I went in today to upgrade my phone. To say it was a wonderful experience would be an understatement. Noah the assistant manager was more than knowledgeable, helpful, and all around fabulous at customer service. Ive had pretty crummy experiences in the past but the great experience I had today has me reevaluating my previous opinion (which would be how much a dreded coming in). The service was fast and you could tell it was an environment that was kept clean. It was also noticeable how much Noah took pride in his work. Thank you for helping me find what I needed and then helping my husband to. With that being said I would give every part of my visit a 5 star from customer service, to the cleanliness of the place, to the time spent in store. All of these I also believe to be a reflection of the employee as Ive seen it not be kept as well. I literally cannot speak any higher of my experience. Thanks again for the help!
This store is a joke, Ive had nothing put poor customer service. They cant answer the phone after putting me on hold for 10 minutes after saying can I put you on hold for a quick minute.
I really love my phone service and this store. Even when metro has their bugs and issues. However, having said that Im a little disappointed when I enter the store because i am having problems with my phone and the customer service person knows absolutely NOTHING about the phones they are selling...and I mean absolutely nothing. I was told I was better off looking on google to figure out what to do. And I am having a problem now with getting my text messages to do the preview window since that person messed with my phone. I have tried everything possible, that I know to do, to try and get them back with no luck. I dont know what he did but it hasnt worked since. And seriously, he shouldnt touch anyones phone if he doesnt know even the layout of the settings or anything. Maybe make sure when hiring that the new employees have a little knowledge of the phones they are selling and dealing with. Thank you
Original purchase of phone was in Newport, Oregon. I wanted my old phone number ported to my new phone and was told it could take up to 72 hours to complete. I waited 5 days before going back into the store to find out why it hasnt been done. The sales rep said it was my old phone service holding it up and Id just have to keep waiting for them to respond to the request. I left the store frustrated, but didnt feel I had any other choice but to wait. I lived out of the area and didnt feel comfortable leaving town without having any service so, on my journey home, In the Keiser area, I stopped at this store and explained my issue to Devon, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my phone up and running BEFORE I left his store. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills! I was amazed at his ability to multi-task with other customers needs while still helping me with mine! Thank you Devon!

It would be awesome if you guys hired people that know about phones. Went in with a unlocked phone and they couldnt do it. I had to do some research of my own to get my phone to work with metro, its not the 1st its happen but the 3rd time.
The chick that helped me out had absolutely fantastic customer service she explained everything nicely and was even super patient with my moms who happened to be there with me and had no shortage of questions of her own but anyway I had a great experience there.
I had great service but my lady helping me was new. Her coworker walks around texting the whole time not even paying attention to help the new girl or even answer the phone. She had to answer it while she was helping me while her coworker walked around texting until I had to ask her to answer the phone because her coworker was doing it all and I had people waiting in the car.. I got excellent service other than that. Always do.

I have been a customer for almost 6 months and have bought my phones and accessories from this location yesterday February 9th 2019 I went in to add a 4th Line my bills also do the same day employee helping me was new so he had to ask another employee for help at the end of the transaction and the amount due was less than my original monthly bill I asked the employee are you sure this is how much Im going to owe for this month and I wont get a text saying I owe more money or my phone wont get turned off. The employee called her manager named Erica and Erica confirm that that was the amount due for this month. I asked the employee one last time before I paid are you sure this is the correct amount she said yes so I paid the amount she said was due then at midnight February 10th all four of my lines wear off because I still owed $40. Well even if I add up the amount I paid in the store yesterday and the $40 that amount doesnt isnt accurate either. Erica the manager refused to come in when I asked her to fix this. I just bought a phone Friday February 8th also. So in 2 days Ive spent $180 . Id like a refund but then they wont gone me back whay i paid theyd keep $30 for sim cards and wont return the case or screen protector money that i bought yesturday also.

The best selection of phones out of multiple MetroPCS dealers that I visited. The manager, Abi, was extremely knowledgeable about what could be done in putting together the best deal that worked for me. Her and Reuben even stayed late to make it happen that day (Friday night before Labor Day). They even made sure to have a phone on hold for me on the day I told them Id be there to pick it up. The phone and service work just as advertised, and I think Ill be popping in for some of their cool accessories! Ive already referred two friends there, knowing that they will be well taken care of.PS - Si habla espanol!
