Having a hard time believing any poor reviews and really wonder about those people that post one.Does anything make them happy? I’ve known and done biz with OTW going back years and there isn’t any bike shop with better service skills and knowledge. Always straight with you and they work their tails off to make customers happy. The staff are all experienced cyclists with thousands of miles logged so when they give you advice it’s totally solid.

I had the most pleasant experience stopping in today! Im just passing through Jackson but I can feel this is the best shop in the city. My bike rides better than ever and I trust the rest of my trip will be safer because of them. The nicest guys around hands down!

I have purchased & had Bikes serviced at OTW. Always very satisfied. But today they went WAY beyond what was expected. Specifically, I had a major malfunction (no fault from them) with my Madone weeks after getting big service done on it. They REALLY took care of me. I cant thank you Pat and Matt. You guys rock!!!

Three days into a 5 day trip, I walked in with a failing tire. At least 2 guys dropped everything to immediately help, and ended up replacing both tires. Thank you! These folks were tremendously friendly and helpful! If Jackson was “home”, they would be our main bike shop.

My husband needed a crankset (basically bike peddles and the inside housing)for a bike he was trying to get working for our son. Not sure why this establishment will not sell parts to paying customers that want to do work themselves?? Said he could do the work for us for $160-$200 but couldn’t even tell my husband exactly what the parts needed to do the work. Some big bike shop secret or something?All sounded shady to me. Will never set foot in this place again. This is what gives smaller shops bad names and why people go elsewhere to bigger box stores to get what they need. Hope you stay in business. To the guy that my husband interacted with take some advice and get some better customer service skills and a clue.

These guys are great. Decked out my husband with his new wheels in February, free tune up on Friday. Husband wiped out, breaking his derailleur hanger, and even though theyre very busy with service, they worked us in and got it done way ahead of when they estimated they would. Low pressure sales with very knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Charges $60 and hour just to help you. Charge you a depositFor bikes they have previously ordered and the. Claim it is a “special order” to get around refunding any and al deposits. They are making money right and left off customers. My advice is go anywhere else. No other business charges for customer service in assisting in a sale which profits the business owner. Terrible experience. Go to Kalamazoo bike shop. They have the same bikes for less money and do no charge a fee for showing you a bike or answering questions.

They are curtious, knowledgable and have a good selection of bike to see what fits for you. I explain exactly the type of bike I was looking for and they matched me right up. They do tune ups and can add accessories. I highly recommend them. Ive been to other bike shops who have dismissed me or couldnt tell me much about a bike I was looking at. So, this was a happy buy.

I took my bike in that was gifted to me from a friend. A lot work needed to be on it and these guys went above and beyond! New chain, new sprockets, new tubes/inner tubes, the works. They tightened everything up and the new brakes work VERY well. This shop is highly recommended. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the place is stocked with all sorts of bicycling gear. I will definitely be back for all my biking needs. Thanks, guys!

Bought my mountain bike here years ago, so I went back recently to purchase a chain derailer from them for my sons bike, then installed it myself. All good. So today I took that bike into O2W for minor adjustments and a new gear shifter. The tech performed the tweaks right away and didnt charge me. He then told me, If you can install a derailer, you can install a gear shifter. So I bought a new gear shifter from them...Piece of cake! They could have said they needed to do the work, thereby making themselves more money...but they didnt. They were honest fellaz! Thank you!!

Terrible experience here.I called to see about replacing a kids mountain bike tire and set up a drop off.When I went to pick up the tire, they said they didn’t have the mountain bike tire in stock so instead they replaced it with a road tire, cost $27. I asked when they would have the correct tire in stock and they told me next week. They then explained I could bring it back then, pay another $27 and get the correct tire.Just a sad experience.

This place is simply amazing. Heres my story: My good friend invited me on a weekend bike trip up north. But he gave me very short notice and my bike was just not up to par for the amount of miles we wanted to ride. It needed some significant fixes. I went to On Two Wheels and they were packed and had 8 bikes to do that day ahead of mine and had many more bikes to complete in the next two days. I told the guy I was leaving tomorrow to go on a trip and I was willing to pay whatever amount to get my bike fixed. The guy put me to the head of the line, fixed my bike in less than 2 hours, and didnt even charge me a premium. When I insisted that they charge me extra for the rush he said no and only charged me something like $30 dollars total. I WAS SO THANKFUL and so surprised at their level of service and professionalism. You dont find service like this anymore. These guys are the real deal. Thanks to them I went on the trip, my bike worked flawlessly and it made a huge impact on my life because I really wanted to do the trip with my buddy who I hadnt spent time with in a long time.

This is a great business - we consistently have a positive experience every time we go. Both the sales and the service department are easy to work with! Also, very patient with children as well-- always a bonus for us!

Went in looking for a bike for my wife. They took the time to answer all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable about all their products. Felt like I made an informed purchase rather than feeling like I was sold a product. Wouldnt hesitate to buy from there again.

Great staff. They knew what they were doing, were friendly, and fixed up my bike while I was right there. Also, gave good reccomendations on future service so my bike would be in too performance but were not pushy about it. On top of that, they did not even charge me for the adjustments they made. Great service!

On Two Wheels recently fixed a couple of issues on 2 of our bikes. u2028The results were excellent. The problems were identified quickly. And the repairs were first-rate. Their Bike Service Techs are exceptional. We’re fortunate to have such a good and trustworthy bike shop like this in our area.

Weve been traveling around the country in our motor home full time for the last 13 years and have been to bike shops everywhere, some where nasty and some where great, some were decently priced and others through the ceiling. Recently we discovered On Two Wheels, this is by far the best shop weve found, we took in our 9 year old Trek Tandem (which has been exposed to the elements 24/7 for the entire 9 years, rack on the back of the motor home) I told them what my budget was and they called me the next day with a list of repairs that were needed and were well under the budget I had told them. I picked the bike up when promised and it rode just as if it was brand new. I know this for a fact because when I picked it up I also bought a brand new Trek T-900 Tandem that they had on the floor (at a great price) I now have to look down and see what color the bike is to know which one Im riding.If you want superior product and workmanship along with great prices you only have to stop here and I guarantee youll be a happy biker.

Adam is the bomb! The store has great products and everything I needed to get my bike ready for a triathlon. They installed my new gear on the spot and it was super quick - I walked out of there with my bike ready to go. Stopped in to ask about tires ... the staff person was apparently bothered to have customers, or so it appeared. Really did not offer any helpful information, not at all welcoming. In search of an alternate bike shop. Will not return nor refer!

Clean, contemporary, and well-stocked, yet has that old-fashioned service that youd expect from a bike shop.

Excellent shop, excellent service. Do not expect to walk in here to get walmart prices. But you can walk in here and get service that blows away walmart.
