Both times I’ve been to this location I felt very unwelcome. No greeting, hardly any help finding specific products, and today we bought and returned a pre owned Nintendo switch controller - TWICE! She said they’re tested at the warehouse, yet neither of them were working properly. We ended up going to Target and buying a new one for $5 more and it worked fine. Confirmed my hesitation on buying used!

Complicated computer system for returns or exchanges. It takes a long time and people get impatient and leave. Heres a thought maybe you should put two people in the store at a time to work and wait on customers

The store itself is like any other gamestop but the the customer service is bar none the best of the shops in town. Ran into a bit of a compatibility snag and they went beyond what I would have asked or expected to help me out. Awesome folks working there, keep up the good work

Staff working today were very helpful and knowledgeable on everything we asked about. Our credit card ended up getting locked during our purchase and Evelyn was gracious enough to put the item on hold for us. Thank you so much for having patience with us and being kind. New favorite Game Stop because of the 2 employees Evelyn and Sky working today.

Used games are priced quite high, 5 dollars of retail, sometimes I was given pennies for trade in when they marked up to 20$ for example 26 cent credit. I also would be careful when reserving I bought my son 35 anniversary of Mario 3d but no promo item included for controller of switch. I sadly after so many years of shopping here suggest ebay, amazon, walmart, and Game Crazy, and others for fair pricing and selling of our games.

Inventory lacking but super excited for PC sections to grow.

This store (and in general, the store in the area) has been very helpful, with staff who are a credit to their profession.

Nice store with friendly staff and great variety of products to choose from. Please no trading the same thing in on the same day and if the game is still wrapped bring your receipt to exchange it for a different game or use it as a gift for someone else . Take care of your games and they will gladly do business with you

Well they sell new and used games, super high pressure type sales. Brow beat you to get their in store “rewards” card. Sadly was ridiculed for not doing a preorder for a game. The funny part is it was in stock. I refuse to purchase from them and I cannot recommend purchasing from this location. But hey, it’s your money spend any way you see fit.

Who doesnt like games? This is the perfect place to find what you want at low price, the traded games are your best bet! They have all you want and they are at least 10% off.

Been here a few times before. The manager is the issue with this store. I never had a time where I felt like the manager cared about what I wanted. I have seen him speak to his employees very poorly. If I worked there I would be embarrassed. If I consider going to game stop in the future it will not be this one. This guy seems more interested in his status in the company than he does in his customers walking in the door

They had everything that was needed for my son he was able to get a good price on controllers for his PlayStation and he also got games and they were all at reasonable prices and customer service was great we had no problems with that and its nice and clean inside and its open and they have the free game setups so that the kids can practice and play games that are coming out or has just come out I would recommend it to anyone and its close to the Centre the shopping center so theres all sorts of places that you can go into while your kids are inside of GameStop you can shop and eat and everything enjoy

I had an issue with a game I had purchased. The sales staff stayed open past closing to help me solve my issue. Very friendly and knowledgeable about game titles.

A male employee that was helping me brings a whole new meaning of douchery with no customer service over the phone and in store. Was not informative on common questions and very intimidating to the point of no return.

Ive lived here in the Salem/keizer location for the last year now and I would frequent the store when I could a d unfortunately the tall manager with brown hair would be absolutely rude to me each time. I noticed he would get upset when the female workers would ask me questions and ask if I need anything and would failed a small conversation. He would arupt the conversation each and every single time on Wich I never received the outlook or information I was looking for. Ive seen at least a handful of female workers come and go. And I can only imagine why.

Will be coming here for all my gaming needs. A young gentleman named Sky went above and beyond with amazing customer service.

Gamestops been the go to for all my gaming essentials since i was a kid prices are mostly fair and they have gamestop exclusive items alot of the time only down fall is some of tge stores hire people that dont know what they are talking about and trade in values are hilariously low

Bought a couple Xbox Ones from here, pretty good customer service.My only complaint would be the prices they pay for your used equipment they definitely could pay a little better.

I was wrongfully charged the membership fee and I tried getting my money back the following day when returning all the games to their keizer store and was told to contact customer service which I did by email since after calling their 800# I was on hold for hours but its been 60 days now with no resolution they keep telling me I will be contacted by the district manager for a refund of the membership fee but I receive no response I leave my call back number to get a call back and I get a call back from a machine recording...Awful :(

After dealing with the Albany GameStop we were about fed up with GameStop all the way around. But we called the GameStop in the Lancaster Mall about exchanging a PS3 that was defective and they said Keizer store had it in stock. After calling Keizer and dealing with Sarah on the phone she was very understanding and helpful. When we went into the Store we were helped by Brianne and she went the extra mile. She even hooked up the new PS3 and made sure it worked properly, with us in the store. Fantastic crews in both Lancaster Mall and Keizer GameStops. They kept us as customers after such a disappointing ordeal dealing with Albany. Thank you all so much.Chris & Kat

Honestly one of the newest and best gamestops Ive been to. I stopped going to the one on lancaster because the guys there didnt seem to know anything about games. You can always tell if someone is just there for the hourly pay because they dont have any knowledge on the product. If those bastards worked on commission they might know a thing or two. The Keizer Station game stop was literally the best tonight and I picked up a few games I didnt have the money for when they came out.Game stop is a blessing!

GameStop refused to buy a used game that was brand new, never been used or removed from its box, for no legitimate reason.

Staff isnt the best for real info. Employees are instructed to sell way too much. I know what I am there for when I go and everytime there is an attempt to sell me something extra.

Sarah was great i was having a power problem woth my xbox one and took my xbox to the store to see if there was a issue with the xbox or power brick and it was the power brick and she went to go look for a extra one that she had and switched it out for me best customer experience i will be returning to this location to deal with her again
