The guy that helped was really above and beyond with customer service. Not sure what his name was but he was pretty awesome. Me and my mom both got new phones and we both forgot our account passwords for our old phones and he helped us recover them. I was really grateful for him and this place. Im loving my new phone so far and my amazing pink glittery phone case.

Upgrade prices are unbelievable, better to switch companys for a new phone.

I was helped by Brandon and Genesis. I came in with my phone to switch from another carrier to cricket. They were fast and efficient, although they were experiencing some computer problems. They told me this up front and set my expectations, however my transaction processed without a glitch.These two appeared to make a great store team and help each other with questions. The store was neat and clean. If you need a Cricket store I recommend the Keizer store.

Excellent service. The rep was very quick to assess what needed to be done, and told us exactly what to do.I did notice, however, that this particular store had nowhere to sit. We had to stand in line. Thats okay. But its nice to be able to relax if its a long wait. Thus the 4 stars.

I have a kind of mixed review. I visited twice in a weekend, the first associate told me he absolutely could NOT activate my galaxy phone. He was adamant that it just wasnt physically possible. I phoned cricket customer service, and they assured me that it was indeed possible and to go back to the store and theyll activate my phone. The second visit, I encountered another associate. She was awesome. She activated the phone with ease and I was on my way in a very short period of time. Im a loyal cricket customer for over ten years, and Im going to be for another ten+ years.

I would give 0 stars if this allowed. Service and product selection is very poor. The staff spends more time treating the store like a lunchroom cafeteria where they stand around and gossip then actually providing decent service. There is a very high turnover of employees. Very seldom will you see the same sales associate twice. The management is terrible. Customer service is horrible. Id suggest going to one of the smaller stores. The sales associates only get commission on up-sells (i.e. accessories). So they try to accessorize you to death.

I went in because my phone was not acting right. The cricket reps knew what the problem was and fixes it straight away. Super friendly and knowledgeable, and no charge for the help. Thanks Cricket 😀

Had an issue getting my phone number ported from AT&T...... brought the phone into the store. The guy that was working, Ross, was able to help me and get my number ported and my phone up and running! Thanks, Ross for your great customer service and tech skills! Give that guy a raise!!!!!!
