has now grown to doing an Iron Man. I know nothing about bikes and hadnt ridden anything other than an indoor spin bike in a decade. I called Adrian asking his selection for a moderate road bike that could be used in a Tri; I told him I wasnt willing to spend a lot of money when I just need something to put miles on.Adrian said he had a used Trek 1.1 and I went to check it out the next week. Bought it and put 50 miles on it 2 days after. He could have tried to upsell me on a bunch of more expensive stuff that wouldnt have been worth the ROI at my point in cycling, but he didnt.Furthermore, Adrian was friendly, shared his triathlon experiences with me, and he spent a considerable time talking about common interests with me.When I needed padded pants and a front strobe, I could have easily ordered them from Amazon Prime. But I didnt, I drove the 45 miles to Jackson from Dyersburg because Hub City Bicycle has created a culture and atmosphere that I think we need more of in the world. I cannot recommend them enough.

Outstanding Service! Rolled south past Hub City on Dual Bad TransAm day (Monday and Memorial Day) but had to do another 50 miles. Busted tires (patches had patches) caused return to Jackson from Corinth, Miss. on Tuesday. Adrian, Gib, and Clint didnt charge for labor, but did a great job! 5 new tubes and two patch kits to continue the TransAm. Of course they were out riding on that Monday, like any self-repecting shop would be.

9-23-2015 review update: Went by hub city after a call from Adrian and received great service from hub city. I am very glad that all issues were worked out as far as my Bike goes. He was more than helpful and answered all my questions and solved my cleat fitting and setup of my ride. I would give them a 5 star rating had I not for the initial issue. I realize that there are just those days that come along where nothing goes right but you never allow yourself to vent on a customer whether you believe them to be wrong or not. Thank you Adrian for working and doing the right thing and taking your customers issues seriously.Update: 9/9/2015 I received a call from Hub city today, one of the owners Adrian I believe is his name I have a terrible memory for names sorry. He was very apologetic and was adamant about trying to correct the situation and made multiple offers stating that they don’t run their business in the manner that I received and they want all their customers to leave pleased and with a pleasant experience. I agree, that should be the goal of all business and that I personally am not looking for anything free and that what I wanted is respect for my concerns and to be listened to not ignored as though I have no merit. I asked Adrian that what I wanted is the brake lever hoods that I originally asked for and paid for be ordered. We agreed, he also said he would help me set up the shoes and cleats that I had purchased. I am not one to generally even post a comment but in doing so I believe it has prompted a response to give Hub city bicycle here in Jackson Tn. a chance to step up to the plate and show they are concerned and truly take customer service and happiness as a priority. In my opinion it takes more courage to admit a mistake and solve the issue.I took my vintage 1985 Trek 760 531c Reynolds tubing road bike into Hub City Bicycle shop here in Jackson Tn. for a tune up and multiple parts to be replaced. I am 49 years and haven’t ridden in many years since having surgery on my feet I was excited about getting back in the saddle but I need a few adjustments being that age is creeping up on me so I spoke with Gib which seemed to be helpful telling him my situation I wanted a new saddle, cables, chain, and new tires to soften the ride and a new set of Campagnolo break lever hoods since mine were badly cracked also saying that I was interested in a new set of clipless pedals and it would be nice if I could try a few out and I would need shoes shorts the works being I was starting all over no telling how much all this was I didn’t ask didn’t really care. Gib said he would have to order the hoods for my breaks I said that was fine. Yesterday I called to get an update not thinking it would be ready but to my surprise they told me it would be ready later and they would call. Ok I’m excited I leave work early. I get there only to find out that only half the list of things that I wanted were done, no tires, no new chain, and the hoods they put on were from a newer indexing system that they modified by cutting holes in the top to run the cables through and the front of my brake were exposed to the elements for dust and debris to accumulate over time. Calling the next morning and trying to discuss this with Gib he got argumentative with me saying that it wouldn’t affect the braking, I humbly disagree however it was not what we discussed nor what I wanted and I said they look horrible and I wasn’t wanting to be difficult and Gib’s reply to me is it wouldn’t matter he didn’t have to listen to me. I am absolutely shocked it was at this point he gave the phone to the other owner and he got an ear full he was very apologetic but at this point it’s to late the idea of spending money at any place that does business like they have would be impossible for me. So the many hundreds or even thousands they would have gotten from me is long gone I will be doing business elsewhere. I would post pics of the shotty workmanship but this sight wont let me

Currently repeated tube flats on new tubes. Not sure if pinched or not being inspected or what when replaced. Im going to try new tires at the other place up north(bicycle city?).
