Jordan is sweet, and very well spoken. She will answer all your questions without being pushy and putting the sale above the person. But thats not why i recommend shopping here. I went to Ashley Furniture and with their 15% off deal, their mattress of similar size and quality was still 40$ more. Price sells, and it sold me.

Meeting with Jordan was a great experience. She was very helpful, patient, and nice. The prices are great, the mattresses are of great quality and have a 10 year warranty. It was clean and they deliver quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here for your mattress

My husband found Andrew on social media. We were in need of a new mattress, ours was extremely old. We werent getting good quality sleep. Andrews Customer Service was exceptional. He was very friendly and very engaging with us. He understood our need & our budget! Hes a very sincere and genuine person.He worked with us and made sure we didnt walk out without a good mattress! Very nice mattresses with a variety of choices. Same day delivery which is great! Nick was very knowledgeable and willing to work with me to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Will recommend with a caveat!Make sure you understand the lease when you sign up to purchase a mattress because its very confusing in regards to the amount you pay and the total amount you are charged for the lease. My total lease amount ended up being $50 more than what I was originally was told.If the $50 includes the $40 processing fee (that I paid) plus the $10 early buyout fee, then why was I charged the $40 again? It seems the $40 should have been deducted from the balance due since I paid that amount in the store before the mattress was delivered.

I found Mattress By Appointment through the Facebook Market Place, and from the moment I contacted them, they were very nice and responded all my questions. When we got there to see the Mattresses, we came with 3 kids and Andrew treated us excellent and very professional; he really took his time helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Also the inventory is excellent quality and very good price. And the delivery service was great. Overall, outstanding customer service and good variety at a fair price I would definitely recommend.

Jordan was most helpful. After speaking with her via FB messenger one night, late at that, I made the trip out to the store. I was undecided with what I really wanted so I left. I didn’t get very far before I made a U-Turn and went back. Upon my return I met the owner who was just as pleasant with as Jordan. My experience with these 2 alone was the only reason I chose to move forward with buying 3 full bed sets. He loaded my truck, strapped down my beds ( with his own straps) and sent me on my way. We were confused by having to make an appointment at first but, changed our mind once we got there! It was so nice being just us! Jordan was so nice and helpful!
